Was able to deal with John Wendt and he made it happen. Knew everything I had about the Q5 and more. Easy paperwork and it was a done deal. Cleaned and ready to go by the next day. Everything worked the way it should and less than 24 hours I was driving my new Q5.

I bought my Audi here 5 years ago and its been a wonderful experience. Their customer service is outstanding. My diesel Q5 required an additive, Adblue, and I called them yesterday. They said come, Theyll top it off and no charge (as per the Audi warranty). In and out in 10 minutes with very pleasant service.

The Audi Reno service experience is second to none. Ashley did a great job getting me in and out in a reasonable amount of time and provided a complete service check. She even suggested waiting on an oil change until the recommended mileage. Makes you want to buy another car just so you can see these people!

Freaking amazing purchasing experience; from the time I rolled in the door to completing the transaction took less than two hours (including a test drive), and every.single,person involved was on their game, helpful, and knowledgeable. The only possible complaint I have is that I selected the vehicle based on on-line marketing materials which left the impression that specific features I was after werent available in another package which, had I known, I would have happily taken for an extra $10K. Yep, you read that right, my only complaint is that they didnt try to upsell me, and as a consequence I rolled out of there with a wonderful vehicle when had I asked I could have had the /perfect/ vehicle. #customerfail!

My RS5 is not the cheapest to service with all the race car parts but the honest guidance is well worth the money spent.Even their sales team is first class with providers of information instead of crawling all over you. Complete bait and switch dealership. Called in regards to purchasing a 2021 RS Q8 and was told they would sell it for MSRP by Landon O Connor. Called them back approximately 35 minutes later to simply ask the difference between another RS Q8 at another dealership and Landon answered my question and I said I would take the vehicle they had at MSRP and asked him how much they would charge me to deliver the vehicle to Hennessey Performance. He told me 2-3k in shipping cost and he would now be charging 10k over MSRP as well because of my interest in the vehicle. Thank goodness I knew better than to take the 90 minute drive to the dealership like they asked me to do at the MSRP price. This is the reason car dealerships have such bad names.

Worst experience I’ve had as a customer looking to purchase a new luxury vehicle. I walked into the dealership at 10:30am and was looking around clearly interested. Not only was there no other customers at the time, nobody greeted me!!!! There were several employees that walked by me multiple times looking at me as I stood there looking at them waiting to be helped. I left at 11:00am after waiting a half hour only to be stared at. The GM should strongly consider hiring a new staff that actually wants to sell cars and make money...not waste peoples time and pay employees who don’t do anything.You would expect premium service when ready to buy a $65,000 vehicle. Toyota, Subaru, BMW, Mercedes, Ford, Lexus all greeted me immediately and offered me a beverage and quickly I was set up with a salesman ready to do business.Extremely disappointed by Audi Reno/Tahoe. I will not be purchasing from them and would suggest not wasting your time here and visit a different Audi dealership if you are set on an Audi.Garbage service, I can only imagine what it’d be like dealing with them to maintain and service your vehicle. I have owned four Audi’s over the years and love the vehicles Audi produces, but finding a adequate Audi service department is not easy I have dealt with many of them. I currently live 160 miles from any Audi dealerships but since I have had bad experiences at the closest ones to me I choose Reno/Tahoe Audi just to see if they were better than the others in Sacramento area. Boy was I pleasantly surprised to go and see how well I and my vehicle was dealt with, Ashley the service advisor who I deal with is a incredible knowledgeable communicator and treats her clients extremely well. Thank you Ashley it is definitely difficult to find people like you at a dealership service department and I am extremely lucky. Not only is Ashley excellent but the service technician who tends to my D4 S8 is extremely good as well, I’m very picky and see the work he does which is so good it’s like he was never under the hood because everything is put back exactly how it came off the factory floor. I know because I look at the work done after my return home. Great work Reno Audi is definitely with the over 200 miles I must drive one way to get to your wonderful service department.

