Unreliable place we had a car ordered two weeks in advanced. When we go to pick up the car they said the car we had chosen wasn’t available anymore due to mechanical issue and tried to give us a car where the tires where so bad the branch manager said “ya after your trip we WILL have to change the tires but it’s good for this trip. Driving 13 hours away with kids I don’t really want to be stuck in the middle of nowhere for who knows how long. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I have ever experienced.

Worst rental experience of my life. Reserved a car on Tuesday for Friday, called Wednesday to make sure everything was good and was told it was confirmed and to call them 30 minutes before I needed to be picked up from my hotel. When I did that, the day of the rental, I was informed that they had no cars available and that they could pick me up from my hotel but Id probably be waiting a long time until one got turned in. As if I didnt have a confirmed reservation. So, my son, my cat, all of our luggage, and I sat in the parking lot for an hour until someone returned one and they got it ready. Making me miss 2 appointments and ruining my entire day and half the reason I rented a car to begin with. As if that wasnt bad enough, today I checked my bank account and they had charged me over $400 for the one day rental! They said someone accidentally charged me the wrong amount but somehow I doubt that. I think my complaint to corporate had more to do with that mistake. If you had a customer as unhappy as I was, youd think they would at least not overcharge me by several hundred dollars. That was the cherry on top of this nightmare. Go anywhere but here to rent a vehicle. From start to finish, these people sucked at their jobs.

Our rental broke down in rural Colorado near sanddunes and Dom, the manager at this Enterprise location, worked extremely hard to find us a suitable replacement vehicle. He stayed in contact with me throughout the day and called me 30min after the location closed and 15min before they opened the next morning to check in. The roadside assistance service through Alamo/Enterprise was pretty awful, but Dom, and everyone else I worked with at this particular location, was phenomenal. Thanks to them we got our replacement car within 24hrs and our vacation wasnt totally ruined.

Had to use Enterprise for a rental company because it’s the choice of our insurance for rental cars and it’s the WORST car rental company I’ve ever had to work with. The insurance was supposed to cover the entire cost of the rental but by the time my insurance finished my claim they totaled my car after we had the rental car for over 3 weeks. American Family screwed me on my insurance claim and then Enterprise helped them screw me on my rental car. It cost over $300 when I returned the rental car. Will NEVER USE ENTERPRISE EVER AGAIN. I’ll walk before I rent a car from them again that’s a fact. DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE COMPLETE RIP OFF!!

This location never has vehicle type that was reserved way ahead of time. Good luck getting any kind of a break on an upgrade. Nobody seems to care if you are unhappy with reservations not being fulfilled correctly and could seem to care less if you take your business elsewhere. What happened to caring about customer satisfaction and earning repeat business.

I appreciate the service and staff and have had great rentals in the past. However, it is difficult to get accurate information from Enterprise regarding rates, deposit, and what is charged when you leave their lot. If you call, you are connected with a teleworkers not associated with the local branch. The teleworkers will give you differing information from the lot, so be aware during the reservation and check out process.

The customer service experience I had here was amazing, I rarely ever rent a car, but they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I was asked what the rental was for, and recommended the right coverage, without feeling like I was being pressured into it. There was an unexpected delay in my card payment since I couldnt use the credit card I was planning to use, and they were very patient with me as I searched for the necessary information. The car was explained to me inside and out, and I was given a business card, if I had any questions. I would highly recommend this store to anybody looking to rent a car.

Extremely unprofessional establishment. I booked a car almost a month before I needed it and when my pickup time came they told me one wasnt available and I would have to wait without an estimated time, cutting into my vacation time. They also told me last minute I would have to pay an extra $300 deposit to rent the car (which would be returned) but was not mentioned until 2 days before pickup. I will not be renting from this company againagainruiexperience

Customer service is horrible. Dont rent from them. I used them 2 times in the last 2 years. There service was horrible. The first time I was in their office 4 hours before they ended up driving me across town to the Pueblo West location (their service was better) I watched and waited as customer after customer that checked in after me was given a vehicle. They ran out of vehicles on the lot and had to drive me across town to Pueblo West where I finally got a vehicle. The second time they tried to get me to pay for damages to the rental that were already there when I picked it up in the dark and we could not see. I called after examining it in the daylight, and the employee did not note the damage like she said she would. I was told she did note the windshield ding, but not the other damage. Strange!

