These folks know how to stoke a customer! I drove in on a donut and had the expectation of dropping it off and having to wait days to get it picked up due to my busy schedule and they saw to it that they fixed it on a weekend evening 15 minutes to closing! To top it off its covered due to their amazing warranty service! Above and beyond. Do not go anywhere else. They are the best!

The best! Been coming to this Les Schwab for the last 4 or so years. Had such a rough day with a flat tire and stupid tire lock. They got it repaired for me under the estimated time and I was anxious about the cost. Did it without charge and absolutely relieved my stress! Thank you so so much.

They surprised me at this location. I actually received very friendly, timely and fast service.

When swapping my winter/summer tires they cross threaded one of my lugnuts, they replaced the stud and nut that were damaged.However when I was told my alignment did not pass a quick check I made an appointment for the next day to have a full alignment done. Left the vehicle with them for 2 hours to come back and find out they just did another quick check and did not actually align my vehicle so I wasted a day for them to do nothing. Be very very clear with them since their techs are either stupid or cannot read a simple work order on a computer, they also called the wrong number when they completed the work.

This location has always been so good to my family. We went today for an annual tire rotation and fix some vibration at freeway speeds, decided to add an alignment while we were at it. Les Schwab found our alignment was good, found a nail in one tire, and three did need rebalancing. All of this was free to us, that is incredible. We opted to have siping done for the hot weather traveling and for rainy weather grip. Such great people and service over the years. Thank you!

Years of outstanding service! Thank you Les Schwab!! We came to be life time Les Schwabers after my car light went on alerting me to something being wrong with the tire. I pulled up with a toddler and an infant right to the service decks. I did not have purchased tires from their store nor an appointment. I had sleeping children and they came right up to the window and asked how they could help. They immediately got me in the cue and helped by letting me stay in the car with my kids until the very last minute before they had to take my car in.They got to me quickly and came out with a smile and my keys. They let me know that I had not one but two nails in my tire. They were able to patch it and no need to buy new tires. I asked how much?No need to pay us. We were happy to help. Was never turned away, not told that it was going to charge me a outlandish amount of money, never got a no! or a sorry its not your day , its always front seat service with a ease and care and a another patch on the back for these guys. i have had flats that they fixed within an hour and while being busy with others. they will air up my tires weekly before i can even afford to replace them without a bad attitude. they smile and know my car and right away have me pull on in and g right to the pump. i love this company and the work ethics they stand firmly with. thank you for taking care of us who arent able to afford much right now and not making us feel like the underdog.

I dont know about quality of tires or any of that gearhead stuff. All I know is that LS still has the best customer service around and treats every customer with courtesy and professionalism.

Yes, parking can present a problem at this location but, Les Schwab is definitely a good place to get tires. Service is always top notch even if at times there is a long wait. There is always free popcorn. They always look for potential problems and offer a price range of solutions. A good company.

I took my car in for an alignment. The appointment to make online was easy. When I arrived, the staff was prompt, friendly and helpful. This was our first time using LS Tires and we were very pleased with our service. Came in for a alignment and got our tire patched (which we didn’t have an appointment for but they gladly assisted with as well!). It ended up having a screw in it and we didn’t even know. The gentleman who helped us was super awesome and the gal who checked us out had great customer service. 10/10 will be comming back for car servicing in the future.

Had a flat. I just bought NEW tires a week b4 at Discount Tires. They patched the tire and didnt even charge me anything for it. Took about 2 hours. But they were super kind, just told me next time I buy new tires to come buy them there. ❤

Discovered a slow leak in a one of my tires recently. I live down the street, so due to the already high ratings I figured why not. Called over the phone to confirm walk-ins and they were super friendly and even told me how much it was cost to fix (assuming nothing out of the ordinary). Came in during lunch and got the same friendly service and dropped it off. Not too long after I got home I got a call it was all done. Went down to pick it up it and it was just a screw in the tire. To my surprise though...they said this one was on them! Will definitely come back and highly recommend you do to.

I love Les Schwab Tire Center they have the best customer service. I had a nail in my tire. I went to my local store and they quickly assessed the situation and with in two hours the nail was gone. I thank them so much. I will always get my tires from Les Schawb.

Had to run into Les Schwab the other day because I keep getting a flat tire. They got me in within an hour they got the hole cleared and re-patched and charged nothing. I’ve never felt so wanted almost like family. I will be getting my brand new tires here just got to figure out what they’re going to cost me. Hopefully they have coupons or some good sales. Because I ain’t going nowhere else these people are amazing!

