I was in town for a wedding and had car problems, I normally do the work myself but this particular problem it was best to have a shop do the work, I found this amazing business by reading their reviews here and I will tell you 100%. I was already a day late getting back home to Salem Oregon and not only did they finish the job 3 hours before I expected they also came in more than $40 under the bid that they gave me. I called to ask for a quote on how much it would cost to replace the starter, but whoever answered the phone doesnt seem wants anybodys business as he said ...we dont have time to do a quote right now, can you call back around close to 5? and with a follow-up of We cant do it today anyway.Such a disappointing customer service and phone etiquette.

I sent me car to them for my front left wheel to be fixed after blowing that tire on the freeway they said it was ready so I go to get it and not even 2 hours later the wheel breaks off a bolt snapped barring broke and axel bent. I called them back and the guy told me he didnt even touch the wheel or take it off they still charged me and because of them my car repairs are now in the thousands. These people are horrible take your business elsewhere.

Took my Geo Tracker to the awesome guys at Automotive Service Center. Ken, Buck, and Tim are the nicest, most trustworthy mechanics ever in life. Being a female, Ive been seriously ripped off by mechanics in the past, and these guys would NEVER do that. They fixed my car for WAY cheaper than all the quotes I got from other shops. They listened to me, and explained everything in terms I could understand. Ive definitely found the best shop in Reno! 😁😁 Thanks Guys!!

This is THE place for your automotive needs! Ken and his crew treat each and every customer and I truly mean EVERY customer like they are a VIP! I have taken my vehicle and referred many other people to bring their vehicles to Ken since 2008. With the exception of oil changes and smog checks, its never fun taking a vehicle in for repairs. Ken and his crew fix it and dont nickle and dime you with work you dont need. Honest mechanic. Two words that rarely go hand in hand. Ken youve earned that title. I own a mechanic business in Texas and a have a daughter going to college in Reno. She has had a few problems with her pickup and as a dad and a mechanic the feeling of fear & being helpless when your baby girl is stranded 1,700 miles away is terrible. But Ken has taken the those feelings and calmed them down. I cant say enough about these guys. The tremendous respect they give and outstanding work they do for my daughter is a blessing. Ken runs a tight ship at this shop. I surprized this place with a Toyota 4runner that needed the front suspension completely rebuilt after Sids Brake and Alignment shop swindled me out of $2200. They put it on the lift that day and had an estimated repair cost for me in a couple of hours. The work went well however when I drove the 4runner the ABS would engage at low speed. I took it back the next day and they dove into the issue only to discover that Sid cut my ABS sensor wires and then tried to butt splice them back together. Soon I was on my way and the 97 4runner drives like new. Great group of mechanics that take pride in their 5 star auto shop.

I was traveling from Sacramento to Reno when my car started overheating. I nursed it to Reno, but had no Idea where to go to get it looked at. I feel very fortunate to have found Ken. He had me up and running the next day. He was fair and affordable and I am thankful for him and grateful to him.

This place is the best shop in Reno. Unlike the big named corporate businesses the employees here are honest hard working men who only want to help you out. They wont swindle you what so ever because they have great values set in place. I am a struggling female college student and when my service engine light came on meineke had me stressed about whether or not i was going to be able to pay for my classes this year with out taking on another loan. So I called around and heard about Ken the manager and he helped me through the ordeal at a very reasonable price and even took the time to explain how everything worked so that I could understand what I was paying for unlike meineke who was very vague and confusing with their service plan. Ken even gave me the part that was broken in the car and showed me how it worked. So if youre some one like me who doesnt know much about cars and want to get great service from great people who wont cheat you automotive service center is the place to go. Theyve definitely earned my business from here on out.
