I hadn’t come to this shop in a while to have my nails done because of the customer service in the past. There’s honestly only two good nail techs there and they are both male unfortunately I don’t remember their names but the older guy has excellent customer service. I go in early today before I’m due in for work for a French ombré full set the older guy asks me what I need then haves me sit at an empty table but the second lady comes in and he takes her immediately. So I have patience and wait an extra 10 or so minutes for someone else to do my nails. She’s sweet but she needs more training my nails are botched. Then I ask for my eyebrows and they sit me in the chair then someone else comes in and even though I’ve already been sitting there I have to get up. The service at this place is needing improvement. Also more training is needed for nails. All in all I will not be back.

Theyre ok, I got an appt real fast. But the guy who did my nails did cut me on my cuticles in 3 different spots and my nails werent sized too well, some large and some small. Overall the staff was nice and the salon was set up good to social distant and COVID rules.

My experience with them is always great

5/26/21 - UPDATESo I noticed it has been two years since this review i posted... and i just wanted to come back and say THIS WILL ALWAYS BE MY SPOT. Let me tell you what, the nails I see them do while Im there waiting - are all beautiful and done to the best of their abilities to give the girls the designs they want Im telling you I SEE IT. I have never in all the time Ive been coming here seen anyone leave unsatisfied. Today for example, I needed to get my eyebrows waxed so i used my lunch hour at work to do it ask me if I care about the fact that I work all the way by Ikea / 595 and theyre on Sunrise Blvd. and Sunset Strip. There are no other hands I want touching my eyebrows other than Cathy or Amy. Seriously , go when you have time because there are those moments where they ARE BUSY and you will be waiting . If you dont want to wait go another day, if you do I swear it is well worth it.My nail shop for life . Never switched up and always been loyal . They always treat me with care andKeep my nails and eyebrows on point .

The ability to schedule appointments online is a definite plus. All around great experience for an afternoon of pampering.

Excellent service. My eyebrows are always arched beautifully for a low price of $7. The salon is also opened on Saturday, I dont know why it says its not. Enjoy the great service from here.

The lady who did my feet was good. The guy who did my nails was alright. He didnt put enough glue on the acrylic so now the top of my natural nail is not sticking to the acrylic. The color they had at the shop that I picked ended up being very faint and with 2 coats you could still see through the color. He was really going to leave my nails all see through just because he already put 2 coats! I had to point it out to him and tell him to put another. He also did a mediocre job painting my nails because he didnt paint the whole thing when he did the 3rd coat. So by my cuticles, you can see the line of demarcation from the 2nd and 3rd coat. Im going back to my original nail tech to get my nails repainted. Wouldve given them a 2 but the lady did my feet well.

Ive been coming here to get my lashes done since i moved to Lauderhill its been a year now overall ive had a somewhat ok experience despite of me getting a eye infection anyway i went to the doctor got that handled with eyedrops. I gave them another chance a young lady did my lashes again everything was great i had my lashes on for 1 week and one came off so i came back to get the other lash put on and another young lady put on a different lash from the other. All she kept saying was oh the other one is old. Thats only because she wanted me to take the other one off to pay full price which i dont mind paying but it wasnt nothing wrong with the one i had on prior to coming to the salon. Clearly she used a different lash from the other then she laughed about it..

Pedicurist cut me .. and dont know how to take off gel nail polish.plus rude.... He was trying to file down the gel nail polish instead of soaking it off with foil...I ask him could u soak it off? he said he is ...then continue to drill the gel nail polish off... I didnt have a problem until he cut me.. they was like .... Do you still wanna get your nails done?... Pedicurist didnt even apologize he was like go (.Oriental voice).....I never been cut or bleeding a nail shop in my life... And it seems as though nobody cared.

This morning I went to do a wax eyebrows and manicure. After 20mn wait I did my eyebrows but for my manicure I wanted a dipping powder or a gel polish...but after 2hours wait they told me only one person can able to do it...10mn after a Asian lady tell me she will do it. She didnt clean my nails, when I ask why, she said it ok its 18$. Im like wait a minute, I never told u I wanted that kind of service. They told me she is the owner. Shes ugly, and unprofessional. By the time I got home my nails mess up. I went right after to another nail salon. The eyebrows lady is great however. I regret my money, but I know she will lost more than that! That my second time doing my nail there, and I always leave unhappy. And it is definitely my last time!!! Please people dont go there!

$33 for gel full set. $30 for gel refill. Interesting! Definitely price gouging. Also, the nail tech got extremely frustrated, rude and aggressive when I asked him to explain why the price of a refill was nearly as much as a full set.

Kim is EVERYTHING she does such a great job on my nails every three weeks and she takes pride in every hand she does even if its a 5 year old. love this nail shop

They changed the price from $19 to $21 I told her the only reason I came there cause it was cheaper she told me you people always want something cheap if you want something cheap then dont come here I nearly slapped her in her face but instead I rather write an review.

I git a pedicure on Monday 4/25 and by Thursday my polish was chipped not smudged on 2 toes. I went in hoping my toes could at least get a repolish and was told theres no guarantee on regular polish only gel polish... Wish someone had told me that on Monday.🙃

Service good but new nail polish choices.and fresh.bottles need to be on display. Nail polish bottles looked old and used.

The most disgusting thing I saw she used the same toe separator that she used on someone else on me, ppl have toe fungus etc. I can not believe what I saw she did it right in front of me the most disgusting and disrespectful thing I have seen, even when I spoke to her about it she disregarded it....

Love this place been coming here for 5 years now, not one bad thing to say.

Respect goes a long way, this is the only Asian spot that will get my money, I’m over it with giving money to other salons that do not give you respect, they only care about ladies.
