The guys there were TOTALLY, OUTSTANDINGLY AMAZING!!!!!!!!!They werent just trying to sell me a CAR. They were trying to sell me COMFORT.I mean of course people will say that they were being that nice because they wanted that money. But to me...... ANY sells person would do that. Go above and beyond to get a sell. I used to work for this electronic store and most of our pay was based on what we sold. The more you sold the better your check was and I know the same goes for car sales.But still like I said they didnt just try to sell me a CAR. They sold me COMFORT.The guys listened to what I wanted and didnt try to give me anything more than what I asked for.I am happy and when Im ready for another car... (If they are still in business by then because I take great care of my cars. I guess you can say it was time for me to upgrade myself) I will MOST DEFINITELY be going back to them.

Everything was nice when I purchased the vehicle now nothing works, I called several times and they told me I have to towed vehicle to their place using my own insurance, I had not choice i did and one week later, battery stop working, I called them again, I haven’t hear back from them at all anyways make sure, when you buy a vehicle with them record everything they said, they guy who sold the vehicle to us was saying if something happen we’re here to help.. but he never mentioned by appointment and deal with you tow or rental car by your own expenses.. Total SCAM!!! Mike Anyways I’m stuck with no car, and making payments until they have the time to call me and fix my vehicle..

BUYER BEWARE!!! BE CAREFUL! THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS!!Not sure where to start, but this company has to be, without a doubt, the most incompetent, disloyal, and fraudulent group of people I have ever dealt with in my entire life! They kept $10,000 of my money after promising it would be back to me by a specific date and then all the lies that came with that situation! It ultimately took significantly longer than it was supposed to get MY money back! (FYI I HAVE ALL RECEIPTS- TEXT AND EMAIL IN CASE ONE OF THESE CLOWNS WANTS TO RESPOND!!)After calling manager after manager, leaving message after message, none of them had the decency to call me or contact me back, CHRIS MEADOWS, being one of them! (phone call, email, text) instead they would have other employees call me that didn’t have a clue about anything going on with my deal. They had put multiple items that needed to be done to the vehicle on the We Owe (due bill). I would’ve never bought this vehicle if I knew they weren’t going to honor what was in that contract and what was on the We Owe. I was literally told “we are just not honoring it, I don’t care!” then was hung up on. They refused to get me to a manager. Even the receptionist Leslie didn’t seem like she knew much of anything, was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and gave me the run around just as much as the managers. I was told they didn’t even know who owns the dealership! What a complete joke!I stupidly had faith that this would get turned around and they would end up doing the right thing. Turns out, they could care less (that’s the entire dealership- Mangers, Sales, Support Staff, Office, Reception, etc)!Writing this review was the last thing I wanted to do- I have exhausted all other options at this point to rectify 1. What has been promised to me and 2. Making things right.Now I will be moving into a different direction to ensure this gets handled properly.

Stay far away from this shady used car lot. Terrible communication. Will tell you they will call you back and youll wait for hours until you call them only to find out they have no idea what you are talking about. Be sure to avoid the salesmen blowing cigarette smoke in your face as you try to walk around them to get in the front door. Wasted 2 days with them after they promised there would be no problems getting my girlfriend to co-sign on a 2nd car after first getting hers. Once they had her car done her cosigning for me suddenly became a non option. Was not our plan, we were very upfront with what we wanted. That we either we both cosign on one car we both want that meets our individual needs or we get 2 separate cars. We got neither and now shes locked into something that doesnt work for our situation. This company is either dishonest or plain incompetent. Stay away.

Beware false advertising. Friendly salesman but very disappointing experience. Prior to visiting the dealership, I found a target vehicle online and confirmed pricing via the phone. I then wasted my time test driving and signing paperwork to purchase the vehicle. After agreeing to a purchase price, management apologized for misinformation on their website and offered the car for an additional $10,000. I would caution others to trust the website pricing/pictures.

The place itself is great! They always seem to have the car we need. Its better to look for your own loan else where. My credit was 800 and I got a 3.99%. I think it should have been lower. But at the end we loved our truck so we took the deal.

Worst service that I have ever received from a dealer ship. My wife and I walked in we had our options open for a car. They let’s us drive a car, then came back they ran our credit then did not even want to work with us. Did not even give us an appraisal on our car we where going to trade in. After they said they would love to have because they had none on there lot. Also told us they wanted 15k down like come y’all need to learn how to have better customer service! I was a returning customer for the 3rd time throwing that out there. Stay away from this place

We had a horrible experience with them. Bought a car from them and was waiting for it to come from Winamucca. First they said it would be ready for us on Monday. Then the day kept on getting pushed. We got a whole bunch of promises and no one never followed thru. When I asked to talk to the owner of the dealership. All of a sudden they had nothing for us. You think someone trying to cover their butts. Lol yeah Omar and Robb are not trusted people there they promise things they cant deliver.

