Had a carpet emergency and amazingly Sal was able to come right away. We went from tears of distress to tears of joy all in less than an hour. Super fast, and super efficient. Professional and friendly. 10/10 highly recommend!

This company said they would perform a job for my home in Beaverton. No call no showed. I called and they said they cant come sorry. Barely can speak english and cant understand what the owner said because of how rude and fast he was speaking. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I hired PDX Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets in my house. Sal did a great job--the carpets look like new now! Quite happy with the service. On top of that, very reasonable pricing, professional, and friendly. Would definitely use them again.

After being stood up from a different company multiple times, Hussain swept in and saved the day! We needed our carpets done like yesterday since we are renting the place and he showed up on very little notice from our part and returned our carpets to better shape than when we moved in. All of my concerns were met with an understanding concern back, it is not everyday that you get service like that. So thank you for your service, Hussain, we now have a friend whos in the carpet cleaning industry :-)

He did an amazing job with my carpets, and got all the dog stains/odor out of the carpet. Definitley call them first if you need you anything cleaned. Very nice, and super passionate and knowledgable!!

Ive been using them for quite a few years now. Always happy with their attitude, cleaning quality and the price... one owner worked for Stanley Steamer for many years before he went on his own. You can imagine that you get Stanley Steamers set up/quality but at a discount price... I had annual contract with Stanley Steamer for quite some years until my kids grew older and I did not need the annual contract any more but I felt their price, without the annual contract, is a bit high so I googled and found PDX Carpet Cleaning and it was a nice surprise when Hussain walked in my house,,, I recognized him ... he cleaned my carpet when he was with Stanley Steamer... so you know that I do know the pricing and procedure and quality of Stanley Steamer so I have the edge to compare them... the only thing is, if you have an emergency, PDX Carpet Cleaning, due to their limitation (only a few vans so far I believe and more and more returning customers) they might not be able to come to you immediately on same day... so plan ahead ...