Need work on understanding what insurance is willing to pay for. Just cause you can screw some over not happening to me. I had a suburban and insurance covers same or bigger. The try to put me in economy class cause they dont make money of insurance rentals and mark up the daily price because they are very shady business.

Everyone time we went here to add a driver it was very easy customer service was wonderful. We tried to add a driver that was 20 but they would not let us do to liability even though we had full coverage on the car. That was not cool but otherwise super nice to work with.

Flawless experience. Vehicle was going to be in the shop for an unknown amount of time and needed a vehicle quick for getting to my two full time jobs all week. I made the reservation the night before, and upon my arrival was checked in, was checked on as I waited for my vehicle to be cleaned( it was immaculate) , I was offered water during my wait outside in the heat, even though they were extremely busy, I was still in and out in a very reasonable time, and I got to be spoiled with a 2020 Jeep, such an amazing vehicle and experience. I will definitely be returning for my next rental.

The car was really nice. They offer coverage up to total loss up the vehicle for just $40 extra. This gave me so much peace of mind since my insurance deductible is rather expensive. Very friendly and helpful staff. They also let you add a driver within your family for free. I was not worried at all with their car on the road. Had a confirmed reservation for a Premium car Nissan Maxima or Similar a week ahead of time. Go to pick up at the assigned time and the gal running the place said, we dont have Premium car. Why was the reservation confirmed then!? Get your act together Enterprise! All they had was a POS worn out Altama. Never again!

Never any vehicles, they don’t deliver vehicles to you and they are unreliable. Always have to go to Colorado Springs to pick up a vehicle, even had to go to Aurora. Go to Hurtz if you want a vehicle.

Ive rented many cars, never had them call me last minute DAY OF and say I better get there in 20 minutes or they wont have any cars and then not give me the kind of car I requested because I dont have a credit card. Not everyone has a credit card, why does the airport use debit but you guys need credit. Are you trying catch my 65 year old mother slipping because shes the one who scheduled everything, I didnt even deal with the company directly but Ive never had anything like that happen ever and Ive taken many trips 🙄

Not recommended for following reasons.1) Pick up location was different place from what I reserved and confirmation email. I had to ask my friend to take me to the new pickup location.2) I had to wait at out side which is over 100F for at least 15-20 min(Some what understandable due to this COVID-19 situation, but they really care about customer, they could have prepare parasol)3) Car was not ready. Time I reserved was 3, I left place was 4:304) When I returned car, they first charge me one way fee even though I was returned in same location I picked up. After I argue, they take it back.

I am very disappointed in Enterprise this last rental. Tried to rent a car for my mother for ONE day to drive from Pueblo to Texas. At the time of booking the price was 279.43 for the car as well as the 200 dollar drop fee (understandable). However at the time of booking they charged my mother 494.00 saying their website isn’t “updated” for the additional 200.00 charge for a one day thing. I’ll never use enterprise again unfortunately.

I recently rented a car to drive up to Dinosaur Monument, through Colorado. I used Enterprise, as I have rented from them before. Everything worked ok on the car, except for the cruise control. As this was quite a lengthy trip, this turned out to be a major annoyance. The car worked well on straightaways, but it had a lot of trouble in the passes, dropping down to 40 mph uphill and the rpms were above the 4 & 5 marks. It was not an economy car, so the lack of power was a bit of a surprise. It would have been nice if the windows had been tinted, as I noticed other models there had. I mentioned the non working cruise and the lack of power to the associate when I returned the vehicle, and she brushed it off with a comment about yes, these cars dont have much power and that she would have a tech look at the car. No mention of any sort of apology for it not working. Overall, it could have been better.

Horrible service. The new agent ran my credit card three times saying it wouldnt go through. After disagreeing and asking for a manager, the manager says they arent allowed to run a card after it declines once. First of all, many cards will decline for a large amount once until the user approves the charge to ensure it is not fraudulent. Second, if they arent allowed to run a card more than once, why was my visa run three times? After asking to use my American Express, the employee immediately runs it and says it declined also. With such ease, I stepped out of the office and rented a car down the street from them at Budget. Fast forward 5 minutes at Budget Pueblo Mall location - in and out, same car, $30 cheaper and no card issues. This location needs some serious employee training.

