I have never had such bad service, they messed up my nails so bad I asked them to fix them the first time. Instead of Redoing the dip powder, they just put gel polish over the mess that was there. I called them because I was trying to be nice, they did have other customers in the building so I was being respectful and told them over the phone that I have to go to another nail salon for them to fix this, please Reimburse me, the owner played dumb and said he had no cash and had no way of refunding me, then the owner hung up on me. I would not recommend ever coming here, the way they treat customers.

I do not recommend going here. The quality of both my pedicure and manicure were terrible, polish and gel on my skin. She was aggressive with the cutters and spent the whole time yelling at another technician . Then she was using a dirty finger nail to wipe polish from the sides so hard that I asked her to stop. Now the next day my finger is red and swollen. I called to tell them what happened and they just said to come back in but I will not be going back there.

This place is fabulous! Gorgeous and large salon, always impeccably clean. I have been coming here with family for many years and they are incredible people, they care deeply about their customers, always on time and are very talented nail artists. I always love my nails! I highly recommend them. They do take walk-ins but I would definitely recommend scheduling an appointment since they are often very busy.

Poor work of a simple pedicure. The whole process was rushed and aggressive. The woman was annoyed when I asked to try more than just one color before she began painting all of the nails and at no point did she ask if I liked it. Finally at the end I pointed out the areas where the nail wasn’t filed and where the coloring was off. She was clearly annoyed so after a quick filing repair I decided to just leave and fix it at home. I won’t be returning.

This is the best nail salon in Maine that I could find ESPECIALLY for the price they’re all good here but if you’re into nail art book with Cindy! The girl is amazing, she’s done everything I’ve asked for and then some! Unicorn nails, winter Wonderland nails,spring butterfly dreamworld nails like she literally does it all and they’re quality! They definitely won’t break 🙏

A fun place to get your nails done. They do a great job on kids. I liked the look of my gel manicure and I could tell that the man who did it really cared that I was happy with the product. I was a little disappointed when the polish near the cuticle started lifting away from my nail, but it still lasted 2 weeks before it bothered me enough to take them off.

The salon itself is gorgeous, but that was the only nice part about my experience.. When I first got there a male & a female employee were Screaming at each other in a foreign language for about 10-15 minutes..The nail tech rubbed my feet so hard that I have been in extreme pain since (it’s afternoon now & I had my appointment this morning).. when I told him that it hurt he looked at me blankly as he was still pushing extremely hard on the bottom of my foot.. & the pedicure itself just looks terrible. I very rarely take the time to write a review, but this was just an all around awful experience .. So disappointing...as a single Mom, this is about the only thing I do to treat myself..

Do not go here never in my life have i seen any people with this poor customer service literally so rude and it’s so uncalled for, the lady wouldn’t let me get the nail shape i wanted and then continued to laugh and talk about me and my friends in a different language, they were laughing and gesturing at us. I asked to choose a new color for my nails 4 different times and she completely ignored me. I broke my acrylic nail off during volleyball and had to come in to get it fixed, my mom called and made an appointment when we got here a male employee said that she didn’t make an appointment and made her prove what number she called and said she called a different place. she proved it was the right number and he took no responsibility. the nails looks fine though.

This is the best set of nails I’ve ever gotten. They were kind and friendly. The work is thorough and detailed for a great price. Also the parking is great. This is my new regular salon for sure!Went back today 2/21 and had the best pedicure of my life I’m just happier and happier with their service and attention to detail; so amazing!

Cindy is amazing....spent a day of beauty at Millenia Nails! Eyelashes and nails all in one day. Cindy makes you feel relaxed and doesnt care if you fall asleep and snore 😝! Then she surprised me with my nails, I gave her free range to do whatever to my nails and of course she did an awesome job.

I’m so disappointed in this salon. I have been a customer for the past two months and have tipped 25% every time for their service. When I called today to express my dissatisfaction with my nails and that I wanted to come in to have them fixed, I was told rudely by the man on the phone “No. We can’t help you”. He literally dismissed my concerns and for someone who has been a customer here it’s upsetting that he was unprofessional and didn’t want to help with a solution. I won’t be coming back.

0. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. The guy at the front desk was very rude and judge mental towards my younger sister. He was hurried and when she explained she hadn’t done her nails in a while and didn’t know what dip powder was. He took out brochure told her to, “Read and make sure she could pay.” She changed her mind and wanted something else. He rolled his eyes and told her she now had to wait and pay first. We walked out mortified. Much better costumer service at Portland Nails and she tipped them 40%

Great people, amazing service! The inside of this place is huge and spa-like with a fresco on the ceiling, glass bowl sinks, marble and statues! What an experience! They also did a fantastic job on my nails, which is of course important! New favorite place for spa day!

Millennia Nails is the only place I go to have my waxing and nails done . Upon moving to Portland a few years back I tried many places but no other place seems to do the job as well as here . The staff at Millenia are very friendly and very open to providing the best service , also the are very in-tune to how and what I like done each time I go in !! I would highly recommend Millenia Spa to anyone looking for a great experience and having a go to place for all their spa needs !!

I love the location theres plenty of free parking. The salon is beautiful, clean, calm and relaxing. I have very flat thin nails, and Cindy does such an amazing job making them look thicker and curved, always just the way i like it. I HIGHLY recommend this nail salon! The shop is beautiful, however the service isn’t so great. The guy in the front needs to learn customer service. You greet customers before anything! I got a pedicure and honestly I could have done it better myself. Take your time with your customers don’t rush just because there’s other people coming in.

