Only reason I am giving three stars is because my nails and toes look great but let me save you some time if I can. They charge $20 for gel polish and they will not tell you that until check out. I got gel on my fingers and toes because that’s what I usually do and I didn’t think to ask how much because I have never paid more than $10 extra for gel. So for gel I spent a total of $40 on top of the price for a pedicure and full set. I was charged $7 for shape and $15 for four “designer” nails (some glitter under my acrylic). They are just too pricey especially for a gel pedi. I will definitely get my regular pedicures elsewhere but may come back for my nails since they did a good job. Might be better off going to a nail tech. There are a ton of them on Instagram with decent prices who can do all the trendy styles.

Good salon but I wish they had more variety of dip nail polish, a baby blue to be exact (they had none!) They are clean, take their time and I always love the results.

The tech did my nails with dip and had to add tips to all of my nails, what he didn’t do because he rushed through the job was make sure that my real nails were cut short enough to add a tip onto them. 2 weeks after I finally removed the job he did I was told that if I didn’t come sooner to get the nails removed I would have gotten a fungus because of the gap he left between my nail and the tip. As he was putting the dip on he started to drill, the tech drilled so far into my Cuticle that now I have an indent that I need to wait for nail to go out for it to get better. He also did not even fully cover my nails with the dip polish. I have never received service like this before and was very disappointed too.

Henry did an awesome job on dip and nail art for the holidays. I will definitely be back to see him.

I did my mani and pedi for the first time here, and I always go by the saying “there’s not a second chance for a first impression”, I gotta admit that this place exceeded my expectations. They had great customer service, I called last minute and they were able to fit in my Dad and me both mani and pedi regular, same day I called. Andrew did my nails and Tammy did my dad’s, both were very friendly, patient and understanding and our nails turned out amazing, they were quick and efficient. I will for sure come back and recommend this place, it was clean and good environment.

My nail tech is Diana. She is a peach! We joke around we talk. We have a good time while I’m receiving a great set of nails and a soothing pedicure. I let Diana pick out my colors because she has fantastic mind for this job . She’s willing to try new ideas different color combos. I’m100% in the best of hands. Management is Great! It’s always nice walking in and being greeting by my name.I love this place!!

I love this place!! If you come ask for Candie! She’s so sweet, quick and great at her job! She takes very good care of you and not to mention her soothing massages! Ohh and hot towels! The equipment is clean, chairs and tables are cleaned right after you get up. You’re offered water, wine or coffee once you come in. They have a huge selection of colors!! And they accommodate appointments which is another reason I love them!!

Staff can be rude and unprofessional at this location. This is my 3rd visit here and the first time was ok but last two times were unpleasant and I paid different prices for the exact same services. Today I did my nails with a tech called Tracey and she became aggravated and rude because I was specific about the shape and how I wanted my nails done. She was so rude and atrocious she had the nerve to tell me that when I am making my next appointment I should make sure I dont get her and I should pick someone else. She remained annoyed throughout the service with a lot of attitude. Tracy needs customer service training and some humility. All I was explaining to her was my preference but she obviously hates what she does because she went to the extent to tell me she hardly works here and is taking less hours. IT IS A SHAME TO HAVE SOMEONE LIKE THIS WORKING AT YOUR BUSINESS POSH!!!! Tracey needs to be addressed.

I went on Saturday 1-2-2021 and today is 1-7-2021 Thursday I noticed that my pinky finger my acrylic nail is about to come off I was charge $75 for this service. You guys are better off going to Vegas nails. At least they last you a good 4 weeks before needed to go in to do them again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I was recommended by my sister and mom and we are all never coming back. I asked for a certain color and showed them a picture. They decided to do something totally different and make the nails look so thick, I then asked if I could get them fixed because I was not happy. Since I already paid I asked if I could either get them redone, a refund, or a credit to come back.The manager said no and then was going to charge me for a whole new service to fix it. This manager should think about changing his career choice. They only worry about themselves and the money they make.Plus look at the photos below!!! Theres a hair stuck in my nail! Should a nail even look like this?

I feel just as comfortable as I did before the restrictions of COVID. They take your temperature, have you wash your hands and everyone wears masks and gloves.Penalty of distancing and cleaning.Definitely satisfied with Posh’s service as usual.

Definitely not going back, one price for my daughter and another price for me for the same service.Ladies please review your check before leaving.Total rip off.