This is experience my significant other and i was just completely unprofessional and discriminating. First i would like to say that i was already beyond frustrated because i rented a car from Woodmen and that car was unsafe to drive so i was told to come here and switch car for no charge which we were happy about. But then this is where i am became very very angry with customer service i received. So as we pull up to the location, we see people are being helped outside so we get out the car and no one says anything to us but looks at us and continues what they are doing and no one helped us for about 30 minutes as we are sitting outside in 85 degrees weather and then when someone finally approached us. He was beyond and utterly rude and disrespectful towards us. I dont know his name but i know his appearance he is short about 55, somewhat balded but he needs to be fired!!!!!!! because at first we explain the situation and then he looks at the car but then he didnt even acknowledge us and then speaks on his radio and asked this right next to us Are they approved for this vehicle? In a very rude and unprofessional way. I felt very angry because he was judging our appearance of our clothes and physique because i am 23 and my boyfriend is 24 and friend is 24 as well and we look young for our age and then he walked inside and left us outside with no information and was in there for about 20 mins then kept staring at us from inside and giving rude looks at us. So at this point. I am hot and furious at this man because that is beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. But then another gentleman came out and he whispered right next to us that he thinks we are scammers because there is no way the rim was like this when recieved because there were no pictures that proved that the rim was damaged ( mind you i got the car from Woodmen and the young woman didnt even really check the car to make sure it was safe) Finally another gentleman helped us and was beyond friendly and helpful, that we were able to get the car with no problem and be on our way. I appreciate the young man that was respectful and beyond friendly. He made us feel alot better but still disappointed in the discrimination we recieved because of our appearances. That man needs to get fired immediately!!!!!!

We are from out of state and happened to need a new car on the way to Denver. It was out of the time range this enterprise was open and Dom, our saving grace, stayed hours after closing and help us get into a new vehicle in no time and back on the road. I recommend this enterprise to anyone in state or out of state for any rental needs. Dom was more than accommodating and would return without hesitation just for his service alone.

I rented a car in Denver to visit my elderly dad in Pueblo. I needed to get back to Denver for a flight, but snowstorms were expected. My sister offered to return to Denver early and give me a ride in her Jeep with studded tires. I called this Enterprise (open on Saturdays!) and asked if I could drop it off at their location. Easy peasy! Yes, there was a $25 fee, but worth it to me. The service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend them!

The staff at the Pueblo (1st st) location was very helpful and understanding when we rented a SUV for a long road trip to attend a funeral. I would recommend them for great service and making sure you are familiar with the vehicle and not just hand you the keys.

They have people waiting outside cuz the covid19 which is fine but it is super hot outside and so far the last three times I rented from them it takes them around 2 hours to get us taken care of and sitting in the sun for two hours and no chairs or even a bench to sit is rough when you have very swollen legs and feet as it is and your sweating to death and nothing to drink either is rough but the staff is very friendly and helpful

Caleb Mills did a fantastic job helping me out with a rental car. My car was in the shop for a couple days and I needed a last minute rental to get to Denver for an appointment. Unfortunately there were no rental cars available at this time and Caleb called me to let me know several hours prior. Dom was great at the Pueblo location. He was able to get me a really nice Cadillac XT5 to meet my reservation request. Excellent customer service prior to and during the rental (extended it by 1 day during the original planned rental period). Easy pick-up and drop-off.A couple of downsides to the rental experience -* The DL for the other driver had expired on his birthday (not long before rental pick-up) and had been renewed on-line prior to the rental date. We provided e-mails to support the DL renewal had been completed on-line. Because the renewal e-mails from the DMV didnt state an effective date, they wouldnt accept them to allow the other driver to be added on to the rental agreement (2 week rental).* Added on Sirius after picking up the car. The Sirius experience was NOTHING like Sirius in my personal car in that it lost signal frequently (3-4x/day). Sometimes going up a channel and then back to the original channel would re-connect it, but other times it would lose signal for hours at a time. Frustrating, to say the least.

