My iPad screen was fixed and is working properly. So the craftsmanship itself was great. I give them 4 starts because the customer service could be better. Also I was told the screen could be fixed in about an hour but when I arrived I was told I’d have to pick it up the following day. Communication was poor. I had to reach out to them to get an update on the status of my device. But when it comes down to the work done: great job.

Great service and quick repair. Dropped off my phone late in the afternoon after work and it was ready before lunch the following day. Issue was the screen on my Pixel 4A(5G) started turning purple and then black, and spreading, so i was able to get it replaced free of charge within my original warranty and havent had issues since.

Just an entirely annoying process dealing with this store as a Google Phone service location. No one seems to know whats going on with much of anything and I had to make multiple trips to handle would should have been a very easy experience.

They are very nice employees. The store is well organized. There wasnt a line to wait and they are pretty efficient. Only problem I had was I have a laptop that I needed them to repair the screen. They couldnt fix it and told me it wouldnt be cost effective. I now have to repair it myself. The screen online cost 175.00 plus glue that I need. Reason why I opted to repair the laptop is cause I spent over 1k for it so yes it has to get repaired.

Without looking at my phone, he said I should contact manufacturer when all I wanted was to get a new battery. In and out in like a minute. Would not recommend.

These guys are great! At repairing phones. Ive cracked the back glass of my Galaxy a couple times and theyve repaired it quickly and easily.But Ive also taken an iPad for screen replacement and and Xbox One for optical drive replacement. Neither of those was quite as smooth.

I was in and out in five minutes and he refused to take any money. He did not try to sell me a repair that I did not need. So I called this company this past weekend about possibly repairing my PS3 pulse head set. The agent I spoke with stated it would cost as much to fix as you just buy a new pair. Thankfully I didn’t take his advise, did 5 minutes of research, ordered a replacement battery on Amazon for 10 bucks and and repaired in 10 minutes. Thanks for the lack of service and advice to not spend my money here. 👍

Matt over at uBreakiFix is a literal life saver! Not only did he fix a screen that an employee of a Sprint store told me was hopeless beyond repair and that no one would be willing to even touch, he went above and beyond to get EVERYTHING from my old phone onto my new phone AND computer. It was a very complicated process and I was at the store several times throughout the day checking on how things were updating etc. Each time Matt was so nice and patient and skilled at explaining what was going on and what there was still left to do. Last night I thought I lost 100% of 6 years of photos, contacts, notes, voice memos, apps, etc, and now I have absolutely everything on a new phone, and a perfectly repaired old phone that I can use for other internet non-phone call things. Thank you G-d... and thank you Matt!

Oliver single handedly saved the rating I was going to give. Ive kept good condition of my Google Pixel XL for 5 years but the battery drains like running water. Had them order the battery for me (no charge) told it would be a week. Called back a week and a day later, no phone call to me if it arrived. Was told it should arrive the next day per tracking. Waited another week, called back still didnt arrive was told because ground shipping during the holidays takes longer. 🙄... Told it should be here the next day. Waited another week. Was told its here, but we didnt call because it hasnt been checked into inventory yet. Called a couple days later to see if I can come in to do the repair (New Years Eve) told they closed early and the process takes 2-3 hours because the battery has to be replaced by removing the screen. Came into the store Sunday the 3rd. Told by the first person its not here. After that I became that guy. Hate to admit. From the back I heard Oliver tell his co-worker to check somewhere else. Suddenly they have it. Oliver comes to the front calm as ever no matter how I raise my voice explaining everything. Says I can get it done for you come back 15 minutes before we close, even though they were busy. I arrive just at closing. He waits for me gets the phone charged and everything was working. I sincerely hope his manager that he says he works with Monday reads this review. His calmness and professionalism was exactly what I needed. And now my phone doesnt die every 30 minutes anymore and feels almost new again. Paid less than my deductible wouldve costed me to replace. Very much satisfied after a rocky start to getting this done.

Did not fix the problem. Had to return phone a couple of times. Both times I was told I would be called when phone was ready, and I was never called. I had to call the store to ask for status, and told it had been ready. Problem with phone persists. Ppl were polite and thats the only reason I didnt give 1 star.

I brought my laptop in 3 weeks ago for just a screen replacement. Then they told me they fixed it but now, under there care, my laptop no longer was turning on, which never happened to me, but happened under their care. They always told me theyd call me to give me updates and next steps and never did so I always had to be the one to call. My laptop, 3 weeks later, is still with the motherboard fixing team, and even though i was told they received the parts to fix it earlier this week, they still havent fixed it and do not call me ever to update me. The repair shouldnt be taking almost a month. This is also affecting my job because I work from home and I need my laptop. I will soon be picking up my laptop and taking it to an actual repair shop.

I had an appointment for 4pm today at the Plantation store. I made my appointment online to fix my Samsung Galaxy 10.1 Tablet. I entered the store and showed them my tablet. After it was taken to the back the rep came back within 30 seconds to advise me that they do not work on Samsungs. I asked then why do i make a reservation for an appointment to get work done and waste my time coming to your store. He advised me that I needed to go to another store clear across town in Pembroke Pines to get work done on the tablet. I am totally upset that I wasted my time making the appointment to get work done with your company to be turned away within 5 minutes of being in the store because they dont work on Samsungs.This is a bad business practice that needs to be rectified and looked at. If this location is not up to par then close it or get a technician that can work on the devices that you say your a SAMSUNG partner and work on their devices.

I drive all the way from Hollywood to come here because there’s a girl there who’s been helping me when she was over here and she’s a smart girl. Complete waste of my time. Had an issue with my Macbook Pro. Brought it in and they took it to the back. Within 5 minutes they brought it back out and said they couldnt fix it. The reason for the 1 star review is because when they handed it to me they had scratched it on the top surface. I will never go back to this place and highly discourage anyone from visiting if you care about condition of your mobile products.Update 1: called the office back to let them know about the scratch and they completely denied it ever happened and said they were not held liable for this. I called corporate and they told me they would open an investigation. Waiting for camera surveillance to be reviewed. Unbelievably poor customer service from these employees.Update 2: received a call back from customer support informing me that security footage was reviewed and there is no substantial evidence to be able to claim that the scratch was indeed caused by the employees at the shop. I asked if I could review the footage and they told me I could not. The customer support representative did not seem to care much about this issue or my situation. No sense of real customer service with this company. Will NEVER bring a mobile device to any one of these shops again. Avoid and save yourself the headache.
