Good attention, and I was satisfied with my nails

I just moved to the area not long ago and have been looking for new spots for my nails, hair, etc. and I loved going to this place! I will definitely continue coming here! The entire experience was extremely relaxing, they took their time but it didn’t take forever either. I felt valued and taken care of. The place was busy and I came as a walk in and was seen in about 10-15 mins. Everyone including the owner was very nice and attentive. I can’t imagine what happened with some of these negative reviewers but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Good prices too!

Okay i went in for a pedi told her which one & didnt receive any of the items listed in the description. Then what really irk me was the tech doesnt do massages but its whats listed so she half did it just horrible 67 for a regular pedi. I tried them again July 20th here it is July 23 3 days my white toes went from white to brown this nail salon needs to be shut down

I was looking around for a good nail spot . I rely heavily on reviews. After reading these honest reviews and seeing how nasty the owners responded back to the customers is horrible and wouldn’t let my worst enemy come to this establishment. To the owner , your nasty comments back to customers just proves what a disgusting person you are and that attitude Carries to your employees and that their reviews are very much correct . Do better . Thank god I read these reviews. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

I came to this spa last Thursday the 4th of February for a pedicure, the pedicure took so long I just couldn’t wait for it to be over. When I took a good look at them I realized that there was no polish in the sides of my toes, the polish was wrinkly I was dissatisfied I called the next day. A gentleman picked up I explain to him that I was not satisfied he told me to come back I told him I cannot come back it was my 1 day off and I wasn’t gonna drive back all the way there but I’d take a refund instead. He told me no! I get my feet done once a month and there’s no way this would last there’s no gloss it look like regular polish with nothing over it. They’re peeling in the edges, I wouldn’t go back to this spa.

I’ve been going here for over 2 years. Tony is my nail tech and is always amazing! Mimi does my eyebrows and usually my pedicures if Tony isn’t available. And John (the manager) is always pleasant. I feel at home with them. They know me, I know them. I can’t account for everyone’s experience, and won’t discredit what’s being said. All I can say is that I’ve never experienced what others are saying they have in these reviews...

Awesome as usual definitely recommend prices are low too.

I get my nails done regularly by Emily and she’s the best! My nails last at least 3 weeks before getting them done again without any cracks.

The place is very nice and super clean, you really feel relaxed. Linda gives you the best pedicure and Johnny is oustanding. The best part is that you dont have to expend hours and hours to have a pedicure and manicure, they are fast and good. Incredible collection of colours. Last time I tried another lady for pedicure and was horrible. I will keep asking for Linda. Good job!

They do not value customers. I called at noon and made an appointment. When I arrived, no one greeted me & I noticed that there were two other customers in front on me. I approached the male technician who scheduled my appointment & asked how long before my appointment which was scheduled for 6 pm. The nail technician told me “oh. It will be about 10 or 15 minutes.” I waited 25 minutes and left. As a professional, I want to be treated with the same respect I give. I expect appointments to be honored.And the manager attacked me after my first review! I am waiting for an apology! The walk ins should wait, not the appointments. Apology???

The manager is very rude! He will go back and forth with client. I asked for a certain guys and because I didnt want him he became angered. I wont be back! He called me everything but the n word. It was terrible

Great service and atmosphere. The nail technicians are very experienced. I was able to find out that my toe nail needed extra attention from a doctor, since I was breast feeding. She told me that she dont want me to just take any otc medication, which I thought was very interesting and knowledgeable on her behalf. I also was offered a complimentary beverage and a massage while I got an excellent pedicure.

Although the place is clean, the nail stylist did a horrible job on my nails, I only wondered a manicure and pedicure I did not want gel, and it was painful to watch at best. I wanted rounded nails he gave me square nails I tried to explain to him what I wanted, it didnt work. I wont be back. Prices are competitive. Maybe one of the other nail techs better. I did not see the nail stylist use Disinfected tools either. Although they were wiped off.

