Outstanding work. We wanted our hardwood floors cleaned before we moved into our new house and Yenetila really outdid himself. He was very dedicated in making sure it was dry and done for us. Our rental property was left dirty with stained carpets by our last renter. We thought we had to have the carpets replaced. We heard that we may be able to get out the stains if we have a professional cleaner clean the carpets. We contacted professional cleaners including A-1. A-1 showed up on time wearing his mask to take a look and to give us a proposal. When he promised that he will be able to remove all the stains, we had doubts especially with the sections that had dark stains.On the day of the cleaning, he showed up early and started cleaning right away. When he called us to see the result, we were amazed. The carpets look like new. Fabulous result and it exceeded our expectation.

The staff was very very professional , hard working, and polite. They came right on time, had their portable cleaning( great since I live in apartments) and they also have hoses too. They made sure to get all the dark spots out before leaving. Very happy and satisfied.

I have used A-1 twice now to clean my rugs and was very happy each time.

This review should be 0 stars, because there was no service. The guy never showed up to his appointment which is double-frustrating because he couldnt even follow up with me to confirm the appointment. I had to call twice and email twice before he ever confirmed where he was going and he was asking a lot of $$ to do a little room ($105). Avoid.