Love this place! Every time I come in town is my to go nail salon. Extremely professional, clean and amazing work. Anthony did my pedicure and manicure and was great. I didn’t have an appointment but only waited 5-10 minutes. My daughter went with me as well and they were able to accommodate us both at the same time. Definitely recommend this salon and will continue to use them every time I’m in town!

Last year I did not have problems with Posh Nail Plantation, but unfortunately there has been one to many issues that I will not be returning.1. In March, a nail tech charged me extra for shaping the nails coffin when I asked for the nails to be shaped square. I was charged for a shaped I did not even request.2. In November, I decided to come back to Posh after months of not getting my nails done due to Covid. I checked the website to see if any changes to price have been made. I did not see that there was. I got a dip manicure. Once going to pay I was told that dip was $5 extra. I told them there was no sign to announce this. Thats when the front desk receptionist turns over a sign that was facing backwards (away from the clients to hide the price raise).3. This past Thursday in December, I came to get a gel manicure. When I was getting my nails dried in the gel machine, the machine was overheating causing my finger tips to feel like they were burning. I told the nail tech multiple times, This machine is too hot. He proceeded to ignore my concerns and laugh it off. I left the salon, and 10 mins afterwards, the top coat came off one of my nails. I came back in to get it fixed, I told the nail tech that the machine he used was not working properly. That Ive had many gel manicures before and never had a machine that hot. He denied it was the machine, I insisted that the machine used was broken. Thats when the nail tech that sat next to him confirmed that the machine was indeed broken and the client sitting next to me also had issues with her nails drying. In 3 days of having my nails done, 4 of my nails chip. I called today a 11 am to get them fixed. I told them that I could come in at 3-4p. I showed up at 3:30 pm, I didnt get out till 5:00pm. I understand that I came in as a walk-in, but I called ahead of time. Plus as I sat there waiting for half an hour (I didnt even have my nails soaked), I saw the receptionist tell one nail tech to fix my nails. The nail tech pointed at me and then walked away shaking her head that she wasnt gonna take me. Someone else finally soaked my nails (it took so long to soak the gel, the nail tech was wondering what was even put on my nails in the first place). I was then handed off to another nail tech who tried to convince me to do dip instead of gel, when I was just trying to get 4 nails fixed. It took an hour and a half to fix 4 nails.I gave this salon multiple chances, but this last time was my final straw. The hidden fees and the subpar work is not worth it.

Wonderful place!! Went to get my nails done after 3 months of quarantine. Place is taking all the measurements to protect their customers and employees. Mandatory masks, sanitizing, protective shields and around 25% capacity. What a lovely experience!

Customer service and friendliness is great but I wouldnt even mind bad customer service as long as I left happy with my nails. 2 out of 4 times I left unhappy with my nails. Yesterday they looked like I went to a sleepover with some 7 year olds and they did my nails. I showed my friends without saying one word and they said oh that looks really crappy! Theyre streaky and bumpy, I had to go home and file them myself to even them out. It was the same tech both times so I guess I just wont go to her anymore. Actually Im probably not going there anymore.

The ritz nail lounge across the street was rude and turned me down and the second I walked into Posh my experience was amazing! I have been going here since they opened the Plantation location ,BUT sometimes I feel like they don’t listen to me when I make my appointment because I ALWAYS call to make appointments, as far as getting a nail technician who does NAIL DESIGN AND ART!-I got my nails done yesterday and I had a new girl and she was very nice and very thorough, but I showed her pictures of what I wanted my nails to look like and she decided to do her own little thing, And not do the design that I wanted!- I feel if they cannot do the design or the nail art, then they should make sure they set you up with a person that knows how to do it! So usually I do love my nails whenever I leave there and people see my nails all the time and rave about them And love them too, but lately I have been getting nail techs who don’t know how to do nail designs even though I specifically ask for that when I made the appointment. -i don’t mind if somebody does my manicure and my pedicure doesn’t know how to do nail art, but then make sure that somebody comes over and does the nail design that I’m requesting for me.- So yesterday I came home with no designs on my toes or my fingers and I paid quite a bit of money for that and I’m just disappointed because I know this place is better than that.

Made an appt yesterday, took me right away, showed a pic of coffin shaped pink and white ombre nails on their FB page and said I want that look I got exaxty what I asked for, reasonably priced in my opinion. Tim did an amazing job and Im going back next week for a pedicure, couldnt be more pleased!