I will NEVER come back to this place again!! Me and my friend went there and we just wanted our nails painted. Just with regular nail polish. She used a sanding band for my nails when all I asked for was JUST NAIL POLISH! She also cut me with the sanding band and used her nail to try and wipe off the blood 🤢. And the whole entire time she was screaming at me telling meTo do this and that. She also was stating how my friend was pretty right in front of my face and didn’t even mention A WORD to me!! I am furious with the nail job and I do not recommend anybody coming here. They are unsanitary and extremely rude. The only plus is that she offered me and my friend so coke and it was only $14 which is NOT worth what I paid for. I will NEVER come back and I don’t recommend anybody coming here either.

Mimi is the best at JM Nails. She is very thorough and also gets you in and out faster than most salons. Awesome experience.

My nails were done by a tall, slender (skinny) guy, with a station on the left end upon entering from the receptionist station, ie where the display of nails are located. (Another station was behind him, close to the wash sink area). I told him I did not want my nails to be too long. (A simply request right?) It seemed as though he was having a bad day but he instantly got annoyed to my surprise. He then got up in the middle of doing my nails, went back to speak with his colleagues in another language while laughing and pointing. How discrete. When he realized I was seeing the entire encounter, he returned to table and tried to smile it off. Customers should feel comfortable to make requests, especially simple ones as such. After all, we are paying for the service. The bald guy at the door was pleasant. Unfortunately, will not return because of this uncomfortable experience.

I wanted to give it a chance cause they were super nice, but.. I got French tips and they’re so crooked, and my toes.. there’s a gap between the end of my nail and the white, she forgot I wanted French so she used the thin brush to paint over top, and she forgot a clear top coat so I had to ask the lady who did my finger nails. It’s also only been two days and my nails are already chipping.

Got a very disappointing pedicure by a young lady. She rushed through the whole thing. She did not soak my feet prior to cutting my nails. I asked her to soak it first and she said, “no, after.” I asked her to cut my nails short .. they are not short. I asked her to even out my nails, she barely did that properly. I had to tell her to keep evening them out. My big toenail looks like it’s twisted to the side cause she cut it unevenly. She spent her time talking on the phone rather than listening to what i wanted her to do. Very disappointing ... 2 stars cause from what i can see she painted them nicely and not messy and the man that greeted me at the door was very pleasant

I get gels put on last week, mind you gels usually always last me a month. It’s been ONE WEEK. And all of my gel polish has peeled off!! I spend almost $60 for my gel polish just to peel off. I will never go back here again. They either don’t know what they are doing or the quality of their products are horrible. So please save your money and go somewhere worth your money!

They did not listen to what I wanted at all. You must know your own talent and don’t try a design that’s gonna look bad. I left very unsatisfied with both my hands and feet. The have a nice color selection though.

The customer service here is horrible. Meme is the worst worker there. She had an attitude the whole time doing my pedicure and had the nerve to throw my slides on the floor when I asked her to fix my chipped toenail. That she messed up. This is my 2nd time here just because I was in a rush and received bad service and ugly nails. This place is obviously just collecting people’s moneys so they can afford their rent. I work in the field and I know customer service in a mall nail salon is key.The owner will always have his employees back even when they are wrong. It is a matter of time before they are out of business.

I went there not even a week ago for a gel mani and I already have three nails starting to lift because Mimi does not allow the nails to dry for the full 60 seconds each time your hand is placed under the dryer. Plus, I noticed my nails didn’t have a smooth finish when she did them instead, they have a bumpy feel to them. It’s obvious they don’t value their customers and it’s only about the money..Just take a look at the owner’s responses to ALL of the negative reviews about their business... They all can’t be making this up!! I’ll never go back there and for those who don’t have money to just throw away, I suggest you don’t either.

Very unprofessional place, especially the front desk girl. I voiced out and wrote down that I came solely for a polish change, yet I was charged for a complete manicure.... Why should I have to pay for a service I never requested? “You should’ve stopped her when she was cutting your cuticles” how about you communicate with the staff about what the clients request. Don’t argue with the client because the manicurist “got confused”. One thing is the money, but it’s mainly the principal of the situation.

Everything was standard. Service was quick, but as an enjoyment it might have been too quick and felt a little rushing. The paint job was okay.

