Ordered a computer for my Jeep, shipping was faster then expected! Sergio was very knowledgeable and super helpful! I would recommend to anyone having car cpu issues.

Please do not waste your time or money ordering from this place! They act professionally to get your money but it goes downhill from there. Phone calls are not returned, false promises are made, and the only person I ever talked to, Sergio, tried to pretend like he was one of his relatives when I was upset about the issues that spanned from Oct 2015 until Jan 2016. Additionally, I had to make numerous calls to even get the part delivered because it did not come as promised. When I received the part it was defective. The company representative, Sergio, tried to imply that the mechanic and I were trying to run a scam when I asked for a refund. After returning the part I had difficulty getting answers to my calls. Finally, three weeks after ACD received the returned part I have received the refund but only after several calls, emails and filing a dispute with my credit card company. Side note: No matter what I said to Sergio or how frustrated I was, his tone of voice never changed. He has the scam down to a science.

Purchased a computer for my 1995 jeep wrangler that was having problems starting every morning. It used to take me almost 20 minutes to get the jeep started an sometimes died on me while driving until i had enough and ordered the new part. Their technician Stone guided me thru the simple installation over the phone and got me going back on the road in 15 minutes. I have put over 500 miles on the jeep with the new computer and it starts right up every time like it used to when i purchased the jeep back in 1996. Great people to deal with, Definitely wish I would had found them sooner instead of dealing with this problem for so long. Love the new license plate cover they included with the new computer. I have purchased numerous computers from auto computers direct for my customers at my shop since they come programmed and the prices are great. I dont have the programmers necessary for programming a new computer purchased at the dealership and my customers cant afford the dealership prices, so thanks to them I have been able to keep my customers happy and coming back to my shop by saving them money without me having to spend ridiculous money on the special programmers required to install a dealership computer. They have even gone out of their way by testing computers Ive sent them free of charge in 2 occasions that I wasnt sure if the computer or the wiring was the problem and sergio and anthony even sent me the wiring diagrams by email to help me out. They know the cars they sell the product for and Im very pleased with their customer service.

I have 3 circle track racing cars on which I won the last 2 championships with and has me on top with the most points points so far this year. These guys really know the products they sell and have always provided excellent customer support. If I need a wiring diagram for a new engine swap or have any of those head scratching questions, they have always been very kind and helpful. I tried them out after another companys garbage computer went out on me mid race. Their chipped 37820P28A02 computers look and perform great and have brought me a lot of success on the track. No more aggravation dealing with computer problems. I used them on every engine swap or build on my customers vehicles, Surgio works his magic every time.

These guys rock! They got my rock crawler wrangler with the 4.2L Mopar MPI back on the trails. Spent months looking for the correct P4532679 ecm and these guys had one in my hands a few days after my order. My engine started right up and hasnt skipped a beat since!

VERY BAD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Purchased a TCM for Honda Accord, it went bad, sent back to them on 6/15/16 and have had no response. They WILL NOT RETURN CALLS. MY NEXT CALL IS TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

If I could give less than 1 star I would. These people are simply liars,cheaters and thieves. Expect to lose money,time,patience,and face. I ordered a unit for a customer. It failed immediately,they scammed me out of another 100.00 to buy a core to rebuild,but I dont think they did anything but take my money. Yesterday,The Manager calls me,gives me a tracking number. A phony one at that! Then today,he has one of his guys call and tell me the Core didnt pass some test. Caught in a lie,the lies expand. I will be seeking remedy for these scammers in Court. I also filed a complaint with Both Attorney General,and the Civil Division of Dept of Justice. Persons that scam people in business should be investigated,and closed down. That will be my attorneys goal.Pure Scum

Purchased a PCM for a 2005 Jeep Wrangler was on back order at dealership. Got my jeep back on the road within a week with the unit received from auto computers. My vehicle now starts every morning and shift without any hesitation. I almost wasted $1500 on the new transmission when the computer was just the problem. Still have most of my tax refund to finish my lift kit now, $1500 that AAMCO Transmissions almost took from me for a new transmission I didnt even need.

What is going on with this company? So they know who it is my name is Luis S. I bought a TCU thru Ebay on12/3/14 for a 92 Accord. Never received it, I called them and got nothing but excuses so I filed a dispute on 12/15/14 a few days later I received the TCU. They charge you $75 core separately again I have not received my $75 core. I sent out the core by USPS on 12/18/14 they got it 12/22/14 so I filed a dispute on 1/15/15 thru Paypal after several calls and nothing but BS excuses.My customer has driven her 92 Accord for a hole month now so far so good. Lets see what happens with there life time warranty. Dont play with my hard earned money ACD Inc. Thank you PayPal and Ebay for taking car of my money......

I purchased a ECU for my Jeep and after it failed they agreed to cover it under warranty. They sent me a defective replacement and I returned it per their request. They have not sent me another replacement and will not return my calls. IVE BEEN WITHOUT A VEHICLE FOR 4 MONTHS NOW WAITING FOR THEM TO RESPOND. UNLESS YOU LIVE NEAR THEIR SHOP I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM.

I buy a lot of computers for my business and I cant believe that this place can stay in business! Sergio will not answer any of my calls and John lies for him , there computer was worse than the Honda computer that was failed in the car I had ! Sergio will not return any of my money paid and I hope everyone reads this before considering this business< I wish I could give a negative star rating ! Tom Z.