I felt like a princess, being so well taken care of. Candie did my pedicure with a great chrome shine on the toe nails. And after that Kurt made my fabulous manicure, hard french gel (and they look like new even though its two weeks ago). I will definitely come back.

Ive been coming here for about 2 years now. I get my nails done by Van and my eye lash extensions by Cindy. I have never had any issues and my nails and lashes have always come out superb! The ambience is nice and the staff is great.

This place offers terrible service. The Manager, Kurt, doesn’t understand that an apology can go far ... and a genuine apology can go even further. — Do yourself a favor: Go to Venetian Nail Spa in Pembroke Gardens Shopping Plaza. They offer MUCH BETTER service ... and the atmosphere is stunning!

I went last Friday as a walk-in for a last minute manicure. I had Victor and he did a great job. The location is great. Its right next to Bone Fish Grill. The nail salon is pretty and well maintained. The only thing I would suggest is that they remind you to pay for services before they actually polish for a regular manicure. I did smudge a nail trying to get my wallet.

Called before and asked for pricing on full set for ballerina nail. Was told $27. They ended up charging me $39 because of removing my gel coat. Never got charged extra for that before. Update..I lost 2 nails after 1 week already. I never break nails. My tips have no acrylic on what so ever. I would not recommend this place

Posh Nail Lounge is the best place in town! I have been having Tracy do my nails for the past 6 years and followed her to the Posh in Davie. So excited they have opened right near my house in Plantation. They have the best products and do an amazing job!! The place is beautiful, new, and super clean ❤️

BEWARE! I called them in advance to find out how much powder dip costs they clearly said $35. Once I checked out they charged me $40!! I told the guy, I called and was told $35 over the phone. His EXCUSE was I picked a more expensive brand! REALLY??!! Then why didnt they tell me this, if its true, when they were giving me all the colors to choose from? WONT GO THERE AGAIN. Nothing worse than feeling taken advantage.

Great Service. Clean and modern. We were offered drinks as soon as we walked in the door. What we asked for was waiting at our chairs. Everyone was nicely dressed. Relaxing atmosphere. Great service. Will definitely be back.

When I first started going about 4 months ago, I was so excited! You show them a picture of what you want and they do it. Nails WERE amazing! The last two times I have gone have been a nightmare.show picture and they say, yes, they can do it and in reality they cannot. 2+hours later and a not so happy customer. The front desk asked how did everything go? I said, not so well. Showed them the picture and then my nails and they made every excuse. For the amount of money they charge, customers should always be happy. I guess it depends on who you get. Linda and jessie will never do my nails again.

I asked her to make them square three times. I asked her to refile them twice and they still came out round. One of my other nails are not even the right shape and she said it’s because it’s a new nail. Ok. I’m never coming back. If I’m going to pay 55 just for a refill it would be nice to get what i actually ask for. This was so disappointing

Posh really is one of the better nail salons in the area. I do not have a preferred nail salon. I work in Pembroke Pines and live in Tamarac so I go to all nail salons in between but I find myself always going back to posh. The prices are relatively the same as anywhere else but the place is always clean and most importantly, because I’m someone who doesn’t make appointments, I never have to worry about getting a bad nail technician because they are all good!

I returned to the salon for a dip nail repair(one nail) exactly one week after having a dip set manicure and regular pedicure. To be fair Ive returned in the past for a repair (three nails) a few days after having dip manicure and the manager repaired them free of charge. This time however, the nail tech asked me What are you doing to chip your nails. I wanted to ask her what are you not doing for my nails not to chip. They made me feel very uncomfortable, like a serial nail repair customer, to make matters worse the manager came over speaking in their native language over my head and charged $4 for one dip nail repair, exactly one week of having them done and spending $70 plus tip. I started off really impressed with this establishment, but recently Ive been very disappointed.

The place is beautiful but the tech did exactly the opposite of what I asked. Told him I wanted to keep my long coffin tips and 2 minutes later he was trimming them wayyyy down into squares before I could even say anything. Went in with high hopes but left super disappointed.Edit: the acrylic was lifting and cracking after only a few days and I realized as they grew out that he shaved almost completely through my natural nails. Never going there again.

Highly recommend! Ive been here several times for pedicures, manicures, and eyebrows. One time my mani/pedi was not the best. I followed up with management and the issue was resolved right away! Fast and good quality service. Very professional!