The only good person here is Tony. He usually do my nails. Well Tony just so happened to be on vacation so I tried someone else. I went in for a fill and I loved the color I chose. Well an hour later two nails tips broke off because the nail technician decided to be lazy and place acrylic over an already broken nail instead of just taking it off and replacing it (I don’t mind being charged for that ). That’s not even the worst part another WHOLE nail itself came off. I called and asked for my money back they told me no but they’ll fix it. I went back to the place and got into a semi argument with a different nail tech because he simply wasn’t listening to me about the issues I had . I LOVE Tony and his work. But unfortunately I won’t be back. This bad experience ruined everything.

Mimi has a very horrible attitude. I am a frequent customer here, and I have always had a great experience-- until she did my manicure. I am not sure if she was having a bad day, but I never came across someone so hasty, uptight, and rude. She needs to become more professional. If she is not happy doing this job, then she should go else where.

I was so dissapointed when the said they were closed an hour earlier than what they have posted online. If theyre going to change their closing time, the appropriate thing to do, or to have done, is/was update it online. Its very inconvenient for a person(s) to drive all the way there and be turned away.

I dont usually write reviews but i just have too..the service sucks. Simple as that..Ambiance great .. front desk girl super nice.. the technician sucks..after my pedicure my feet felt rough by toe nail was unevenly cut.. first and last never again .. I should of just stick to my regular spa. And yes I complained, was told to come back the next day for a do over.. waste of $$. From previous reviews I guess the tech was having a bad day as usual.

Michael has done my nails twice now.. he is very detailed and takes his time to make sure everything is perfected.. I will always make my appointment with Michael .. he takes great pride in his work..

I came in one hour before closing and I thought that was plenty of time apparently not because I left at 9:30 this place looks very nice which is why I used to go there this was my 3rd time I got acrylics nails and I requested the coffin style which is 35 dollars when the pamphlet says a set of nails is 27 anyways they guy that did it was super nice and everyone there is nice but I wanted them shorter and they told me for the style I wanted they needed to be long after the second time of asking for them to be short he showed me at what length they would be cut and the final result was much longer he also did them very thin to the point if I get an Itch i hurt myself scratching I was the last one to leave after the mall had closed and I honestly felt as if he was rushing to get my nails done and it showed will not be going back I literally left crying

Great place! The prices are amazing. You can do so much while you are here. They do amazing massages, mani and pedi.I had the technician Mimi she did my gel mani/pedi and my brows. They are very clean and organized. I will be back with my Mom and sister for more!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE — I had Mimi, she was amazing! She cleaned my feet so well and she cleaned my cuticles perfectly! Going back to see her gel mani, pedi, and get a free eyebrow wax! They serve wine, champagne and water and SUPER CLEAN!

I will not come back here!! The guy that did my nails kept cursing under his breath at customers. The woman who did my pedicure rushed the whole thing. Left me with a dry uneven pedicure. Messed up my polish. Waste of money!

Today I was very disappointed in the service they gave me. First of all, I picked a color for my nails and they did my nails with a different color. So I obviously pointed out the problem to them. And asked them if they can change it because I was not willing to pay for a bad service. However, JM (worker there, who did my nails) told me that I should just pay and they charged me regardless with no consideration of their customer. I guess they just cared about the money. If I had to sum up my experience in one word it would be “horrible”. If I could I would give it a no star rating.

The place is pretty nice and efficient, but the girl I had was a little rough and did not massage me at all for my pericure or my manicure, which was disappointing. She was not very friendly in general. One guy also told us when we sat down that it was $50 to get gel for both mani and pedi as a deal, but then we were charged $70. Not cool.

This is the worst experience I ever had in a nail salon, the manager/owner is rude and does not care about costumer care/satisfaction at all, I went there last week to get a dip manicure and was done horribly the nails started chipping only 3 days after and went back there, the manager fixed one but the color looks different, the next day 3 more nails chipped I requested to please redo the set because the color difference is obvious and I was pretty sure of the name and number of color I originally picked He offered to redo if I paid half of the full fee, I couldnt believe it I already paid 48 dollars and have so many issues with it and he wants more money and completely denied the possibility of a refund or redo at not chargeI wish I can post pictures like yelp so you guys can see the horrible work they did.
