I was debating between this place (Pain Free Laser) and Radiance Laser for my first Brazilian session based on reviews. I can’t tell you how thankful I am that I chose this place!! After I did some research on various lasers on the market, I chose Pain Free Laser. They claim they have the best tech and they actually do (!!!) The Soprano XL is a phenomenal laser and is a fairly new addition in the market. The technology is top-notch and it really was pain-free (and surprisingly fast). I couldn’t find another place in the Portland metro area that had comparable laser equipment.Marietta runs this place on her own and she does a darn good job at it :) She is extremely knowledgeable, communicative and highly-skilled at what she does. The COVID precautions she took made me feel safe and comfortable the entire time. I’m looking forward to the rest of my sessions and having my boyfriend come here too!

I just completed my 8 treatment session for a full face service. I absolutely love the results and even from the first treatment I saw a major difference. I have been going here for over a year, and I am so glad I did. Not only is laser the BEST way to go and great results (this is coming from someone whos done with a decade of waxing), Marietta is the best. I was skeptical about shelling out so much money just to get rid on unwanted hairs, but after having a compromised and unsanitary waxing experience in Budapest I decided to stop putting my health in the hands of questionable estheticians and find a good laser specialist once and for all. Pain Free Laser delivers what it promises: there is no pain, only some mild tingling and itching and sessions are quick and easy. Within weeks of the first laser session I saw immediate results that waxing could never accomplish: my hair was softer, thinner, and easy to shave! I could have stopped there but I didnt: Marriettas packaging is so affordable. The cost might be heavy up front but after I calculated the cost of monthly waxing (plus tip) it became apparent that Ms Laser Free packaging would save me money within a year. The second and third sessions with Ms laser got easier and easier and soon I will have achieved my desired result. Because my skin appeared irritated upon first inspection Marrietta insisted on offering me a little trial and lasered a two inch test area of my skin. She did not charge me for this test, nor did I have to agree to anything until we both saw whether or not the results were positive. Ms standard of professionalism is extremely high: she does not expose her customers to any hazard, she protects her customer with information and wont push you into purchasing a package.
