This review is long overdue for work that was done in December 2020 and January 2021. Just bought a new home Met the owner John who did the initial estimate and actual work. He deep cleaned all the carpet areas in the house which includes 2 bedrooms and stairs. The price is fair and reasonable considering the quality of service/work I received from this small business. After the initial job, I sent them 2 big cowhide area rugs which they also did a fantastic job. I would recommend them and I am a return customer.

My wife and I have a rescue dog who struggled with having accidents in the house and while we did our best to try and keep the carpets cleaned they still felt dirty and had that urine smell we just couldnt get rid of.After the cleaning Javier did, our apartment smells amazing! It even looks as close to brand new as an old carpet can possibly look. Honestly its far exceeded my expectations for what would be possible and I couldnt be more pleased with the service we received, it was worth every penny.In addition, Javier was very kind and professional, arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment, and gave us a detailed explanation of what service he would be performing before he started working.

I had been planning on getting my condo carpets cleaned pre-Covid so had read a lot of reviews and had an idea of what it would cost. I hate it when I get a low estimate and same-day up selling- which I saw a lot of in reviews of other places. Gallagher’s gave me a quote based on my description that was in line with my expectations and I made an appointment, which was 4 days ago. I had forgotten I’d left the dog out front with the door open, and when I heard the doorbell there was my dog wagging his tail next to Javier. Always a good sign. Javier measured, confirmed the price, we talked about some dog spots he couldn’t guarantee but would try, and went to work.4 days later I can confirm (this is based on reviews of other places) it dried quickly and evenly, no spots appeared, no chemical smells, and no crusty feeling. Couldn’t make the dog spots invisible but if I didn’t know where they were I wouldn’t be able to point them out.Javier was courteous, friendly (my pup is a good judge of character) and the carpets look great. Highly recommended.

I had a large couch that shows stains easily that I decided last minute I wanted to get cleaned before having company stay with us - I called on a Thursday, and Gallaghers was able to get me a quote on the spot, ands end someone out to clean the couch the following Monday which was a lifesaver! Super quick, the couch looks awesome, and they left my living room cleaner than it was when they arrived!

My wife and I recently bought a house and needed the carpets cleaned ASAP before all of our furniture was moved in. We had our carpets in our house cleaned, and The experience was great from start to finish. Scheduling was fast and easy (even with a last minute reschedule from us). Sean arrived on time, was very friendly, and measured everything, in order to give us a fair estimate. He wore a mask (COVID) and shoe covers while doing his cleaning, and was quick, and efficient. He spot cleaned stains from our pets, and kids, before cleaning the rest of the carpets, and all of the stains came out. Bonus...he left a bottle of spot cleaner, that I know will come in handy. I would highly recommend Gallagher’s, and will use them again!

They did not remove them and return them days later. The job was completed in under two hours. The results....terrific! My entire experience with Gallaghers was exceptional from start to finish. From the first phone call inquiry to picking up our rug they were kind, helpful, and brought their A game to all aspects. Parts of our rug had to be rewoven and it looks amazing. You cannot even tell where they had to do anything! The colors are more vibrant after being cleaned as well. The price was totally reasonable for all that they did. I was surprised it was not more. The facility for drop off was clean and welcoming and actually had parking! I would use them again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend them as well.

I cant say enough wonderful things about John, Brooke, and Jo from Gallagher Carpet. Good customer service goes a long long way with me. I myself have been in the service industry for over 25 years, so I greatly value good service in.From the moment I called and talked to Brooke to set up a time to have my rugs picked up, to days after I received my rugs and getting a call to check in on how everything was. They kept on impressing me with there kindness. I had three rugs that i needed to be cleaned with a quick turn around, since my house was soon to be filled with family and two new babies on the way. They were able to get my rugs back to me in a week! I was truly impressed. When they came to deliver my rugs one of them had some problems due to me trying to deodorizing them with backing soda, (do not ever do this to any rug ever) John was not able to salvage that rug but was quick enough to treat the other two with extra care. He did not charge me for the work he put in to the non salvageable rug. I only wish I had more rugs for them to clean so I could continue give them more business. I will always have Gallaghers number to use and pass on to all those I know. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and being such friendly, honest people to deal with.

