I was able to get a same day appointment for a gel pedi and dip overlay. Teresa did my pedicure and they are just as perfect as the mani in my photo. Deanna did my dip and shes super talented with great taste.the shop stayed busy the whole time and a few were able to get walk-ins. it was affordable and overall such a great experience. would definitely recommend!

Charged much more than was told on the phone just to put jell on top of my French Manicure that should be automatically done anyway. Not to friendly tried to conversate with her but she never responded And no parking for this place.

Dont bother making an appointment. Even if you do a day prior. They dont care. I waited 15 mins past my appointment time and had to walk about because I was running out of time. Two of them working on one girl and then another person comes in at my same appointment time and shes still back there waiting. So disappointed they dont respect customers time. And that I wasted my time there. Go to the edge salon that’s across the street from it.

Had a great experience with acrylic nails here! The woman who did mine was such a sweetheart and made sure that I was satisfied with my nails every step of the way before proceeding, which is something that can be kinda rare. She did exactly what I wanted and it came out great!

The owner, young woman, was very friendly and helpful! Love how my nails turned out. I have had multiple good experiences here. There is an older man who works there who seems nice but is not good at the actual painting part.

The price on google is wrong, but otherwise good pricing. they did charge me extra for nail art, which I wasnt aware of. I paid $50 for this set, which I think was too expensive and personally wasnt what I thought I was going to pay when I walked in. Its a good place all around, they were very enthusiastic when I asked for a different color for each nail, but I wish they hadnt charged me extra for it.I recommended 4 of my friends though because they have good regular and gel polish colors and it didnt take too long. They said their polish chipped off easily and I didn’t think the mails themselves looked all that great.

I absolutely love this place. The customer service has always been the best. The owner of the shop has become a very close dear friend of mine. I had been searching for a while for a decent studio and when I came across this one I knew. Ive been going to Nina for years now she is a self-starter, extremely driven and the kindest most compassionate Beautiful Soul Ive seen in so long. I enjoy our conversations just the way she treats people not even on a customer basis but overall. Shes truly an amazing woman I recommend this place. Her prices are the best in town. I have been everywhere from Chicago to Indianapolis to New York and back and I wont go anywhere else for my lashes or my nails or my feet. So if youre looking for an honest, clean friendly place to go I suggest you give her a try!

It was ok. The lady that did my nails was a little rude but she did a really good job on my nails so sometimes thats worth more than good customer service. I might try them again and see if it was just an off day for her or see if I get someone different.

I have officially been to this salon 3 times now and I’m thoroughly impressed every single time I go. Nina does a phenomenal job of making me feel welcome and accommodating anything I ask for. When she suggests something, I always trust her. The first set (not pictured) was a translucent nude with rhinestones and butterflies. Something cute added to a natural look. The second set was a purple ombré that she redid after it was started by another technician and because it wasn’t up to her standards. The third set was a hand drawn snake that she made look so easy. She is so meticulous in shaping the nail to the design of the nail. Officially a regular!!

No frills, Good pricing and services. Get a drink and chair massage while you get your nails done. I come here regularly for my waxing and nails needs. Now there are lash extensions service and I love them. Nina is super meticulous and chooses the right lash service tailored to your natural lashes. Mine are super light weight and super quick to get ready in the mornings.

Husband and I were seated right away for pedicures on a Friday afternoon, even though it was pretty busy. Friendly staff, comfy massage chairs. Nice leg massage.

I have been coming to the salon for years and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. Nina is wonderful and always does an amazing job. I have had issues a couple times (over years, seriously, like 5) and if I called and let them know it has always been taken care of at no cost to me. They dont know you arent happy if you dont speak up, but any time something broke, or the polish chipped I could guarantee I would be seen within a day and it would be taken care of.The salon has recently been purchased by a new owner and it is getting a wonderful makeover. It is starting to have a wonderful, comfortable feel and it is my understanding that there are more updates in the works.I appreciate that they are one of the salons I always see asking about kits, as someone who goes often I am glad to see that they are pretty adamant about following this health guideline. I can understand paying $1 can be annoying, but you get to keep it and take it to any other salon you go to. Plus its now required by law, so there is that.I feel bad for the negative reviews and hope people talk to the owner or give it another chance. I know the new owner is working hard to bring in the best staff and give great experiences. I definitely wont be going anywhere else for my nails.

