Repair2Fix helped me with a special request; I wanted to get all of the texts between me and my mom printed out. I lost my mom 6 months ago and I wanted to have a hard copy of the conversations between us. Taking screenshots of each text and getting it printed was too labor intensive. I asked them if they could help me get this done. I was extremely pleased with their willingness and interest in getting the text messages off the phone. We put them on a flash drive. Extraordinarily professional and quality service. I smashed my iPhone screen on vacation and they were able to fix it in no time, now it looks brand new. I came in and was greeted by Eileen with a warm smile. We discussed what the cost of a front screen repair for an iPhone XR was, and gave me an hour to pick it back up. I was surprised at how fast the repair even though she had two phones laying right in front of her yet to fix. I got a message in less than an hour that my phone is ready for pick up. Checking the repair I couldn’t identify where the entry point was, that tells you how meticulate they are with phone repairs. Great and swift experience.

They originally did what seemed to be an okay job, then the phone had issues within the warranty period and they covered it.5 months later the exact same issue happened and they informed us we would have to pay again when I explained the situation.I ended up going to another place and they fixed it for about the same but so far its working better than what was done at Repair 2 Fix.I dont think it was the workers, I believe it was the part they used to fix, we had a very hard time with the phone sensing touch, it was far more difficult than the original screen, and then the black lines started on the screen, and its the same thing that happened later on.I just feel that if you fixed it, and had to refix it, you should take that into consideration when a customer tells you the issue is occuring again - regardless of being out of your warranty window, I would have continued to use the location and this review would have a very different tone would they have even offered a heavily discounted price, Im not remotely unreasonable.Friendly staff, and the price was fine but the end result matters most.

Horrible service and products. I went to get my XS iPhone screen replaced. They charged me $117 for the screen and the colors were off and the screen kept freezing. I went back and spoke with the owner. A young guy with zero customer service experience for sure. He pretty much told me that I needed to go back to his store every time the screen would freeze and he would get it replaced but he was not giving me my money back for the bad product he sold. He said it was the manufacturer and that was not his fault. I had to go back twice because of the same issue and then I gave up, and ended up having to get a new phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! My money was never refunded and the owner is a young guy who doesnt understand what customer service is. He needs to get is parts from a better place. Very arrogant !

Not professional at alI. I replaced the screen one time and I have to return many times because they fix something and they broke something else. plus they took all the original parts and they replaced them with after market ones. I don’t recommend them at all, just Waste of time and money.

In August 2020, I took in a iphone10 for screen replacement. Soon after, blue vertical lines appeared on the screen. I took the phone back and a second iphone 10 for screen replacement. Both iPhones had their screen replaced. Within 3 weeks both screens cracked. Evidently this company uses sub par display screens as the phones were not dropped. Today 11/27/2020, I took the phones into the Repair 2 Fix store. The phones had warranty coverage but, Ozzy Torres the store manager said I would have to pay $89.00 for each phone to replace the screens. I asked if he could call the owner and Ozzy said he would not call him. Ozzy was rude and lacks customer service skills.I am recommending not to use this Company for iPhone/Phone/ service/repair. I will blog about my experience at local technical review web site and rate them as poor.* Cheap service components* Unfriendly staff*Poor customer serviceJust to follow up on my previous review. The owner responded with some nonsense. For one you are no Tim Cook. I believe my daughters word over yours. I took the cell phones to another local business at University, just South of Oakland Park blvd. They were less expensive for the screen replacements, very friendly and yes the owner called me twice. You could take some tips from him. The name of the business is Iclinic.

I came in with a Groupon to get my phone fixed and it went extremely well! The employee helped me figure out exactly what my phone needed and even showed me where to find out how to see my batterys capacity, which I had no idea was even possible. Thank you so much!!

If you need to fix a device this is by Far the place to go. I took my laptop to Apple and they tried charging me both arms and legs to fix it( and they acted like they didnt know what was wrong with it) Geek Squad was trying to charge me 85 dollars just to ship it to Apple and still pay the Apple repair price. Smdh. But I remember a year ago they fixed my childs ipad. So I told myself let me see what they say. Well I am seriously A VERY HAPPY customer again. They worked their magic and the price was beyond right!! Im telling you first hand this where you take your device!! Ps. I received next day service which was a Saturday!!

The first repair on my Apple XR LCD did not last two weeks. The second a bit longer, three weeks, when I took it back, the manager said that was an impact at the bottom of the screen and it was out of warranty. Although both glass and case are intact and the phone was never dropped. That says a lot about quality of the materials used by them. Very poor. Will never go back there.

AVOID this place and just go straight to APPLE. They’re grade-A SCAMMERS.... I was just charged $275.00+ for a screen replacement on an IPhone X and IPhone 6, which was way too much to begin with, especially since these people use CHEAP 3rd party aftermarket replacement screens. The iPhone X stops working out of nowhere less than a week after the “repair” and this osmel chump tells me there’s no way they can help, claiming it’s damaged. COMPLETE BS! THE LITTLE CHEAP REPLACEMENT SCREEN WAS IN ABSOLUTELY PERECT CONDITION!!!! AND YOU COULDN’T DO A THING!?! What a PISSPOOR experience. DON’T GO HERE. AT ALL. 😑

Amazing service, I actually found them through yelp were I requested a quote for my broken iPhone 10 screen and they replied in minutes. They had the best deal out of all the repair store around me. The store is elegant and clean, and the service by Ozzy was spectacular and fast. No need to go crazy looking for a reliable place, this is it. And to top it of they have 90 day warranty, cant get any better.

From answering the phone to making you feel at home, the service here was incredible. It’s great seeing a family business in the area. All this is not to take away from how well and fast they were able to repair my phone screens at much lower parts than anywhere in the area.
