They really rushed the service. It was like they tried to fit us in and rushed to get us out as quickly as possible. This is my third time using their service and had an experience like this. We were not pleased with the rushed service.

The nails dont even cover my natural nail, there are like little indents in the gel. He clipped my skin......for $70 NOT worth it! My pedi is atrocious. 2 days later and it looks like I had them for 3 weeks. FYI I am not hard on my nails either! When they were done I had to walk back in cause a piece of dust/debris dryed under the gel! Joe is great to talk to but really needs to brush up on his skill.

I am new to the nail world so excuse my lack of terminology and over excitement lol. I got a regular Polish and design by Anna. She was very nice and answered all my questions about gel Polish and made me feel at home. Service was great and I love love LOVEE how my nails turned out!! I definitely recommend them! Their prices are reasonable and the service was more than expected. I will be coming back!!

Staff was friendly and pleasant. Appointment was easily scheduled and on time. Kept conversation and took there time to provide the service that was asked. Came all the way from Orlando. Glad I made the right choice while on vacation.

It’s looks like a nice job but I had to ask again and again to cover my all natural nails and after one week it’s looks like i have the gel color for three weeks...

Love this place! It is my go to location. If you go here, see Joe. Excellent service with him. Very clean. They get VERY busy so make an appointment to avoid any issues. I lost a gift certificate and he took the time to go through credit card receipts to find the purchase and honor it. Since that day I will be a customer as long as I am able to be one.

It was wonderful I am here on vacation. I did not get a chance to get my nails done before I left home. It was just like being at home. They were friendly, reasonable, quick and very, very clean!

Awesome place! My sister and I both had our nails done, and we are both very happy. The staff was very nice and their work on my and her hands was awesome. Ask for the gel that changes color!!!! Its so cool, I got #19, it goes from burgundy to cherry red.

I DO NOT recommend this place, it was very hot, I did not have a happy atmosphere and very bad work.

Love going to this place for pedicures 😊 they always do an awesome job and no appointment necessary!

Very unprofessional nail tech didn’t even want to answer simple questions and lied about the wait time. Didn’t tell me to sign my name then 15 mins later took someone who just walked in because they “signed” . Then when someone was able to finally take me they working on my nails and repairing someone else’s nails right next to me. I swear never again

This is the worst place ever!!! My gel nails start to peel the next day and I came to the place to replace it they did not want to do anything, every time that I come the lady that did the nails is not working and I requested to somebody else help me because I can’t come everyday for nothing!! Nobody want to help me, they denied to help me unless I pay again!! Worst place and worst customer service ever!!!

Ive been a faithful customer for a few years now my favorite staff member is Bess.. she is great for a mani/peti she is great... Well I think they are all very nice.. I get my nails fixed and done all the time ...i love their mani/petis w/ massage chairs are very relaxing with your feet being taken care of .. its just a wonderful feeling.. I cant say enough good things about Bess and Nail Trix...

Been going for over 2years and all of the staff is great.Nancy is my nail tech and shes awesome.This nail shop is so different then the rest.

I was overcharged for a service that I was told already the set amount before the service started. The lady with the scars on her face is very rude and she’s always screaming in Chinese when a customer asks a question and so is the guy who sits in the front I think the only one in there and he’s short. I had a very expensive service done and wasn’t done properly! They overcharge because the business is extremely slow right now. I also have dust all under my nails and the color didn’t even cover my natural nail like it showed in the display I think joe was being cheap with the products. I paid a lot of money and the work I received was ridiculous how do you even dry dust under the nail? And most of them have indents from it not being down properly a dip service btw

Joe needs to stay off his phone, it’s like he’s addicted to it, like with any job you shouldn’t be on your cell phone, it’s not professional. He takes two hours to do my nails that could be done in about an hour because he’s too busy on his phone! So annoying!

Absolutely terrible pedicure! I asked for a white and the color looked white in the bottle, but when they put it on my nail it was a grey/bluish color. The lady messed up on the nail and the manager had to point it out to her. Instead of fixing it, she painted over the nail, leaving it mushy and globby. Very unsatisfied.
