If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. This place used to have good customer service and I was always treated kindly by their previous technician Eddy whom I followed from other stores. I sent my daughter yesterday to ask for a tempered glass that we always paid $20 for and to get a quote on her iPhone 11 when she was quote for a minor crack and screen protector $214 after taxes. Luckily I was able to find Mr.Eddys number in my old iCloud and I was able to follow him to his new store where I was able to get the repair done for only $140 plus tax and I got a FREE screen protector. Sad to say the customer service really went down at this place which I preferred because it was closer to how but I will definitely not be coming back.

I came in for a new screen protector for my phone. The first one they put on my phone wasnt compatible (I couldnt push the buttons on my screen because of how thick it was). They wont give you a refund but they will fix their mistakes. They ordered a different screen protector for me and it was PERFECT! I absolutely love it, thank you for helping me in a timely manner!

THIS BRANCH IS A BLESSING. I originally went to the Coral Springs location. After they wasted my time and hung up on my face, they gave me my laptop and said that they couldnt help. When I got in the car and realize that they didnt even look at my laptop. I call the iFixandRepair in Broward Mall and explain what happened to me. They gave me a diagnosis, a discount, and excellent services in less than 24 hours just in time for me to help someone else with this review. If you want great service, dont waste your time. Just bring your devices here.

So I dropped off my Amazon tablet about 2 weeks ago. The guy told me it would it would take a week to fix and that he will call me when its ready to be picked up. So I wait a week expecting a phone call to tell me the tablet is ready to be picked up. No phone call I had to call 3 times to finally get a text message telling me to call another number. I call it the guy tells me they couldnt find the part and that he just ordered the part from China and it will take another week to arrive. Wait another week still no phone call so I called 3 times again. Now the guy is telling me that they cant find the part when he told me the week before that he already ordered the part and I would just have to wait another week. So then he tells me to go find the part myself and that he doesnt have time to deal with me a customer who already put a deposit down for a service they couldnt provide. They never answer the phone and the customer service is horrible wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

I just left this location and I must say it was the best experience Ive had. My phone was repaired in 10 minutes! Mohammed was super nice and knowledgeable. The price was very fair.

I was unsure but decided to try them out. Prince was very confident I would be pleased with the services since I got a lesser price on Groupon. He showed me the difference in screens and materials and how this repair would be better. So far I am more than pleased. It was quick, easy and efficient!

I took my phone there to get repaired, upon receiving the phone I couldnt get any connection with my carrier network, returned the phone, found out the chip was missing, he said that the phone had no chip when I brought it for repairs, this is a phone I use for business, he had lost my chip, had to go to my carrier to get a new chip, now the phone was not keeping the network signal, he promised to fix it, I visited 3 times and was told to return the next day, upon visiting the third time, he started arguing that it was not his fault and he is not responsible for the phone not keeping the signal, when he got it, that was not an issue, very dishonest, you should have said that from the first time. Beware.UpdateI brought the phone to another guy and upon opening the phone, the mother board was damaged, this owner is very dishonest, he damaged the mother board, didnt put the chip back to cover up the damage he did to my phone, all I had was a cracked screen.

Went in to replace the screen on my iPhone X. They had an inexperienced tech working on the phone. He damaged the face ID on the unit. Took it to Apple and Apple says there’s no way to repair it besides replacing the main board. Also my wife’s phone which the screen was also replaced on hers is still giving a problem Now they refuse to take responsibility for their incompetency. I will take legal action against them. No good for a company who is working on such expensive units.

I went to the store in Broward mall to fix my iPhone screen and we also bought 2 cases and a charger.After 3 weeks again the screen damaged bcz of the phone case which they sold it to me was hard and not easy to place the phone in the phone case, plus the material they use not a good quality.When I went to them they try ripe off again by selling me a screen and a phone battery ( they say the problem from the battery), I went to another shop and they fix it to me with better material and they said nothing wrong with the battery.These people are fooling customers with bad customer services.I dont recommend people to deal with them.

I called the store. They give me a cote to repair iPhone screen. Cote was 50 dollars. When I reached to store, guy said he needs 90 dollars. I asked him why you tell me on the phone different price. He said his manager cote it. He can’t do under 90 dollars. Bunch of dishonest people running the stores. I spent 10 dollars gas. I don’t recommend anyone there. If I could give them a 0 I would. DO NOT EVER go there! I went to get a small crack fixed on my phone and they broke my newly paid off iPhone 8+, I am absolutely upset, and not only that but now there are parts missing and I am no longer allowed to go through my insurance. So guess what, now I have to buy a whole new 1000$ phone all over a very tiny scratch. Thank you so much IFixandrepair. The worst experience I have ever had.

