Love this place! I go every couple of weeks to have my nails done and Amy is amazing! She does my nails and my eyebrows. Ive had my eyebrows done at other places and they just dont come out well but Amy really takes her time and is just fantastic! I highly recommend Best Nails. Its been two weeks and my nails still look fabulous!

The price is not valued to the service you receive!! If you pay more than other salons you should receive more. Atmosphere is nice, but prices are not reflected of the service(basic)!!

I came here because the nail salon I usually go to was booked for the day and my friends had recommended this place to me as an alternative. I paid 60 dollars to get a full set of acrylic nails for nails that don’t even compare to what I usually get at my other nail salon. My nails were done so quick and the lady who did them didn’t do half the things my nail artist usually does with my nails. She also injured my fingers which I have never dealt with. I don’t even pay this much at my salon and I get my nails beautifully done. I will never be coming here again. Truly a disappointment

She has become like a sister to me more than a Nail lady! She is amazing and I will always be a customer. Check them out ASAP

They are VERY nice, clean, and efficient! I have been going there for a LONG time & wouldnt go anywhere else. Their gel manicures hold up for weeks (and I work with my hands every day in tough conditions!!) give this place a try!! Youll be a lifelong customer!!

Ive been coming here for over 10 years! Love Tracy and my gel manicures! Always super friendly, they never try to upsell you, the spa pedicures are divine and they have the best massage chairs. I never have a chance to make an appointment ahead of time being a realtor my schedule is erratic but Ive never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. If Im restrained for time they even work on my nails and pedi at the same time to get me in and out as soon as possible.

Walked in with my sister in law and we were seated immediately to begin our pedicure. We both were happy with the service rendered.

If I could have given this place no stars I would have. I have never been treated so rudely by the gentleman that works there. I walk in (i understand there will be a wait on a Sat morning) so he quotes me 25 mins. I wait, 30 mins later and he takes me. I just needed one nail fixed & a close enough color to match the others. I couldnt find anything even close so I just went with the best possible choice I could find. he expressed to me 4 times how the color didnt match and I asked nicely possibly since you work here you may know a better choice his response to me was I dont have time, I have other appointments ....uhmmm okay, so I get up from my chair and try to find a better match myself , again... and I return to the chair literally 30 seconds later and he has another girl in the chair about to work on her meanwhile my nail has no polish on it and he is NOT finished. so I ask him if hes going to finish what he started and he says she has appointment . I reply I understand that sir but if u could not take me and finish the job dont tell the costumer 25 mins . he then replies I said 45 mins sir.... no. u didnt. I would not have waited 45 mins had that been what u initially quoted me. he finishes the job with the first color which doesnt match at ALL . as I go to pay he looks through the testers and finds my exact original color. I said to him would have been nice of u to have found that for me in the first place it was my first time and needless to say, my last time Ill ever go there . maybe someone can give this man a lesson in costumer service. I still tipped him with money and wordly advice about how to treat people. miserable a** man. not sure how this place has 5 stars, lol what a joke 😂