Couldn’t be bothered to help me. Told me to drive to another location on a flat tire. Arrived here at 5:07pm with 3 cars in bay and none on deck, turned away for a flat tire fix and not allowed to make an appointment for the next day. She told me I would have to drop my car off and they would get around to it but there would be no guarantee.The other location got me in RIGHT AWAY even with 4 cars in the bay and 2 on deck. Even though they were going to have to stay a little late for me.Don’t go here, waste of valuable time. The location I DID go to is on Pacific Highway.

At this particular location, I have always received fast, courteous service, whether I need a tire pressure check, new tires, battery replacement, or to have a bolt taken out of a tire. We were traveling for the holiday weekend and had a flat tire. The tire could not be repaired so all had to be replaced. Staff was really helpful and excellent service.

These guys are great. They know their business and are great at efficiently diagnosing customer problems.I admit that I was a little disappointed that on my first two visits after becoming a car owner, I was not greeted by an employee running out to greet me. But that’s merely a gesture. The real service is what happens inside.When I told them my problem, they had my car up on a rack within minutes and I was back on the road with a temporary fix (the permanent fix was $1300 for 4 new tires, I need a little time to prepare for that!) within an hour.Did I mention I got there 90 minutes before closing? Amazing service.The only thing I’d change is making sure to take a moment and bring your clueless customer up to speed. They know their stuff and what needs to be done, and they got tight on it. I just felt like I was left with my head spinning a bit watching them leap into action!

Just had to take my car in due to a flat tire. What I was expecting to be a very frustrating experience ended up being one of the more positive service experiences I’ve had in a while. Marco helped us from my initial phone call to recommending new tires, he was a pleasure to work with.

Always good service but pricing has became ridiculous! Due your research on a set of tires you are looking to buy and purchase them online before hand. Take them here to get them mounted and balanced but buying tires here is always a huge dent to the check book.

Had a screw in my tire so I brought it here and they were able to fix it immediately. I was told 1.5 hours and they had it done in 30 mins. Fast and friendly service! You go to Les Schwab because of the great service. This location is well-run and everyone there is really friendly. I drive across the river from Washington to get my tires changed here twice a year and wont trust anyone else with my vehicle.

I stopped in when I noticed one of my tires needed some air. Try finding a working tire pump downtown! Even though they were busy when I came in, without an appointment or call-ahead, they not only checked the pressure in my tires but tested the low tire for leaks and they found a screw in another tire (that wasnt leaking) and removed it. All for free, and quickly while I waited. Staff were very helpful and polite. Id recommend this location to anyone based on the excellent service I got.

My car was damp dead and stressful this morning, a great AAA guy said its German and its running go to Schwab now!! I did and after just 2 hours my battery was new and I had a new tire, it works and saved my day again, I think it was Travis that took care of me, whole team first class ALWAYS REASONABLE PRICES, if it breaks FIND LESS SOON, thanks guys!!!

Refreshing to go into an auto store and not be pressured into buying services. Went in once for what I thought my vehicle needed - an alignment. I made an appointment and was preparing to purchase that service. They had my vehicle in and out in about 10 minutes and told me that I didn’t need one at the time.Today I went in because my tire pressure light came on and they found a nail in my tire. They took care of it for free even though my tires weren’t purchased there because it’s a newer car - I don’t know where the tires came from. I appreciate their friendliness, honesty, and care to their customers. I will be thinking of them when it is time for me to purchase a new set.

Turns out they were the most affordable! The staff was really helpful, sweet and friendly. They offer great complimentary drinks and popcorn! Nice outside seating area. Overall are great experience!

I really like these guys. Very nice people, very professional, reasonably priced. I had a nail in my tire a couple years back. They pulled it out and patched it in about 10 minutes and didnt charge me. They said come back when you need tires. So I did. They put quality tires on my car at a competitive price (I shopped around). Ive been in there at least a half dozen times and everyone I have ever worked with has been professional, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great service, great customer experience! These guys fit me on the same day I went in, and it was during a crazy winter storm. There were many customers, but I never had to wait more than a few minutes to be helped. Got a great deal on a nice set of tires. These guys run a great shop. I highly recommend them.