I am from the Chicago suburbs and I really loved this salon. The technician was super friendly and let me walk in with no hassle. I was looking for cool rhinestone designs and she hooked me up. I wish there were more places like this near me!

I always go here for my lashes; the quality and retention is great! I also had an acrylic appointment last time and Nina did such a good job with both services! The staffs here are very friendly, professional, making the environment very inviting!

This is my go to place now! I am most happy about the friendliness of the staff and the quality that they give to customers. I dont believe that I have never been to anywhere else that can satisfy my cuticle care. I highly recommend the team here! Dont forget to take their offer on wine or thai tea.

I stopped in for a quick fill because my normal place was booked. So happy with it that im changing salons without a doubt. The prices are great and the nails are thinner than others have been able to get them before. Very pleased.

I was on my vacation from LA and was decided to get pedicure done with my girlfriend. I feel so welcome when i walked in, the music was so relaxing. This was my first pedicure and i was so enjoying it. The people work there ,are so friendly, took time taking care of my feet, spent time on the massage. Their price s so awesome too, i only spent $35 for deluxe pedicure. I wish i live in portland, so i can become their regular here. I totally recommend this place to u all.

I got a gel manicure and it is the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. It started to chip that day as if it were regular nail polish. It looks cheap and isn’t smooth at all. I also had to buy my own nail file from them so they could file my nails. It was also the most expensive gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. I will never go back. Find anywhere else

Great for a cheap pedicure. The staff is friendly and the massage chairs are amazing but it does have a strong acetone smell. Regardless, they are very clean, they sterilize their tools, wear gloves and use new files that they give to you to bring back at your next visit.

I went there with my mom to get my nails done yesterday. The woman who did my nails went to town shoving my cuticles back. I pulled away twice telling her it was painful. It didn’t make a difference to her. When nipping my cuticles she made 3 of my fingers bleed. I understand that happens sometimes but she rubbed alcohol on those fingers and buffed them making them hurt and bleed so much more. My manicure was horrible. I have bubbles a lines in them. The top coat doesn’t even cover the entire nail so there are harsh lines on the polish showing where the top coat covered and didn’t.As for my mom her manicurist wouldn’t even speak to her or respond to her when she made conversation. My moms manicure wasn’t much better than mine. Bubbles and top coat not covering the entire nail.Overall, I’d never go here again.

Frankly the dirtiest salon Ive ever been to and I initially felt a lot of hostility from the manicurist. Sending love and compassion to her helped her attitude but she was barely attentive to my cuticles and wasnt looking and gouged me a couple of times. She tried to upsell me and so glad I didnt. $18 for a no polish manicure! There has to be some place else to go...

So glad I found this nail shop on my visit to Portland. Nina was friendly and efficient, and I love home my nails came out. $40 for SNS was very reasonable too. Highly recommend!

On a weekend getaway my girlfriends and I popped in for manicures. Very accommodating, friendly, and the massage chairs were great. Plus they give you wine to sip to boot! Excellent!

This is one of my favorite places to come relax and get my nails done and the staff and services there are phenomenal. Nina, the owner, who have been doing my nails for years is friendly, attentive, and accommates to all my beauty needs and tries hard to be flexible with her schedule around my hectic life. She sometimes even stays late past closing time to fit me in, which is why I am willing to drive from clackamas to downtown monthly to come visit her salon. She also introduced me to the new dipping powder technique which is quick and more durable than my regular shellac and I AM HOOKED!!! Cant wait to come back to try all the possible colors they have!

Awful customer service. They say they will fix your nails for free. My polish chipped in two days. I had them fixed, but they werent happy I was there. The fix lasted one day. I went in again and they refuse to fix them. They said my polish was too expensive and that they will charge me to fix them again. The fix should last longer than a day especially since Im not doing anything that should cause them to be messed up. My nails havent even been done a whole week from the first day I went in. I originally liked the lady the first day. The guy is nice, but the rest have horrible customer service. Theyve lost my business and anyone I would have brought.