This group is the worst group of auto sales people I know . They promised to fix all the issues I pointed out on the truck I was considering buying from them and never fixed the issues. The put tires on the truck that werent rated for the truck and tried to play it off like they didnt know. I suggest finding another dealership to purchase your vehicle from if your looking for one.

I would appreciate a return call as promised by Levi, I have provided my number multiple times. I am starting to doubt the professionalism of this place. I will update this status when this month-long situation is resolved.

I would like to tell you they break promises, and put unrealistic charges in the agreement which they rushed my co-signer to sign because it was closing time. I thought we could trust the sales manager but obviously we were tricked and fooled. I agreed on $1500 down. I traded in my car which still isn’t paid off by them on December 11th. I Paid $500 the day of the sale and 1,000 they debited from my account the 11th. Now they are making unauthorized debits to my card without warning. They do not return calls. This place is horrible. I do not recommend them.

Buyers Beware. This place is as crooked as a snake. I co-signed with my grandson. Purchased the extended warranty. The truck broke down with in 2 weeks. They fixed it. On the 2nd breakdown 2weeks later they would not let us keep the truck. They insisted it was a lemon. We left with a newer truck. They cashed in the extended warranty and kept it for a down payment on the 2nd truck. Ran my credit about 10 times. I had to keep going back to resign the contract.Today I still don’t have a clear title and it’s been 4 months.These people are horrible to deal with. Will not return calls.

CONS!!! Got a flyer through mail by these cons. Scratch the prize off says I won a polaris slingshot...#1 prize. I call in and ask if it was legit. Dude said all I can say is bring it thursday we will have the code to the keys. Well it says for 1st place winners its a like 1:30000 shot lol i felt real lucky, especially when I am in need of a vehicle. I went to my mailroom there were 6 other flyers that people just threw away. Scratched them all and I am just one lucky guy... THEY WERE all 1st prize winners. Lmao a bunch of con artists

Went in to look at financing options for a used vehicle. Ran my credit and told me they would get back to me the next day. Never called me back so I called them asking about my financing options. They said they would call me back in 15 minutes and again, never called. Come to find out they ran my credit a second time(without my permission/notifying me) when I had called them back asking about my options. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend. Now Looking into disputing the second credit inquiry’s.

This dealership is extremely shady. I understand theres dealership tactics but this is by far the worst Ive ever seen. They wont give you a price of a vehicle until they run your credit through 20 different banks and work the numbers to what you can afford monthly instead of just giving the price of the vehicle to start with. The $3,000 for any trade-in is just added to the top of the vehicle purchase so just another tactic. They wont even discuss any numbers outside while looking at the vehicles. THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, PUSHY AND ARGUMENTATIVE!!! Save yourself the time and money and dont go here.

After spending two weeks car hunting and hunting one full day in a sudden September snow storm, I walked into Rackley completely exhausted, drenched and emotionally a wreck from a previous company making me feel like garbage. I was walked around and shown any cars by two amazingly sweet sales men. When we went in to negotiate the deal they told me to price if the car was $19,999. We haggled and haggard price based on monthly payment and after getting it down to what u was looking for we moved forward with the deal. I was so exhausted I was happy to sign the papers and finally get home after an exhausting day! When I got home I closely looked over my paperwork and noticed that after ALL the price negotiating I still paid $19,999 plus all the taxes and warranties (yes I was expecting these). I feel completely worked over because I puts LARGE amount down and it looks as though they worked the price up after they originally verbally told me the price just to have them work down to the original amount. I am just beyond myself that after an hour of price negotiating I still paid the same. After what is possibly my worst day of car shopping ever I am now sitting at home completely crushed that I let my guard down long enough to be taken advantage of like that. I basically just handed them free cash in the form of my down payment. I’m super upset because I LOVE the car but now I feel completely taken advantage of. I have never felt so crushed and used. I’m beyond devastated with this experience.

We had a terrible experience with Rackley. We bought our car at the Boise location that closed soon after they opened. The purchasing process went great. The customer service after we have bought our vehicle has been horrendous. We bought Gap insurance through them and quickly bought some through our credit union. The refund was sent to Rackley and have been contacting them once or twice a month for the last 6 months and still have not received our refund. We have been very patient with them but I’d recommend if you are looking to buy a vehicle. Go somewhere else.

Great customer service! Friendly and very helpful staff who, Soto did everything he could to cater to my needs. It was very easy to go though the process and I eventually got the car I wanted! I highly recommend this place!
