I had my 2017 Kia Sportage towed into the service shop at Dolan’s after my alternator went out. It was a difficult experience but I was relieved after speaking with Bryan, who managed my service. Everything was covered under warranty and my vehicle was returned running again. I was pleased with the service and most importantly that everything was covered. I paid $0 and will be returning for all of my future service needs.

I spent hard time to get my new car in other place, they pushed me a lot to sell their higher more luxuries car etc. But he and his team in this KIA are super gentle, very kind, friendly and transparent! They never push anything, and my new car is just really excellent, this is the vest car buying experience! Thank you for your shuttle service because i needed a ride back home because of unsuspected problems with my car. You were more than happy to give me a ride. It was explained getting the car fixed, might take some time, as they needed to fix some recall issues also. Since this was my only means of transportation, they said they would provide a rental car, at no cost to myself. Wow, i was so impressed! And the rental was very nice. Thank you much! I have purchased 2 cars from Dolan Kia. However the service department customer service was so terrible I will not purchase any more vehicles from them. Friday sept 24th, the passenger window on my wife’s optima just broke for no reason. I called the service department to report it and let them know the motor was working but the window fell in. They set up an appointment for Monday. I asked if it was covered under warranty. They asked if It was over or under 60k miles. I told them 59k. They said oops you are over the time limit so it is not covered. I told them that sucked but I still needed to get it fixed. Dropped it off Monday and the counter guy schulyer put 150$ on my estimate. 2 hours later a tech called me and told me the window regulator broke. He told me the repair would be 369$. I tried asking if it would be covered under warranty again and he said no. I said oh well i tried. When I went down to pick up the vehicle, Schulyer gave me a bull for $502! I asked him what happened to the $369 and he had no answer. I run a gas utility and if I treated my customers that way and did not stand by my product I do not think I would have a job very long. So long Dolan Kia

I worked with Alex and Narciso. Initially we talked on the phone and they both followed up with answers to my questions and a proposal that I could not refuse. I drove from San Francisco Bay Area to Reno to pick up the car and the whole process took less than hour to get my brand new nicely detailed Kia Carnival.. Everyone I met was so friendly and helpful and I did not feel any “car salesman” pressure.. instead everyone focused on what I wanted and could afford and gave me the best package available. Extremely happy from the initial inquiry phase to after sales support..

Great service. I live 2 hours from the nearest dealer. I took my car in the night before and they worked on it first thing in the morning. They also provided a free shuttle service to my hotel and then picked me up the next morning . I was out of there by 10AM. If you can, make an appointment, it makes the whole process easier. Everyone at Reno kia was very helpful. All in all a pleasant experience.

Excellent experience. I did not want to spend hours sitting at a dealership working out a deal. The sales team was very responsive via text in finalizing the trade-in offer and new car price. I came in to get some burned out bulbs replaced. I had no appointment but they were able to work me in. In the course of replacing the bulbs they discovered hidden damage to the taillight assembly. A new part was promptly ordered and overnighted so that in short order I was back on the road. Overall I was very pleased with the service, professionalism and courtesy of the service department and would not hesitate to recomend them to my friends.

Posh was our salesman, who was not pushy he made us make our own deal we bought a Subaru Forester 2016 we traded in our 2004 Mitsubishi outlander I dont like a pushy salesman and posh was not a pushy salesman he made us do our own sales they gave us a great deal on my trade and we walked away very happy we love our car that we got and the people there are very customer service theyre very nice very personal people if I had to go back and trade in a car or if I had to buy a car I would go back to Tom Dolan thank you again for everything posh you were great !! Had to have my Kia Sportage in for a manufacturer recall and was expecting a hassle but the whole process with their service department was pretty painless.They provided a shuttle to work and finished the recall well before i was ready to go home. I decided to also get an oil change while i was at it and kind of expected a dealer markup for the service but was actually a pretty good price (and they wash your car which is a nice touch).

Everyone at Dolan’s Reno KIA were incredible. Specific shout outs should go to Luis, John and Nick. The entire process was lights-out. My husband and I knew what we wanted, and the whole team made it happen efficiently and within a reasonable time. We were able to order the Telluride we wanted, which took no time at all, and the car was made to our exact specifications. Our car arrived earlier than anticipated, and the day-of buying process was super easy. We are extremely happy with our experience, and would easily go through them again. My left headlight went out at night and was dangerous to drive. Took the car to another place and they said it was the wiring harness and they couldn’t fix it. I new that Dolan Kia was extremely busy but I took it there as they had always worked on my car previously and done a terrific job. I just went there thinking I just needed to leave my name on a list for the next available time as they were swamped but Christian in the service dept was able to fit me in as the repair was considered a safety issue and it was also under a recall notice yay!! so there would be no charge another yay!! I have been a customer of theirs since 2019 and will always go there first. Extremely professional and they even have a shuttle service to drive you home if you need to leave your car there. Very happy!

