First time coming to this salon and will definitely be the only place Ill be going to. Teressa is such a wonderful, fun, sweet woman. Went in for a color, wasnt quite the color I was looking for but told me to come back next week and shed be more then happy to go over it. And let me tell you Im OBSESSED how everything turned out.

Zenda cut my hair and did a great job! Helped talk through options and had a great conversation while cutting my hair!

Tessa always does my hair beautifully. I have curls and she gives me a haircut that both looks great with my curls as well as straightened. This is the week I was going to get my haircut and earlier in this week I got a compliment on my haircut, before I even got it. To me that says the cut stood up to the test of time. And that is the mark of a truly good haircut, thank you.

I love this salon!!! The hairdressers are very down to earth and personable. I always walk out of the salon with exactly what I wanted. Zen salon is always clean and very cozy. I have been getting my haircut and colored here for three years now and have no intention of going anywhere else!

Zena is the best! She listens to what you want. She is flexible with her hours and her pricing... is excellent! I recommend all my friends and they are not disappointed. Just an all around good time... laughter and listening...

Zenda has been doing my hair for eight years and I believe she is the finest colorist/ stylist I have ever used. The salon is small allowing for a relaxing atmosphere and friendly conversation. The other stylists are amazing as well. Highly recommend!

Zen Salon is my favorite salon from Portland OR to Bismarck ND. Im only able to come and visit once a year but it is always my favorite part of my trip! I always leave feeling fabulous and isnt that the point! Much love Zen Salon! Until the next time!

Went in for a “simple trim” and left with lots of layers and a lot less hair due to the use of thinning shears. I had to google what they were; I had never had them used on my relatively thin hair before! I’m still baffled how it happened and am kicking myself for not speaking up when I saw the first few chunks (BIG chunks!) of hair on the floor. The haircut would probably work on someone who has the time or desire to style their hair everyday but, that’s not me. The salon did have a good vibe and I enjoyed the conversation - I really wanted to like it - but, making big choices about a style without making sure your client is ok with it is really not ok.

Tessah is the only person I will ever let touch my hair again. I have rediculously thick combination curly and wavy hair. I am not willing to spend then 5 minutes on my hair in the morning. She is the first person I have found that can make my hair look amazing without having to spend time on it everyday.

I love zen salon, my daughter and I have been going there for 6 years. We have our hair colored and cut. Its warm and relaxing place. I enjoy it very much and I never have to wait. Services are great and Zenda has an eye for style and color. I couldnt asked for a better hair stylist then Zenda. Thanks for everything.

I love this salon. Zenda is personable and very funny, while also being professional. She listens very well to what her clients want. I wont go to anyone else, and my kids go to her as well. My daughter is 13 and has never loved her hair like she does since we found Zenda!We drive down from Vancouver, and its absolutely worth it.

I have never trusted a stylist as much as I do Zenda. Shes the only person who knows how to cut my ridiculously straight, fine hair with such skill and precision! Her color expertise is second to none, as well. I cant tell you how many times Ive gotten complements about my hair over the 5 years shes been taking care of me. I adore her as the best stylist Ive ever had and shes one of the smartest, kindest, funniest women I know. Its always a treat whenever I have an appointment!!! Thank you, Zenda!!

Thankfully my boyfriend introduced me to Zenda!!!I live near San Francisco, but always wait till I go to Portland to have my hair cut....because Zenda is so amazing!She has taken me on a moments notice and has just been fantastic!Shes the only one that can tame and straighten my curly hair!Salon is easy to find, provides a clean and relaxed atmosphere.

Tessah always listens and goes out of her way to make sure I love the end result ❤️ I work during the week , Tessah has appointments on Friday and Saturday which makes it convenient. Zendas warm and friendly personality is the first thing I noticed when I went to her for a haircut and color. Zen Salon at the Landing is a darling space and her artistry with my hair was amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Zenda as a very talented hair designer.

Hair cut good, coloring not what I asked for. Way too much personal talk and interruption. Was offered that I could come back if not happy, but was not convinced she would fix it to my liking.

Best salon Ive ever been to! I came here originally because a fancy salon in the Pearl destroyed my hair and didnt listen to what I wanted at all. I looked like a little boy with a bowl cut and thankfully Zenda saved my hair! I have been going to Zenda now for years and will never go anywhere else. I am always happy with my cut and I always get the cut I ask for. She made my hair look great while it grew out from that horrible encounter with a bad salon.Great design inside. I always feel so welcome and comfortable here. Zenda is so great to talk to! Great prices and convenient location and parking. Cant say enough good things about this salon!
