Superior Customer Service and Workmanship! My car was backed in to last week. Im in the process of moving out of state this week. They got my car fixed within 1 week! Better than it was in the beginning! And they washed and vacuumed my car! Never saw anything like it. 100% Recommend. No worries with this shop.

Over the years I have dealt with a handful of auto-body repair shops in getting work done. Superior Automotive truly stands out above them all and I will never go anywhere else again. They were so courteous and professional throughout the whole process, and worked quickly to get my car repaired and work with insurance. Their customer service is truly exceptional, and of course the work they did on my car exceeded my expectations. The back end of my 2016 Chrysler 300 was hit causing major damage to the body and rear suspension. I read reviews of different body shops and Superior Automotive seemed like a good bet, mostly because they told me that they had the capability to repair both the exterior body as well as the underlying suspension/mechanical issues without having to farm any part of the repair out to another shop. I had it towed in to get an estimate and i told them that since i didnt have full coverage insurance i would be paying out of pocket for the entire repair. They were kind enough to work with me on bringing the cost down and they said they wouldnt cut any corners on the repair. They finished in the time they quoted, and the bill was also exactly what they said it would be in the estimate. They even detailed the car before i picked it up! The quality of their work was top notch and i couldnt be more pleased! You cant even tell i got into an accident! The paint matched perfectly and it drives just as smooth as it did prior to the accident. Long story short: if you are in need of body work or mechanical work (or both) take your car to the guys at Superior Automotive! You wont regret it!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I drove down from Denver to have work done here in Pueblo. I had a pretty significant door ding on my passenger side door, and a few others around the car. I also had a broken tail light. I was quoted in the Denver/Centennial area for repairs well over $1,200. In Denver, I was told that the door had to be removed and completely repainted. It wasnt worth it to me, but the dings bothered me. My parents live in Pueblo, and recommended Superior, so I decided to get an estimate. Craig was wonderful to work with. He repaired everything for an incredibly reasonable cost, and there was no need to repaint the door since Craig was able to simply buff out the scratched part. I will be coming back again if anything else happens to my car. I HIGHLY recommend Superior. Craig is fair, timely, and reasonable.

Great service and New parts and paint were perfect!

Craig and his team has taken care of our family of vehicles for longer than we can remember. He is always busy but he has also treats us right. From hail damage to collusion repairs, Craig has cared for a wagon, three minivans and an SUV. We dont go through cars, and each of those cars meant something to us.We had an emergency this week, and the dealer couldnt get us in. Craig squeezed us in and fixed the broken window regulator so we could secure the vehicle. Its not the first time he put himself out. He did it for the Explorer as well 4 years ago during Co. State Fair.He is busy, but if he can, he will work it out. Craig is a craftsman in his trade. Too many of the chain shops cant compare.I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

I was referrrd to Superior by someone I trust, Fred from Domenic & Sons. Superior proved to be everything Fred said. And more. Julie was absolutely Amazing--communicating with me on a regular basis, handling insurance issues, adjustments, everything. Mr. Bowman was very professional and overdelivered in quality and competency. Superior not only finished ahead of schedule, they also saved me some money. If you value the appearance of your vehicle as much after auto body repair as you did before, be sure you go see Craig and Julie at Superior.They repaired our 2018 and 2012 vehicles - both collision damaged and both came back looking better than expected.Ive been around auto body repair and supply throughout my life and can tell you that this is the type of shop I grew up around with my dad. They value quality workmanship, use of OEM material whenever they can and scheduling as best possible to meet your situation. They are a small business and as a smaller shop, their focus is on completing your car - rather than getting the next car in for work (which is all too common today in the world of corporationized big business auto body shops).I certainly appreciate the work Superior did to bring my cars back to pre-accident condition and I would highly recommend them for auto body repair.

This site says the store opens at 7:30 - I could not get someone on the phone until closer to 8:30. Regardless, I waited extra time to make sure my car got the best care and this place was highly recommended. When I finally got a hold of the recpetionist, she VERY RUDELY, explained that they are a very busy shop and would not be able to even talk about our car until mid July. Based on her tone and lack of customer service, I have decided to go to another shop. If you have an emergency, like we did - you better plan ahead because this shop is not available in a crisis.

These guys are the best in the business. My truck had damage all over the front and sides from sand and small rocks blowing up on an extremely windy day, and these guys made it look like new! They said it would take about two weeks to fix everything, including replacing the windshield and re-tinting the replaced windows, and they were right on time! They were in contact with my insurance company through the whole process which made it way more convenient for me. The only issue I had is that because they replaced my entire headlight housings, I forgot to tell them to take out my aftermarket LED bulbs, so I let them know and they called the shop that had the old housings, had them send back over, and I just had to swing by to pick up the LED bulbs that afternoon! Excellent service overall I will definitely recommend.

Extremely poor customer service experience was anything but superior. I called to ask a few questions regarding an estimate and was talked over and treated rudely. I was told by the guy who does estimates that they are not interested in anything but insurance jobs. Unless your filing an insurance claim this shop is not interested in your business. If you plan on paying out of pocket, dont waste your time here. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Had my car repaired by Craig they did a great job work was completed better than new and took another car there I own same result awsome job done by craig and his staff he is the only body shop I will take my vehicles to highly recommend them

These people did a fantastic job on our car that had the entire passenger side crumbled and crunched. The airbags deployed. It poured rain inside and dirt came in everywhere. They made it like new. They dealt with the insurance and made the whole ordeal as painless as is possible when your car is wrecked and out of commission for weeks. Its beautiful again. We are very happy.

I needed to see how much a couple of fenders, a hood , and bumper would be to paint. Parts are off car. I called and talked to a lady that told me there was no profit in it for them. She gave me an example as if I bought my own bottle of wine and took it to a restaurant and asked the waiter to pour it. She asked if I understood. I said no, you guys paint right. She was very rude and hung the phone up before I could finish.

The way the owner has to justify all negative reviews with irrelevant and inaccurate arguments, tells you all you need to know about their customer service. You can see there is a gross difference between what this guy and customers are experiencing. Avoid potential headaches and dont even consider this place. They are only superior at giving high estimates and arguing with customers.

I took my car in late Monday afternoon and the repairs were done by the end of the week, as promised. My car looks like it just came off the lot in pristine condition.. and I wondered if they could blend the paints to not leave any line of demarkation. I am completely impressed by the professionalism and excellent expedient work done by the crew.THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

This place did a great job on my wifes 2017 Rogue, I was in and out within 24 hours I recommend these guys to do your car very pleased came out like new again.

These guys are rude, disrespect, and dishonest. I could tell they are complete crooks. They are just too BUSY to give you a time of their day. If you dont have insurance company for them to screw and overcharge, you are not their priority nor a potential customer. These kinds of people are the reason why insurance premiums are so high for everyone.