Im located in California, and had expended my search for a particular vehicle (2015-2017 Audi SQ5 Prestige) from locally to Nationwide, due to my criteria for purchasing such a vehicle. Well I found it in a 2015 Audi SQ5 prestige, originally purchased from Reno Audi and serviced with them as well. When I immediately contacted Audi Reno with my interest, Haily was super quick to respond back. She was amazing along the entire process, allowing me to hold the vehicle well beyond the typical 5 day period with a deposit, because she was well aware of my dire need to have this car. It took weeks to get it done via notary signatures and car transport time ,but one thing was clear from the start, and that was Haily assured me the car was in Mint condition, and boy o boy she wasnt lying. The car was everything I have ever wanted. My straight up dream car and even better than the immaculate picture that she had painted the car as being in. 1000 thank yous isnt enough but I hope Haily Herberger gets some small token of my appreciation with this post. Well I am officially unimpressed with our local Audi dealership. Went over there today to see if someone would be able to kind of show me and teach me about my Audi Q7 having never owned a Audi before and buying this one from another local dealership that was not familiar with Audi’s I really didn’t get the one on one instruction on the bells and whistles of my car. I asked the receptionist if someone had the time to help me she asked who my salesman was and I told her that I didn’t buy the vehicle at Audi she asked where I bought it and I told her . She went to get someone . A few moments later a gentleman showed up and basically told me to google the Information I need that they didn’t have a “technical “ person to help me with my car. I was Truly surprised by his response. I can’t help but feel it was Because I didn’t buy the vehicle from that dealership. I wonder if it would have gone a different way had I bought it from them . Here’s my opinion, it should not matter where I bought the car i went to Audi and expected better . it’s a customer service thing! This experience has left a pretty bad taste in my mouth.***UPDATE***. Went back to Audi of Reno but this time I went to the service department what a difference! EVERYBODY was nice from the guy that greeted me to the service writer to the service manager EXCEPTIONAL customer service they took a bad experience and completely turned it around. I have been a customer of Audi Reno Tahoe for the past six years. I have always meant to write a review and tell everyone how great this location is but never did, until today. Today this dealership shined so brightly that I had to put down everything I was doing and write this review. It was a slushy snowy mess in the morning and I was bringing my car in for service. Not only had all of the areas been shoveled before 730 in the morning but the service department had gotten everyone’s loaner cars out to the front, warmed up and ready for the service calls for that day. I came in and my loaner car was ready, warm, and waiting for me. Additionally, the always lovely Ashley was gracious enough to go out to my car in the rain and check what needed to be documented for my car service appointment. I was in an out in the rain and snow in no time. I was on time for work in my warm loaner car. It’s one thing to provide excellent service, which they always do. But, it’s another to go truly above and beyond and make that extra effort. I always feel that this dealership and this service department at Audi Reno Tahoe is something special.

Recently purchased a certified A6 from Audi Reno. I worked with Alex Cuddy and had a great experience. I flew into Reno to test drive/review the car and Alex picked me up at the airport on time. After a quick test drive, everything checked out. Paperwork was quick and easy. They explained in detail how to register the vehicle in CA and provided an easy to follow checklist. While completing the paperwork, they replaced one of the tires because it looked to have a minor defect (I never would have seen it). I think this speaks volumes for the integrity of this dealership. It was a relaxing enjoyable car buying experience. I recommend Alex and Audi Reno.

Best and fastest car buying experience ever! We were in and out of there in about an hour, and that included the time Alex Cuddy spent showing us the features of my new car, and waiting for all the other customers who had flooded in at the same time to purchase/lease vehicles. Otherwise, we would have completed the deal in probably 15 minutes! Alex was extremely helpful and professional, and gave me an awesome deal on my S3, and BJ in finance was super quick and didnt pressure us to buy any extras like most other finance people do. This place sucks. I got treated like I was less then equal by these people. Just because I dont dress all super fancy doesnt mean I cant afford your cars hell Ive owned plenty of Audis. After I was basically asked to leave while my wife and I were looking at a Q7 I emailed to complain and never heard a word back from them. Once I get my Q7 from Vegas Ill be sure to drive it by and show the scum bag who asked me to leave. $70,000 loss on your end.

Whats most important is they do honest work and will repair your car properly which I have found to be a very hard thing to find that in Reno. The part dept manager and service manager have always been very helpful and provided me with everything I needed.
