Had a 5x10 rug that was far to large to clean ourselves! The rug was returned to us in excellent condition and far under the time estimate we were given when we dropped it off.Pricing was transparent and seems fair given the quality of the work. No complaints, will absolutely be using them again when our dog inevitably does something else to our beloved rugs!

Atiyeh cleaned our cream dinning chairs. The chairs had some yellow discoloration likely from moisture damage sitting in storage or a shipping container during our move cross country. They were so friendly and clear that they would do their best but were not promising they could remove all the stains as those are the hardest to come out. We just picked up the finished chairs and they did a wonderful job! So happy, fair price, all the guys we interacted with at the shop from who helped us load our car to the guys in the back when we paid - everyone was just really nice. Definitely recommend. Definitely would visit again. (We also noticed and greatly appreciated everyone was wearing masks.)

My rug was ready - they phoned me to say it was ready - the exact day they said it would be ready and they quickly cut me a pad for it as I had forgotten to order it previously. A very nice tall young man brought it out to my car trunk. I will continue to use Atiyeh for all future rug needs.

Excellent communication and care for our wool area rugs. 6 were wrapped in paper for storage. They double checked everything to make sure the wraps were perfect before loading them into my car. I highly recommend their services. One recommendation would be to have them mark the color and size of the rugs being wrapped for storage.

Very professional work, on time and helpful with recommendations. They know the rug business. I had two medium size rugs cleaned and purchased pads for five rugs in total. The rugs looked like new when completed and several of my smaller rugs that have new anti slip pads underneath no longer slide out from under our feet. Very satisfied.

I guess I’m expecting too much when I want a company to act like they want my business.Shocked at the poor level of customer service just trying to get a quote via their form. I guess they expect you to do the calculations, know their minimum charges, process etc. I had received far more friendlier and complete quotes from other companies with same info sent so will just pass on Aityeh Brothers.

Atiyehs always comes up with a solution to get out stains, or in my latest case, water mixed with plaster dust that had hardened. Keeping my wool rugs clean is the best way to preserve them. Getting them well cleaned has made them last for decades. Great Oregon company!

When I dropped it off, I was told itd be 10-14 days to get my rug back. On day 17, I called to check in. That was 3:30PM on a Friday.I was informed that the rug was ready, but the new pad wouldnt be cut until Monday. I asked if they could perhaps be kind and cut the new pad in the next 90 minutes, before closing for the week, since the order was later.No, I was told.On Monday, I picked up the rug and the new pad. I got home to discover the pad was cut 18 inches too short. I called and asked for a re-do.The foreman was willing to cut me a new pad within the hour. This was nice, but added insult to injury. I mean, if they can cut a pad with just a few moments notice, why couldnt they do it on Friday?The cleaning itself was good. But the customer service surrounding the cleaning could use some tightening up.

Not only did they meet the usual Atiyeh Bros standard of making sure that the carpet was precisely placed, they noticed that a window blind had just fallen down and was still laying on the floor because I’m too short to get it back in place, carefully picked it up and replaced it for me. Atiyeh’s cleaned a dozen carpets, made new pads and also made pads for an additional six carpets. They carefully placed everything considering light and prior fading. They happily moved things to my satisfaction. They cut the fringe on site in one instance. The employees were timely, respectful and competent. The rugs all look fabulous in their new home.

They did a good job cleaning the rug but I believe the cost of the service was too high and I probably wouldn’t do it again. I you pay 500 for a rug, it’s not really an expensive Rug, but to pay 300 bucks to clean it just seems off. I know they probably more often clean really nice Persian rugs that cost well beyond 1k in price but It seems like the younger interiors consumers are not buying really expensive rugs and they need to offer a service for those consumers. They do have Great customer service, their people are professionals so I will totally give Them credit for that. I just think they should think about what the next 30 years of their business looks like.

Atiyeh Bro’s repaired an antique Oriental rug which we had owned for over 40 years. There was a small hole along one edge that was there when we bought it. The repair they did was amazing, we had to turn the rug over and look at the back to see the repair. They were able to weave a piece from an old rug into the damaged area matching the pattern exactly. We were very pleased with the result and would highly recommend them.

I have two old and valuable Persian rugs which I have inherited and have passed through a couple of generations. I recently moved across the country and both rugs showed some wear and tear when I put them in the new house. I picked Atiyeh Brothers off the internet and have been happily surprised by the care with which they approach their work, the quality of the work itself, and the people they have working for them. The rugs look like new, colors revived, damage invisible, and they really enhance this home. They took their time because they care about what they do and respect the craft that went into the building of these rugs. Value for your money is a difficult thing to find these days but Atiyeh Brothers returns good value.

My beautiful Romanian rug that had not been cleaned since it was purchased by my parents in the late 50s now looks brand new on my living room floor. Super courteous people and quick turn-around for cleaning services. I think I would have liked the clerk who brought the rug out to have shown me the cleaned product. But it was rolled up (nicely) with someone who offered to take it out to my car. So nice! They didn’t get the darkened spot out of the rug and I would have definitely asked about it before I left had I seen it before I got it home. I’ll probably call them about it tomorrow.

Atiyeh employees came out to do some carpet coffee stain cleaning (that I had tried my best, without success, to do on my own), and also to clean high traffic area, stairs, etc. They did the most fantastic job!! This is the second time I have used Atiyeh Bros. for cleaning our wall to wall carpeting. It is a patterned high/low carpet, and they do a fantastic job. The tech arrived promptly, was courteous and efficient, and completed the job within the estimated time. The equipment they use ensures my home and furniture are well treated: corner protectors, pads and moisture proof slips under furniture legs, and post cleaning brushing, as well as spot treatments to problem areas. I will definitely use Atiyeh Bros. again.

Mike their estimator came out and was great. Super friendly and quick response. We were able to get in their schedule within a few weeks and they did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. Plus the carpets were left without any residue and felt fairly dry when we got home from work. We would use them again.

I was nervous about getting my rugs cleaned as they are wool and silk and was worried would get ruined . Atiyeh was excellent from start to finish. Was easy to book them, get a good cost estimate, they arrived in window booked and returned when committed to as well. The colors in my rugs are much brighter now and really look great. A stain also came out which I was very happy about. No guarantee on that but it did work for my particular stain. I will definitely use them in the future. Their staff is friendly, helpful and service is efficient and excellent. If you get a stain, have it taken care of immediately for best results. Its worth it.

We have been taking our rugs to Atiyeh Brothers for cleaning and repair for over 30 years. On this trip I brought them a rug from our front hall...it was really dirty and between the dog and the vacuum the fringe was almost gone. Today its as clean as it was the day I bought it AND they suggested a low cost way to replace the fringe. They are a wealth of info about rugs and their customer service is the best.
