I got my first bikini wax today and my specialist LYNN couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable ! I went in nervous but right away just make me feel relaxed and made me eager to get started. She was quick but very detailed and made sure she got everything ! By the end of my wax I was feeling like the most confident women in the world ! Thank you lynn 😊

I dont go here but my wife does pretty frequently and Ill say its always a great job that they do as an admirer . My wife says they always accommodate her on make an effort to make her comfortable.

Ive been seeing Lynne for the past few weeks and she is AMAZING!! I cannot recommend her and this EWC enough! Shes so great,not only in the technical service itself, but also with her customer service. Its truly unmatched. Upon my first wax I was super nervous, as anyone would be with a stranger but, within minutes Lynne made me feel right at home and like Ive known her for several years. At this point Id feel the need to probably invite her to my wedding. The girls at reception are also great! Always so attentive and helpful with any booking, they gave me goodies to use at home in between waxes from their personal faves, which have become staples in my life. My whole experience at EWC has made me a loyal customer for life. I cannot thank Lynne and everyone there enough for the amazing hospitality and making me feel like such a new person. I gained so much more confidence and truly learned the importance of self care in just a few weeks.

Lynn gave me the best Brazilian wax I’ve ever had a couple weeks ago and I just have to write her a review because she’s new to Reno. I just got home and checked out my waxed area and I was really disappointed with the results I received. I got a Brazilian and I noticed that there was a lot of hair that was missed. I was wanting to try waxing so that I wouldnt have to shave but with the amount of hair missed I am going to have to shave because there was too much left over to tweeze. I was very satisfied with my waxers customer service but I was very disappointed the overall results for the price of $55 plus tip. I was willing to spend a little more to be waxed by your facility for a clean wax but the wax that I receive was not worth the money that I paid. I do not plan on returning, it’s just not worth it:/

Okay I had an appointment today which I drove literally an hour for (I live THAT far) and I get here and it’s closed. Which is fine I get that. What I’m upset about is WHY WAS I NOT CALLED/NOTIFIED?! I had an appointment at 3:30 it takes half a tank of gas round trip (here and then back to my house) I am VERY UPSET! And will NOT be returning!

Katelyn does a **** amazing job on my brows. I felt like I’ve always had “sperm” brows, yes it’s a thing, and she fixed them. She’s a sweetheart with side of sass. Girl knows her waxing ish.

I had to make an appointment for a Brazilian at the last minute on a Friday and they easily fit me in. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The woman who waxed me was efficient and professional causing the least amount of pain possible. They offer great subscriptions and their single time prices are very fair. Im a permanent customer.

Called for a last-minute appointment explaining that I wanted three services and was told could come in right now so I jumped in the car and got there, while she was checking me in, I inquired about a coupon laying on the counter to what she rolled her eyes was Kurt and snarky and then I was told theres a 9 minute late policy, so not all three services could be performed and I would have to reschedule for another day. Totally wasted my time and acted as though I had really put them out. Will never go back. Contacted Amethyst see my review on yelp and they got me right in quickly officially quality work was so happy!!

The wax is okay. I purchased the Smooth serum, I think its not strong enough and I dont like that its not in a roll-on bottle. But shaving is not an option. I appreciate the staff, regardless.

Long story short, I just moved back to Reno and really thought Stephanie was great the first time I saw her. Had an appointment on a Sunday morning I had to Uber to get to because I don’t have a car yet. As a result of having transportation which is unreliable, I ended up getting there later than antipipated. I walked in the door LITERALLY as the clock was turning to 10:10 am from 10:09 am, and the receptionist refused to take me back or reschele me for a time that works, because the policy is at the nine minute mark. I walked in here with the intention of buying an unlimited pass, and considering that I just moved back, I need to get settled with a regular aesthetician. The receptionist didn’t turn me away to keep with the policy: the receptionist turned me away as a power play. I spent a lot of money to get to and from that appointment, and the lack of understanding, inflexibility, and rudeness is incredibly unprofessional. So rather than just allowing me to be seen (seconds past the mark) and having a little understanding, I will be taking my money and my business to someone who needs it. Stephanie was great though, and it’s a shame I won’t be back.