A place that will repair a tire free of charge?? Yes, please! I visited Les Schwab today to get a flat tire repaired (a screw had punctured the tire). The staff was very friendly and got me in right away (no appointment necessary). I decided to wait while the tire was fixed (about an hour). They have a comfortable waiting room and there are local coffee spots nearby. When my car was finished, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they fixed the tire FREE OF CHARGE! How wonderful! I would definitely return.UPDATE: I have since returned to this location 3 times, and have been just as pleased. We took our car there to get the snow tires put on - since our tires were Les Schwab tires, they did it for free!! Our tires had actually been purchased on the East Coast, but they did it free of charge nonetheless. The next time I returned, I asked them to look at a tire that had a slow leek. The rim had been bent (we think due to a pot hole) and the tire was slowly losing air. I had taken it to our dealership the day before for other reasons, and they assured us the tire was fine and said the rim could not be bent back. When the tire continued to lose air, I brought it to Les Schwab. They agreed there was a leak; they sealed the tire and bent the rim back FOR FREE! This was the third time they had given me complimentary service. The tire has been perfectly fine since. Finally, when my husband and I decided to purchase a set of chains, we went back to Les Schwab. The person helping me clearly explained our options, made great recommendations, and even showed me how to put them on! And not only that, if we do not end up using the chains this winter, we can return them for a full refund in the spring. The staff here is so friendly and nice - we will definitely continue to take our car here for any tire needs and will be purchasing our next set of tires here for sure!

The employees are not their wearing masks properly (i.e. they wear their mask under their chin, so that their nose and mouth arent covered.) Avoid this place if you have a compromised immune system, underlying health condition, etc. SO disrespectful of the vulnerable.

Theres a few things in my life where I am absolutely blindly brand loyal. Skippy, Coke, Nike and Les Schwab. I dont care what the other guys are doing because I know what Im going to get here. The same thing my dad got 40 years ago when I was kid and he would bring us kids with him to Les Schwab. You know what it is too. The best customer service and work in the industry. If you know nothing about tired or breaks just drive in and ask. Theyll lift your car up look it over, show you whats going on and give you the options. And all done professionally with no hard sell or trying to sell you double extra warentys. If you go once chances are youll be a loyal fan as well.

Bad service

Fast, conscientious service. Great support after sale. But they sold me siping, another $13 x 4, without my asking for it. Yet again, they refunded the extra $52 when I complained, and seemed quite interested in preventing a recurrence.

It took me 3 hours to get a flat tire fixed I get it youre busy totally understand. But I remember the days when Les Schwab workers used to run around in Hustle now they walk to your car where they check their Facebook Twitter account whatever they are checking. Also if youre going to make me wait for 3 hours to get a flat tire change what happened to the day where you went in the Les Schwab when you get a half a beef? Wheres the beef? Even if its a 3-hour wait at least load a shoulder of beef in my car so I can feed my kids

In the last year, Ive had my tires and brakes replaced. And last week had a new battery installed. The battery was unexpected and I didnt have cash for it, but luckily I was able to get financing through them to pay for it. They provide great customer service. Always friendly. Wokeup in the morning and realized its gonna be a bad day for me as I had a flat tyre. After searching online, I found Les Schwab which made me to try out these guyz. To my surprise they are not just fast and friendly but are people with kind heart who turned my bad day to wonderful, by not charging me for the service they provided. Les Schwab is definitely an awesome place and I absolutely love to visit them again. You guyz are wonderful!!!

The staff were friendly to me at first, but grew cold as I kept asking for the budget friendly options. Eventually I just agreed to whatever they threw at me and then I had to leave and cancel the appointment by phone because I was afraid to go back. I didnt want to spend $1300 on their cheapest tires and one wheel.

My vehicle experienced the sudden jolt from a pothole run-in today, luckily there was a Les Schwab nearby. I had heard they have great customer service and this one especially lived up to their claims. The impact damaged a couple of rims and they were repaired promptly. I was even more impressed when upon picking up the vehicle, my service representative, Brian, did it all for no charge. Thanks Brian and Les Schwab! You now have a loyal customer for life.

Great place. I always bought my truck tires from them. Just recently purchased a new Jeep. Yesterday I hit a steel hook probably from a commercial truck snow chain. Steel hook was stuck in my rear tire and caused a slight leak. Went in this morning, they were super friendly and took care of it right away. No charge, since I was an existing customer. I knew they would fix tires purchased from them free of charge. But these were newish OEM tires and they still took care of it. Very nice surprise. Made my day this morning. Thanks Les Schwab.

The team at Les Schwab in NW Portland is amazing!! Cliff answered all my questions about purchasing new tires over the phone with price quotes. When I arrived at the location he checked the treading and noticed that I did not actually need to purchase new tires yet I needed a patch for a nail and then a rotation. To top it off, he did this complimentary!!! I will absolutely be using Les Schwab for when my tires need to be replaced in the future. The customer service is superb. Thank you!!!