Not only did he make them look like the stains were never there, he also left me with some tips about how to care for them in the future. An excellent experience overall.

Excellent customer service and professional results. I moved into a condo that had supposedly had its carpet cleaned but had a strong smell of dog/cat. I inquired about scheduling an appointment online and received a reply the very next day. I was forced to cancel my initial appointment but was able to reschedule a week later without any hassle being that they saved my information. The technician Shane was very professional and easy to talk to. Shane called 30 minutes before his arrival and was able to easily walk me through the process and give me realistic expectations. I am not a carpet cleaning expert but it was easy to tell that Shane was a master at his craft. I was impressed by his professionalism and at how personable he was. There was a night and day difference in the carpets smell, texture and appearance after Shane was finished. I highly recommend both Gallaghers and Shane. It is always refreshing to do business with a competent company that hires outstanding employees.

I always look at multiple review sites before I select a provider especially if Im new to the area. Gallaghers had a lot of 5 star ratings on multiple sites so I thought that I would give them a shot.We had a young man named Shane show up on time - extremely important - and he was great to work with. He was polite, respectful of my house and furnishings and he was pleasant to talk to. Not something that you find much anymore. He got right to business, finished the work in about three hours and got out. He didnt dink around and he was working the entire time. (Ive had issues with folks focusing more on their phone than the job at hand.)The carpets came out great and I wasnt disappointed with the results. I would say that they are fairly priced in this market having used other carpet cleaners in the Seattle area. That doesnt mean theyre cheap but you get what you pay for. They also confirmed the estimate before starting by actually measuring the rooms they cleaned. I liked that. No issues on price at the end.Based on all of the above, I would absolutely do business with them again - and Im picky. I also think thats about the best compliment you can give a business when youre willing to spend more with them because of the job they do. I would consider them if you need your carpets cleaned.

From the scheduling, through the actual cleaning, to after the job was done, customer service was phenomenal. In the end, the carpet looked great and they were able to get out stains that had persisted for years. Im very impressed and happy with our experience!

I had over a gallon of herb and Alcohol extracts in glass jars fall from a shelf and break all over this rug. I was going to throw it out because I thought the shards of glass and the stains would never come out! It was my late Mothers rug so it I brought it in just to be sure that it was not salvageable. They were able to do it!! and they did a fantastic job! Also, quick on the turn around! I got it back in less than a week!Highly recommend these guys for their professionalism, skill, quality, promptness, and competitive price! A+++++

This is the second time we have used Gallaghers to clean the wool carpeting we have in our basement apartment. Cameron showed up exactly on time and worked diligently. The rug looks great and Cameron is such a pleasant person and so enthusiastic about the company and about his work. He literally had stars in his eyes when he told me about his trip to Texas to get further training from an older Armenian woman whose family has been in the rug cleaning business for five generations. This is definitely a 5 star locally owned company and we were told by the local business who sold us our wool rug (Rug Bug) that Gallaghers is the only company he would trust to properly clean a wool rug.

Cameron and Gallaghers are the best, and they did not even clean my carpet. I have to give them huge credit and appreciation. Cameron came in and recognized right away that my carpet was a no win situation. I cannot say enough good things about Gallaghers. They have always been wonderful when completing our planned cleaning. Nathan in particular is careful in the house, diligent on the carpet, professional, and friendly. However, what solidified my positive take on the company was when our 75-pound lab got sick on the white carpet. We really thought we were going to have to replace the carpet in the room. Gallaghers came to the rescue. They rearranged schedules, got someone out to the house ASAP and completely got rid of the stain. Amazing, considering they use all environmentally safe products. Owner John Gallagher is very hands-on and sets a great work ethic example for his team.

Gallaghers has done it again, on time, well cleaned carpet... Their tech Juan is clearly experienced in this trade, knew exactly what treatment was needed for our situation took the time to do it right, didnt try to upcharge us, answered any and all questions we had, just a pleasant experience from scheduling to completion, weve used them before and can honestly see no reason to look anywhere else next time, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend there service, thank you Juan, and Gallaghers for a great job..