The young lady, Diana, that did my nails was great. Very detailed. Not great with the massage though. The (who I assume is the manager or owner) woman at the front chair was a little rude. She kept pushing my party to pay cash. Sign our credit card receipts while we were still getting our nails done and when i asked for rubbing alcohol over my top coat of shellac she was so rude if they arent shiny after its not our fault and we wont repair them. They are still shiny, but it hasnt even been a week and they are chipping and peeling. I get my nails done every 3 weeks. This never happens. I will NEVER go back there. And after what the owner said, Im not even comfortable getting them fixed. I will just have to go to an honorable and credible salon to get them redone. The place was pretty dirty too. The chairs are torn and they barely clean the pedicure bath bowls.

5/24/196:26pm as it took placethis place is rascist.needed to use bathroom and lady said it was being cleaned and that someone messed up bathroom.so she the manager who speaks fluent english said i can go to target when i got back 20min later a white man. comes in and asked to use bathroom and she let him use bathroom.....will never becoming back.will be making sure everyone knows what happened.very sad people here..

Sufficient to say that I will not be returning.

This used to be a great place downtown for a manicure. But... my last 2 visits have turned me off for good. Shellac polish poorly applied, non-english speaking tech couldnt understand me and the process took forever! I had to clean up the polish and file the edges of my nails once I got home.Im done.

Try not to go there. Worst nail salon ever gone to. They charged me $90 for things they didn’t do the way I wanted. They keep talking to each other in their language and most of times they were talking about me and laughing. I’m going to dispute the charge.So horrible. Never go there.

Would never go back again. Not very professional didn’t take time to make sure my nails looked decent for the amount I was paying. Went in for a fill and the youngest lady there ripped my nails off because she didn’t like the type of acrylic that was used. And proceeded to go against my wishes and use an acrylic I already stated I didn’t prefer because it was past my budget. The gel chipped within a day. A week later all of my nails were chipped.

Went in today 1st October 2017 for a repair they matched my colour really well it looks amazing, would highly recommend

So the workers thought my friend and I werent going to pay so they gossiped about us. Soon they found out I spoke the same language as them so one of the workers were like vietnamese when she walked by her coworker. Implying not to gossip about us. The lady who did have friends nails gave her a cut on the skin without apologizing. Nails turned out 6/10 because there were bubbles. Uneven. And bad service. Will not come back because they most likely gossiped about us once we left. Dont visit. There is a better one across the street.

Walked in and it smelled so strong of acetone I had to walk right out. There is no ventilation there, not a place to get pampered.

I had been going here for a couple months now. Every time I went there were things that they did that were completely unprofessional and there were never any customers in the salon which I found weird. My final straw was when a little girl in there, whom I knew was not licensed was told to do my manicure! She was doing a terrible job, my skin had turned white and I still had polish everywhere. Then another girl stepped in and almost 2 hours later I was done. Every time I cash out there they charge me different amounts too! Poor customer service. Dirty salon. Dont go there!

Ive tried going here a few times, even took my daughters here. I prefer a sharpened claw and never once have they gotten them even on both sides. I was able to forgive that because it wasnt so glaringly obvious BUT, when you spend on average $200-250 each time you go in with your daughters for pampering, you should be able to expect a little more, right? Mmm, no.I could easily echo the sentiment of some of the other reviewers re: smell and a language barrier BUT, my frustration lies with something far more upsetting. In all of my time getting acrylic or gel nails/fills, I have never never never had a technician put glue on the underside of my natural nail, to glue the acrylic to the natural nail underneath. She still glued the nail to the top of my natural nail but, after shed polished my nails and wed used the UV light, she finished off this session by turning my hand over and gluing the underside. I came due for another fill and one of my nails is lifting (something that, had she not glued it down on the underbelly, could be easily enough remedied by lifting it off the rest of the way) and it is tortuous, bending my natural nail down and irritating the nailbed tissue underneath). Every time I accidentally bump up against something, it sends pain through my whole finger, and its throbbing now.Heed the advice of all of us re: the smell, the service, the quality of workmanship that is lacking. I will never bring my daughters here again nor will I come back.

It’s a dingy and smelly shop, the technician was the most inexperienced I’ve ever had. Ended up with infections on the many cuticle cuts, and the dip manicure lasted four days where others last 3-4 weeks growing out before chipping up. Will never go again!!!