Had to rent a vehicle because my truck was in the shop for a while and my insurance did something right by sending me to this place for almost a month. Everyone was friendly and professional. Drop off is easy, and they offer rides home or to a shop, if needed. One thing which was a minor inconvenience was the lack of vehicles to choose from. They need at least 24-48 hours to get a car(s) to Pueblo for rent. Other than that, customer service was definitely, on point.

It’s a very fortunate thing that the stars I’m allowed to give are only positive. I would gladly give this location and the accountant office in Denver a -10. After paying the correct amounts I owed, I was sporadically charged what enterprise calls a “miscellaneous charge” of $200. I was very patient with this issue the Friday morning I discovered this charge on my credit card history but after getting the runaround of calling 4 DIFFERENT offices I have run out of patience trying to resolve my confusion on why I was given this charge to begin with. It is now Monday night that I am writing this review and have yet to hear back from the accountant office that gave me their word of a follow up call today. I even went to the extent to call the accountant office and leave a polite voicemail asking to be reached at their earliest convenience. It has been an inconvenience to call each office and be put on hold each time and still be left in the dark regarding this issue. If you’re thinking of renting a car with enterprise at all, I would say you’re better off walking, using public transportation or asking friends for rides because not only will you save money, but you will also dodge the bullet of TERRIBLE customer service with this company.*** I’m updating this review now 3 weeks later and I still have yet to hear back from enterprise even after sending an email to the email address given to me below. If you’re contemplating using Enterprise service, allow my case of extreme inconvenience and robbery to convince you that the company doesn’t deserve your time or your money.

Went there today and the manager Domanique Cary was the one that help me . I had some issue with my credit cards because Iam from out of state . Told him I will call the credit card to fix the problem and he told me , he couldn’t wait and that he will give the car to another client . After waiting there for 30 mins, outside in the sun, where there is no shade at all, because the office is closed to the public because of the virus, I finally fix the issue with the bank . Went to him to let him know and he told me he was sorry that I now need it to make the line And wait for my turn again .Don’t think this was right way to help , any ways , I will definitely will not recommend this place at all.

Even though they were super busy and possibly understaffed they were friendly and very helpful. I did have to wait, but I understood that it was no fault of theirs. They communicated and let me know they were still working on my vehicle. Even offered cold water.Also, sitting in the waiting area, was able to overhear them on the phone and even though a few times the situation sounded pretty bad, they always stayed courtious and professional.I definitely recommend them! I will say this - I made the reservation 2 weeks in advance, and it seemed like Caleb had to scramble on the day I picked up to secure a vehicle for me. He got one for me - again, he was great. But, maybe Enterprise needs to look at its policy regarding having cars available when reservations are made in advance.

Horrible. The only reason we rented a car from this awful place is because the insurance company had a contract with them. All they care about is doing everything possible to get more money out of you. They will purposely not notice previous things like scratches or cracks then when you return it act like you did it then expect you to pay for it. These people are leeches, dishonest, rude, liars, and selfish. They tried to charge me extra money, even though the insurance was covering it all, to reserve a 4 door. They were told by the insurance that I required a 4 door because I have a baby. When I called to reserve my vehicle they expected me to pay extra out of pocket. Even Progressive insurance was disgusted with them. Take your business somewhere where they are respectable and honest. I would recommend walking everywhere over getting a car from this dishonest company. Avoid them like the plague or they will personally make sure you regret it later on.

Very professional and nice employees!! No problems whatsoever with car. I would have given 5 stars; however, the day I needed to return the vehicle was a Sunday evening and I was told to park the car & drop the keys in the “drop box.” When I tried to return it, the lot was closed off completely. There were cars parked all over the street outside of the rental lot. It looked like they were returned rentals. There were so many that there was not ANYWHERE for me to leave this vehicle nearby and feel safe about it. The only open spot was the alley next to it and I could not block an alley. It was VERY disconcerting. Thank God I wasn’t flying out that next morning or I do not know what I would have done. I usually have rented from an airport and have never encountered this situation before. (This was the weekend of Easter & Spring Break, so that may have made this a rare situation...)