Kia service team found my Kia Sportages issue which is very minor one (little tickling sound from the glove box, it might not be easy to find because the sound is not loud at all, it was very weak sound), they helped us very kindly and caught the issue exactly where it is coming from! Kia Dollan service center is the best one in this area! Recently I got so disappointed about the BigOTire (I was their customer for many years but not any more) in South Meadow area. Over all great service and experience. Would rate as a five star but still a bit upset I had to pay so much to rent a car just to get me and my grandson home and back when KIA was done with fixing our vehicle. We live in Carson and KIA doesnt offer shuttle service over 10 miles. But like I said the overall service was GREAT. Kent was very good at keeping me updated on what was going on with the repairs and service over the 2 days my car was in their shop. Many times I have walked away from having repairs done at a car dealership and felt robed. Not so with KIA they explained everything, every step of the way. I had arrived about 14 minutes early to my appointment but they immediately came out and got the car checked in and got us on our way. Pick up was just as efficient. So far car is running well and not having the problem Id brought it in to be repaired for. Would recommend to others and working with Kent made the experience very easy and efficient.

Luis was excellent. Got me into exactly what I wanted at the right price. Got me every upgrade I wanted. Was kind and considerate and altogether helpful. Even made sure I had a loaner that would work for my family in the snow. I would highly recommend purchasing your car here. Cant speak for the other sales guys but Luis had my back on everything. To whom it may concern:We visited Reno KIA on Saturday June 19th. We were cordially greeted in the parking lot by Pash as he was crossing over from the Mazda facility. We asked about looking at a Telluride as we had heard good things about the vehicle. Pash indicated that there was a long wait for that unit and once they reached the lot, they were usually taken by the person who ordered. We then asked about the KIA Sportage, and he directed us to one with the same color combination we were looking for in a new vehicle. We both liked the appearance right away. Pash insured that we knew the basics of the vehicle and let us test drive and then we made the final decision. He answered our every question and took no question lightly while exhibiting poise and courtesy just wow way beyond his years. We compliment both his parents for his upbringing and Dolan KIA for selecting this agent.We executed our paperwork with Mr. Baylee Kennedy. He too answered all questions that we had. There was no pressure applied to us and on the Saturday in question the dealership was quite busy and only one finance person was on duty. We were offered to proceed by DocuSign but elected to return to the dealership the following Tuesday evening to finish the purchase. I also haven’t been able to get my accessories installed (that I am already making payments on) after more than a month of owning the vehicle and am now told I will have to wait an entire month still before they can get installed. Kia has decent service, prices could be better. My appointment was on time, wait time was negated by the shuttle taking me to a breakfast spot. Not impressed with the sales team and trade-in evaluation. They aim to only make money on their end, and not keeping me happy. I’ve had 2 negative experiences here, one with my Niro evaluation, the other with my Telluride. You’re better of going to CarMax or selling privately because in both situations they only consider trading in your KIA if you’re buying another vehicle from them. The other negative in both situations- they look at your payoff amount and give you a couple hundred bucks over.

Too often the service I get as a woman is based on my appearance. The more money you appear to have the more a dealership will cater to you. The nicer you are the easier it is to get what you want. I went in my oldest clothes, didntsmooze and had a difficult time at first. After arriving the second time I was pleased with how the second set of service providers handled me. All were masked and the last individual was very respectful. You never know who you are dealing with by appearance and should treat everyone with the same respect.

I came in for a 52,000 maintenance on my 2015 Kia Rio. I checked in around 1100 and I was told that they would text me if anything should come up. At 1:40pm I was approached by David( my sales representative) that he apologize for the wait and that when taking the lug nut off on of the tires, the lug nut snapped and they had to call to replace the part.They found out about that problem at least an hour before approaching me, but David thought I would have been gone when he came back from lunch and was surprised when he saw I was still waiting. He also told me that my rear brakes needed to be replaced, but I declined because Ive been waiting this long and another hour and half was just too much at the time. David Nixon did not charge me for the replacement of lug nut or the labor and reduce the price of the services that he originally quoted me. All in all, in was a good experience at Tom Dolans Reno Kia.

My last visit a few months back with Ian was great, but I brought my Kia in today and had to deal with David and am very unhappy with his service. I know I’m a woman and I am young looking but I wasn’t born yesterday and don’t appreciate receiving a severely inflated estimate for parts and services. I expect slightly higher prices at a dealership, but I was literally quoted almost $42 to replace a $2 part. When I complained and told him instead just to address the recall and complete basic services he decided to provide that part “for free.” Probably just feeling guilty for trying to screw me over. How on earth do they have such a high rating?

Ive been here twice now and both times was 5 star service. My most recent was for an oil change and to fix a bothersome rattle in my Telluride. They searched around for the rattle, found some sunglasses that the dumb owner (me) left in a weird place, and corrected that for free. I brought my car in 3 hours early and they were like, no sweat; we got it. They said they would communicate with me by 3pm and I got a text from them with an update at 3pm. They said they would TRY and turn my car around for me that day but it would hinge on finding that rattle. I got my car back the same day. People there are very courteous, service is top notch, communication with the owner is excellent, and I will always take my car here; nowhere else.
