They saved me!!! Hertz cancelled my rental less than 48hrs before pick up citing car shortage and price the market would bear. I was beside myself, I had booked the H cargo van for a xcountry trip to pick up my Dads things after he died. I called this Enterprise Truck Rental and they found me a truck on extremely short notice, and even matched the rate I got two months ago from Hertz. Will never rent from Hertz again --- Ansley and crew at Enterprise Portland Truck Market are HEROES!!

My wife and I recently called in to make a reservation in advance for October 30th. We got to talk with Tess who was very nice over the phone. We didn’t know what size truck we needed exactly but after explaining what we were moving she gave us a great option. I haven’t even been into the store yet and feel a lot better about my move. Hopefully we get to met Tess in person when we go in. Thank you again.

I rented a car through Enterprise while I was visiting Portland. I decided to do it over the phone and the customer service rep did a wonderful job. He set me up with a pick up and drop off at the airport. It was exactly what I needed. Until, the day came when they were meant to pick me up.I called the branch that was supposed to pick me up and they did not have the same information that I had. Additionally, they told me I was out of range and they could not pick up. And that there would be an additional fee for a drop off at the airport. All of which was not relayed to me during my phone reservation. But then the rep, I want to say Maria (cant remember) called a branch that was within range and set it up.So why the five stars? Because Diana K. Parker the Branch Rental Manager at this Enterprise! The previous rep was awesome, but Diana was above and beyond. Within minutes we were being picked up. We arrived at the Enterprise office and she was all set and ready for us. From start to finish at the office it was less than 10 minutes!I have rented from Enterprise before, and it is actually my preferred car rental service. But never ever had I been in an out in 10 minutes. Or have had this kind of service.Diana then followed up twice while I was in Portland. Once to make sure that the car was working out for me. And then on the day of the drop off to make sure that there were no issues at the airport Enterprise. Seriously, best service I have every received.Thank you Diana!!!

Renting cars to feds so went to uhaul instead and will never rent here again. Have fun with your choices guys

Rented a truck for a week recently and had the BEST customer service through the guys there. It was a BRAND NEW truck, no bells or whistles (I mean, no mirror on the visor, what?!) but drove great and felt confident and so happy that it wouldnt break down on our travels. Loved that the rear part of the truck had a fiberglass top/roof where natural light came in so it made working and being back there really nice! The truck also had an overhead light in the back which was great.This location offers a AAA discount too! :) Go to this location, they are reliable, timely and professional.

I had a great experience renting here. I needed a heavy duty pick up truck to haul an old car I bought in California. I rented the trailer somewhere else. I thought my only choices were Budget, Hertz or U-haul. Enterprise had the best service and price. And you dont have the company name plastered all over the truck. They have a drop box so you can return the truck after hours.

This location is terrific, the service, rates and guys working there are really top notch. This is the first time I am actually excited about going back to getting a truck for my business. Hopefully the secret doesnt get out to everyone and I can still rent what I need when I need it. SERIOUSLY RECOMMENDED
