Well they are not good with checking out the trucks and making sure everything is good on there units. I picked up a truck this morning and one of the back tires had a patch of the retread missing , so service manager came and looked at it and said that was not safe to drive. But when I asked why they didnt do there inspection before they tried to rent it out to me , He goes I am here now do you want me to fix or not its up to you. Iam like you said its not safe to drive but you dont care if you fix it or not hmmm... So I made them give me another truck. I drive penske trucks all around the country and this is the first time penske acted this way...

And we needed a truck with a lift to move some heavy equipment, Penske had exactly the truck we needed to rent.Location easy to find. They open at 7am on Saturdays, we got there 7:02 and yes, they were open already.Good customer service provided by the guy at the counter. They explained all we needed to know and we were on our way.The return was easy as well. Oh, and they have water and coffee in the waiting area.

Exorbitant Tax rate. 4 miles away, in another county, you can get the same truck for almost half the price. Quote was misleading and inaccurate. Upon my arrival, I was given a ridiculous price with tax as a reason. 0 customer service with the gentleman behind the desk. Looking forward to never visiting this location again.

Fuel guys are awesome hugo and I dont recall the other kids name but both are happy and fast getting me back in service fast plus hugo not only keeps fuel pumping but manages to wash at the same time thank you

This location is super slow, and half the time their trucks dont have walkboards.

Rental procedures were great. Only problem was they forgot to connect the electrical cable.

My first time renting from Penske, and the process was easy and the truck worked great. The truck was clean, worked well, and they even sent an email clearly documenting all previous damage on the truck. Easily my best experience with a moving truck company.

This is one of the best places to rent new, clean, well maintained trucks for business. I have never had a bad experience renting from Penske. They do get busy sometimes so I always try to call ahead.

Great prices great GMC trucks Cruze control and paddle shifting, USB and pretty comfortable compared to the Ford.

They called me the morning of my rental to let me know that the truck wasnt available, and the worst part is, I even spoke with them the day before to confirm my pickup time.I like Penske trucks, but nailing the operational element is key! Cmon guys!UPDATE: Revised my review as Penske figured it out, but I had to still make two extra trips and wish the whole process was smoother. Id still rent Penske again in the future over any others.

I had to rent a truck to clean out the back shed after a recent move. Penske had good rates compared to u haul and budget rentals. They also threw in pads free of charge.

Penske trucks are ok.They usually have power.If you ask, they will fix stuff.They are not open all night, so call ahead to check if you need repairs.

Truck was late. Employees didnt perform a proper inspection upon receiving the truck which made dropping off the vehicle at our destination more difficult.Upon the truck arriving 30 minutes late a promise was made to knock 25 off the price which wasnt reflected upon vehicle drop off. They did give us a hand truck with no charge but no documentation was given as well.

Rea helpful during our move! The truck was clean and a breeze to drive. Watch the clearance though! I busted a corner cap on a tree branch I didnt see and was really glad I got the insurance.

Their website has inaccurate rental information, when we went to go rent, it was twice what the website confirmed. The rep was rude and had zero customer service skills- she looked constipated and angry. Also, there is no customer parking, unless you are handicapped. We will pay more for u-haul.

I needed a truck from portland to kelso.... but there was no place to return to in kelso.... i returned it to vancover instead of portland and got an extra day and unlimted miles.... so if you need an intown rental..... to save some cash. Call it a one way to some place close you will get an extra day and unlimited miles..... I reserved online the truck size was wrong when I got there the tank was not full... they made everything right just wasted about an hour of my time.... still better and cheaper than uhaul

We rented a truck on a Saturday afternoon and within 10 miles. The truck broke, we have to wait for more then one hour for a replacement.Went we returned the truck they charge us for three days $438.46, for Saturday, Sunday and Monday
