Hair Stylist Yolanda Marlow is a phenomenal professional and human being. The tones she achieves in my colored and highlighted hair are so beautiful that rarely a day goes by when someone doesn’t ask where I get my hair done. Unfortunately, I no longer reside in South Florida, but whenever I am in town, I make a point of reaching out to her. Recently she was able to color-correct another stylist’s poor job, squeezing me at the last minute so that I could be presentable for an important meeting. I highly recommend her and only wish I could take her with me everywhere!

Had a company party to attend and made an appointment in advance to the event for 10 in the morning, online.. I got there and the person I made the appt for was booked until 3 in the afternoon -- I had to show her my email confirmation and screenshot I took...this place had poor service. Good thing I didnt pay online then I would have to wait cause her lead I guess was not there and she had to call her to help me with a refund- luckily I got to leave to find another nail place

Came 3 years ago for a keratin straightening and Carolina was wonderful. Came back recently but she was no longer there and a guy did a terrible job. I was charged more for a poorly done job and my hair was shorter than last time. The owner is super nice tho.

The customer service is excellent, everyone is super friendly, theyre always punctual, and gives the best haircuts ever!

Saw Ivan for color and cut. He made the gray go away and cut was excellent. The people are nice, the location is great and Ill be going back as this is my new go-to place.

I have been at Shimis at least 100 times. The color of my hair never changes, it is my best kept secret and none of my friends knows that I dye it. That is thanks to Sion, he really knows his work and is always on the spot.

Best wax Ive had in yrs. Im now hooked.

Walked in for wax services since I saw some raving reviews.Stood at front desk for 5min and no one greeted me or even asked if I needed help. I made eye contact with one of the hairstylists who was almost done with her client and she just walked out and sat outside to talk on the phone when she finished.Looks like they didnt want my business so I left.