First time here- will be back! Very accommodating with my mom and both ladies did a fantastic job on our pedicures. Will be back for manis AND pedis next time. All staff was very friendly.

Highly inappropriate getting my nails done and the employee says: “Is he paying for you again or can you pay for yourself?” Also another employee noticed some brands I’m wearing and commented: “did he buy those too?” Very very rude. Focus on doing your job, not insulting people. You lost me as a customer!

After many chances I feel the need to review Millenium Nail Salon. The customer service is horrible, the nail tech was rough with my feet, unfriendly and the actual pedicure was a disappointment. This was the last chance as in previous visits I got a nail Fungus, as their tools are marginally sterilized. I will never go again.

The one on forest Ave is so nice and clean. The one by the mall the lady that did my nails was rude. She literally was like dont touch your phone. My friend was behind me and I turned a little to talk to her and she was like dont move Ill cut you. The other workers seemed nice. My friend didnt like the random design they put on her nail.

ZERO stars. Lifelong Portland here and just had my first experience at this nail salon. It was awful. The woman had SO much attitude, she didn’t offer a massage even though I paid for a gel manicure, did not make my nails symmetrical, did not get the OLD nail polish off, and made no attempt to make me happy when I requested that she add another coat because I could see through my nails due to the light colors. Horrendous. Wish I hadn’t tipped.

Pedicure was terrible, the woman doing my nails was rushing. After I told her I didn’t want my eyebrows done, she rolled her eyes and became even more disinterested. For my manicure, it’s bumpy and rippled as she put too much polish on. Again after I declined the more expensive service she began to not even care. My nails look disgusting, if i could get my money back I would. Never going back.

Nail broke less than 24hours later!!! My nails have streaks, lumps, & dents in them. I will say the place was set up nice & appeared clean. But I should have known better then to have my nails done here, the display nails even looked awful 😠 so bummed I wasted $50. Wish I could post pics to this review!

Went in for the $37 special mani/pedi. Halfway through my pedicure the woman said “you want the $45 special?” I said I thought it was $37 and she said my feet were too rough. I get regular mani/pedis every month so I know I this is not the case. Anyway, isn’t that why you get a pedi?. It is deceptive advertising. They don’t post the prices anywhere in the salon. Will not be going back.

I had been having great experiences when they first opened. Beautiful salon, friendly people. As time went on my nails (with schellac kept chipping) no problem they would fix it. The owner Cindy recommended I get the dip because it wont chip and if it does to please come back and they will fix it. I have been in school and not even working and they have been chipping on a regular basis with the dip that costs 10$ more than schellac. One time I went to their location in south Portland because I was in the area and showed the nail tech a photo of what I was looking to get. Not only was it completely different, they were so thick it looked like I had press on nails from the 90s so the next day I called and asked Cindy if she could fix them for me. She tells me I need an entire new fill. Um, ok if thats what she recommends Ill take it. I initially had asked for them to only thin them out and re coated with the shiny top coat (could have been a 10-15 minute fix). She tells me to pick out a new color. Long story shorter she gives me a discount so in a matter of 16 hours, I spent 80$ for the first girl to mess up my nails so badly that I couldnt even live with them but she charged me to have them completely re done less than 24 hours later...so I spent 80$ In less than 24 hours because her initial nail tech did a horrible job on my nails. That is the absolute last time I will ever be a customer there. Too bad because I loved that place and all the employees at the Portland store but when I came in to get them fixed I sensed the attitude from the owners and felt like they thought I was trying to take advantage of them. I always recommended them to everyone I know too, I took pictures of the press on look they charged me 45+ tip and will show and tell all of my friends what happened to me. Very disappointed.

Beyond disappointed. My daughter wanted her nails done for her Birthday, she researched designs for months and had her heart set on it. We happily walk into Millenia, tell the woman at the counter what we want and sign in. A woman comes up to take us to our chair and starts laughing at us with her hands up shaking her head no. Then proceeds to laugh with the other nail techs and an older woman steps forward to seat us. Meanwhile, the cluster of nail techs are still laughing and talking together in another language as we awkwardly take our seats. I grit my teeth and try to make pleasantries knowing how much this means to my daughter. Hardly a word is spoken between us for an hour straight while they talk amoungst each other and then answer the phone in perfect English. I look around and other customers are sitting in awkward silence, getting mocked for not knowing where the sink is or are coldly getting corralled to their seats. Not a smile on anyones face.. What happened to feeling pampered at spas or salons? I wouldve settled for some professional decency.On quality, it isnt there. The nail tech didnt want to go up a size on one of the nails so she buzzed off part of her nail to make it fit, it still didnt. She started with acrylic fake nails as a base instead of nail sheets, gobbed the acrylic paste on super thick and didnt listen to what she wanted for a design. 3 days later and my daughters dream nails were still hurting her so we tried soaking them in acetone at home. The layers were on so thick that they wouldnt budge, so we went back to ask to have them removed. You guessed it, more attitude and crappy service plus a $10 fee for removal. Now her nails look horribly maimed & need to grow out before theyll even look normal.In short, this was a horrible experience that well be hesitant to repeat even in a different place. Well be warning everyone we know and anyone else who asks about her botched nail job. If I could give less than 1 star rating, I would.
