The employees at this location made the rental process quick and easy. The lady who assisted me was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. And my experience with the drop off was exceptional as well

This is the only car rental place in the city where you dont have to return your car to the same location without being charged astronomical fees. Need to go to the airport? This is the place to rent from. Customer service is great too.

Just went to the rental booth at Colorado Springs Airport. The airport was empty and yet the clerk at the counter seemed quite put off when I asked her to write down their locations that do take debit cards. You would think in a time where travel is scarce that they would want to do any business that came their way. But that is not the case. Please be sure you read all the fine print as we did after the fact. They do not accept debit cards, and if you use a credit card they will run a credit check first according to their fine print. I do not recommend trying to rent from this location.

They had a car when no one else did but when we got it home it wasnt as clean as they say it was. If you get a car from Budget/Avis make sure its clean

Do not rent from Budget. They gave us a horrible car, it had no windshield washer fluid, it was dirty, the radio wasn’t working properly, gas cap was broken, needed an alignment badly. We called customer service and they had get another car, and of course the only one available was a gas guzzler. Also, the car had a lot of recalls. We also had to take a day out of our vacation to deal with all this. All of this to only get reimbursed for $50 or two day free rental in the future after we paid $900. It’s ridiculous!

We dropped off our truck here today and I have never dealt with happier clerks behind a rental car counter! Both people were upbeat, efficient, and got us out quickly. As a side note, they have now moved to the east side of the mall and have their own exterior entrance. It is much much nicer than the kiosk they had a few months ago.

After going through a horrible experience at enterprise rental, my wife and I decided to call budget car rental for our car and Im so glad we did. Best personnel Ive dealt with ever! Chad helped us out with no problems. In and out in less than 30 min in a very nice SUV. Im very pleased do have done business with them and will continue to take my business to them.

The company dosent clean the cars at all during the covid inside or outside .

Booked a rental for a car that wasnt physically on their lot. How can you NOT know if a car is physically NOT on the lot? Get it together. Id get fired if I wasnt so incompetent.

How can a person get info if the local location is alwasy busy, and the National reservation knows nothing about anything and only does reservations. Seriously, lost businesd immediately here. Sad.

Don’t prepay for a rental ever! If you return it early they keep the money and rent the car again. They will refuse to refund the money and tell you it’s your fault for not reading the terms and conditions. ITS THEFT!

If I could give negative stars I would. This company jeopardized the lives of me, my passengers and anyone on the road with us. I was VERY clear that I would be driving in the mountains. I rented a truck and a trailer for my car. Ive never used a trailer before