Fast repair time, but sloppy work. I had issues with the phone 2 times after repair was done. Had to go back twice and I will have to go back again cause they forgot to put screws back. And I have a feeling that they replaced my operating system with a clone 😕

I have an Alcatel idol 4s. Most repair shops wont even touch this brand of phone, but Prince replaced the non removable battery within 7mins. Excellent job. Phone works like new.

Oh my god. I dropped my Iphone 5s while getting off the bus. Completely shattered my screen. Thought it was time to upgrade. A friend recommended I check out I fix and repair at the mall. They replaced my screen. Good as new and at a reasonable price too. Great service. Even got a free Iphone 5s case for my boyfriend. Will be returning.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! ANY PLACE IS BETTER THAN THIS PLACE!Attempted to have my iPhone repaired here and they tried to give me back an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT IPHONE! I gave them an iPhone8 128gb and they tried to give me back an iPhone8 64gb and the MEID was different!I pointed it out to the store owner(Indian guy) and he told me that the reason they switched out my phone was because he suspected fraud and when I asked him to give me the phone that I originally gave him to fix as there was CLEARLY no fraud(showed my ID which matched my debit card) he got in my face, told me to get out of his store. I had to experience the trauma of calling the police making a police report, press charges and report them to the BBB. I had to go as far as making a complaint with Westfield mall headquarters(who are internally investigating) I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY PHONE AND DURING THE ORDEAL THE INDIAN GUY KEPT MY BANK CARD. Now in the process of a law suit with these people. Please save yourself the time and money.

This shop is down to earth and fixed my samsung s7 edge camera. Two days previously i had it replaced with an authorized third party for apple and samsung. Things went wrong and they refused to look at it or give me a refund. I will be calling their corporate office. ifixand repair was hassle free, honest, inexpensive, and got the job done right.

Worst service I have ever received. I brought my iphone 5 because it wont turn on. They said that there was a problem with the battery so they changed it. I left my cell phone there and I came back after 30 min and it was ready. Then when I got home my cell phone died again, I tried to charge it and nothing worked. I went back to the store and the manager told me that there was guarantee on the service so in any case they would return my money. What they did this time was to randomly take one battery out of a box with a bunch of other batteries already used by customers with some other issues in their cell phones. I pay for a service and what I pay for its not even new or at least usable. I was felxible and I took my cell phone back home and once again it died. Incredible. What they say this time is that they cant return my money, no reason why after they said there was guarantee. Just use the money in another service or accesory at the store. Basically, I lost my $45 in a wasted battery because they couldnt tell me since the beginning that they didnt know how to fix this problem. Very inept people. This company dont even deserve one star.

Prior coming to the store, Ive read some reviews online. As usual some were nice and mean and I was a little bit skeptical. Thankfully, once I got to the store with my phone (it was completely ruined and I thought that I would have to buy a new one), Prince and his coworker greeted me and reassured me that it would be fixed in 10 mns. Needless to say that I was shocked because the last time it was fixed , it took an hour and it was EXPENSIVE. At this place, my phone was fixed with a REASONABLE price and definitely under the time frame, he has promised me earlier. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and to the ppl who have stated that only family and friends post reviews, its a lie. Im new to Florida and I just found out this place online! If youre trying to save money and time, pay this place a visit!

My iPhone 6 screen was fractured so I went to have it repaired. I was told it would be ready in 15 mins. It took more like 40 mins. No big deal.When he gave it to me I noticed the face of the phone was lifted from the metal back part. I asked him if he could fix that and he blamed it on my frame and told me to just keep it in the case. It wasnt very noticeable so I was ok with that.After I left, I noticed that the screws on the bottom were not screwed all the way in. They actually stick out of the phone. Obviously the job wasnt done correctly.I looked at my receipt and it says that I had a battery replacement. I guess thats how they protect themselves from having to replace my screen if it doesnt function after some time.To top it all off, after a week I noticed my battery looses charge much faster than it used to. Within about two hours from 100% its at 60%. I wouldnt be surprised if they took my battery and gave me a bad one.Needless to say I wont be back. I just hope it holds together for a few more months so I can then get the iPhone 8.

Went to Ifix after leaving best busy that couldnt fix the problem on my labtop and wanted to take my laptop and ship it off for over two weeks. Prince at Ifix literally fixed the issue with my laptop within less than 3min. He is amazing. Highly recommend!!!

This place is a joke the was suppose to chang out my screen and digitizer on a Samsung galaxy s7 edge. They change it to an old scratch and dent screen that looks like its from a different phone same color. The back of the phone is not glued properly and you can see the bubbles on the actual screen behind the glass. Took it back and they gave a refund but broke my phone the power button never had a problem before but they jamed it in so the phon wont come on and my back glass is borken.. I would of rated them a zero but no such option.And my phone is. Missing parts. They are they worst