Pretty salon, friendly atmosphere... first time I went I tried the dip, the tech did my nails so well I was very happy, I went back for a second time to find out the first tech that did my nails two weeks prior quit... they gave me someone else and said he could do it well... however my nails look like a blind person did them... extremely poor filing, shaping, and polish. My fingers were bleeding from being cut as well.

The tech I had today, Anthony was not good at all. I had to ask him to cut my cuticles, which is customary with a manicure. He did an awful job on my pedicure. He did not properly polish my hands or feet, so it looks like the polish is chipping already. I will probably go back because the front desk people were nice and the shop is nice and clean. However, I will not allow that tech to render my services.

I love Posh!!! I have been coming here a while now, and seriously will not go anywhere else. They make a point of knowing everyones name, and they even remember the nail colors you like. My daughter broke her nail, and went into the salon, and Andy remembered her color from the week before -- she didnt even remember the name! After going there a few times, you will most likely be greeted by your name when you walk in. They try hard to accommodate your schedule, and that is something I truly appreciate.I entered my appointment wrong in my calendar, and they actually called me to find out if everything is ok. When I called back, the front desk associate told me they could easily reschedule, but more importantly, they were worried because I am never late nor miss an appointment. Has your salon ever done that?My daughter and I love Tracy and Andy, but honestly, they are all amazing there. Just try it once-- you will never go anywhere again.Love Posh!!

Staff was friendly, but service awful!!! I went to this place for the first time for a Mani (gel) & Pedi. the first day the toe nail polish peel off , called them and made them aware of the situation, I made a new appointment to re do it again when arrived, they just want to cover the nails with a new coat ... I said no, no, no, I paid 55.00 for a service that supposedly it will last at least two weeks, so they finished fixing them from scratch but, unfortunately, they did not even last 5 days to peel off again ! And my Mani was full of bubbles, he fixed one hand but not even last 2 weeks, I am not happy with the service and the products they used. I do not recommend this place at all

I was told when I got there that a gel mani/pedi would be $56. When I went to pay it was $78. The guy said it’s $20 extra for gel? How does that make sense when the gel mani is already 30? That means the gel pedi is $48? No thanks. Will not be back.

Idk if it’s just me, if I’m too “rough” with my hands or the products they use aren’t good quality .. but this is my 3rd time trying them out. 1st gel, 2nd dip 3rd acrylic. Every time They always either fall off, shatter, crack, etc. Not very pleased in all honesty.

Tried them a bunch of times. Like others said...they are ok. Last experience will be my last time. I got a basic manicure and she buffed my nails to many times and now they are so thin they all broke off within a day or two. My thumb nail is so short that it will take me a while to even justify a manicure. I also picked a great looking red polish that NEVER Dried so they had to take it off...she said that they must have “watered” it down to much. I’m sorry but if it’s old throw it away.

Fair price & clean, but dont bother going if you dont have an appointment. You either wait half hour plus or they turn you away. Arrived at 4:50 for a pedicure & they turned me away because they close @ 5:30. 🤷‍♀️

After going to many nail salon and continued to be disappointed, you can only imagine how exstatic I was when I found Posh Nail Lounge.The salon is very clean and well kept. Everyone I have dealt with so far is very polite and courteous.My manicurst, Wee, is a miracle nail guru. My first visit was a walk in; but there after, all appointments, if you want the same manicurist.I will give Posh Nail Lounge a 10 🌟 if I could. The owner is always there to assist or listen to his customers.Great job!!!!!!!

Gone a handful of times. They get comfortable and the service drops substantially. Charged different amounts for services when they are identical m. Waited 35 mins over my appointment. I get people run late and I’m not blaming the technician, but it’s clearly ran poorly. Acting like 35 mins late is no big deal. I get my nails done twice a month like clock work. You’ve lost me.

Went there for my first pedicure ever! My wife asked me to go with her and I said ok. The lady who sat me down asked me if it was my first time then started pulling out all these tools! I was like, I didnt sign up for all of this lol! She pulled my feet out of the tub and had to take her gloves off to be sure. She thought my feet were gonna be rough but she said my feet are like baby! LOL! It was nice but I couldnt stop laughing! That stuff tickled too much for me LOL. Would I do it again? Yes! But Im going to laugh!