Good work, friendly staff, honest, I trust them, however I cant give them a good review if they cant do the work. I took my car in at 0745 and it was not done by 5:45pm, 10 hours! Just to change a tire which was already on rims. I know winter and spring are the busiest times, but perhaps they need to hire more people, I saw the workers who were there running around but quite a few empty lifts as well. I did not want to leave my car in that area overnight either so I left, maybe I just caught them on a bad day were multiple workers called sick :(

Quoted one price on the phone, showed up and then quoted a lot higher price. Explained everything on the phone, then told by the manager that he didnt realize. Its not hard to understand what I asked for (in reference to the manager (overweight guy). He had no hesitation what so ever in suggesting I go to Firestone, which I did and was the best choice. Guys were awesome there.

I was there with my husband and daughter needing our battery and alternator checked after getting stranded. We ended up getting a new battery and hoped we would make it home as the alternator looked like it wasnt working. One of the guys offered to pick us up and take us home if we ended up getting stranded again. Thank you for that :) we made it home safely. The service was great and he went above and beyond.

Good to know that customer safety is not a top priority here. I use my car for work and have a pretty fast leak having to refill multiple times a day. Which I mentioned but they couldnt fix it, overbooked putting snow tires on peoples cars. Second time Ive had a urgent tire issue. Other time I ended up having to drive 30 mins to another location that was able to help right away after I had to put the spare tire on myself in their parking lot. Wont be back...Update: woke up to a flat tire this morning... thanks Les Schwab

These guys have treated me extremely well. I had a slow leak a few months ago and they fixed it free of charge. Today I got a flat and was on a very uneven road. The little jack in my trunk was not stable. I called Les Schwab and they had a guy there in 15 minutes. They took my tire and fixed it within a few hours. They tried to not charge me again but I insisted. This is a great company. Theyll have all my business from now on.

Again Les Schwab takes car of me. Flat tire on tires that were not theirs. Bought the car with Competitors tires and got a screw in them . Do I go to the competitors? Stopped in here to get a screw removed from a set of tires I had bought from Les Schwab. There where several open bays when I arrived. 2 hours to fix a screw in a tire. This is 15 minutes labor tops. In years past Les Schwab would have staff available to take care of these types of one offs. Your staff could have easily jumped on it and had me out the door in less than 20 minutes. Instead I am waiting 2 hours and honestly questioning if I should ever buy tires here again.

I purchased a snow sock instead of chains. I was told I should check with Volvo first too make sure of the size and type to use due to clearances. I respect their knowledge. It made me feel good.

Lots of mixed reviews here, but my experience was your typical excellent Les Schwab Tire Center service. They changed my tires promptly and their prices were competitive. I like the free inspections that they offer and they stand by their tire and work.

They filled up my car tire with air. I did not want to say they filled me up with air, in case there is some dirty people here, with sick mines.I would have crashed and died. They saved me from dying. All for the cost or love ($0 dollars).

Took my car in at 10 am to get my popped tyre replaced, told me it would be a couple of hours before they had one in stock. I went home and waited for a call and at 2.45 I called and they said they were just about to start on it, they also put me on hold saying ill check on it and then transferred my call to the garage and the guy who answered the line had no idea what I was talking about at first. I head down there and its ready but they never called to say so. Didnt seem very happy to help me either. I asked when the tyre came in and they said we dont know, our receiving people handle that. I dont know if its because I look younger than I am or what, but I didnt feel very welcomed, and it felt like they were putting other customers before me. I probably wont be returning to this location.

These guys are ridiculously slow. I think they took my car for a joy ride as well because it was moved several times waiting throughout the day. Because it was brought in by a shop I left it at (not me) they treated me as if I didnt exist. I was at this location waiting and the guys at the counter are total jerks and had no empathy, especially Cliff. They wouldnt even let me access my car. Extremely difficult to deal with, and they treated me with so much disrespect and attitude compared to anyone else who walked in the place, especially women. Dont come here. I will not return or go to any Les Schwab again. They act super fake & nice to gouge your wallet. They hardly made any adjustment at all to my alignment and I still paid them why? They wont tell you if you dont actually need something theyll just send it to make you pay for something. The bald guy at the counter was unpleasant to deal with especially. Doubtful any of this would make a difference in bettering anyones future experience here. Wont be given a second chance.
