Great place to rent tools at a good price.

Ive rented their Veneer stump grinder (big guy) and a pole trimmer. Prices were fair and the equipment was in good shape. In-and-out quickly. Was referred to them from a friend who uses their equipment regularly. I will be using them for future equipment needs.

Tried to reserve an item that another customer had in use, but was assured that i would be called with an update. Turns out that it was extended and I was not notified. Now Im not trying be ridiculous, but if a customer calls for something then that should count as the next order if the person who has it waits until last second to extend it. Thats just my opinion, but this is all time that I couldve spent shopping for an alternative.

This place was is way overpriced. They was very rude. They screemed at me because I forgot to put my mask on. Even after I put my mask on they were very rude to me. I will never go there again. I found a much cheaper and friendly place on Babcock blvd.

The rental from here was great, and the equipment was in good shape. Mike was very knowledgeable, and everyone was kind and courteous.

Great service but the laddervator is pretty sad. It needs some repairs but worked.

Do not ever rent from this business. Their equipment is from the 1960s. I rented a tiller and it would not even cut through any dirt that I needed. And they would not cut me a break on what I got charged. Stay far away from this business Definitely Do not appreciate customers business.

This place has everything you could need for home and yard work. The prices are decent, and the employees know their stuff. We have rented everything from sewer snakes to a man lift for taking down a tree. They have what you need to get the job done.

Very expensive. The employees here have no personality. They have a wide selection of tools but over priced. You can purchase your own for what it costs to rent.

Best in the Allegheny county. Super friendly, super helpful, always nice to work with, Amazing prices.

Rented a trencher for a French drain dig, worst experience ever. Machine broke down halfway through first day tried to talk to owner, this guy has horrible customer service, he acts like hes the victim wouldnt discount me, refund me, or do anything except make me wait 2hrs (while Im paying 2 laborers to stand around and do nothing, so Im losing money there) so he can send a second unit which he decided not to tell me was half size so therefore it couldnt do the same job and I wasted the whole day. Charged me full price for 1 day... I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, SAVE YOUR MONEY go to home depot, their equipment is 20 dollars more a day than this place... and its brand New and more high tech (EASIER TO USE)

Rented a skid steer for 8hrs. It broke( stack of washers welded together, to hold the bucket on) at 3 hrs in. The guy who came to pick it up said, oh this broke AGAIN, this always breaks. They offered no comp, I was told to come back and talk with the owner.. he basically to me I was SOL... never again, and would NOT recommend to anyone

Did not have good experience they do not help you with faulty equipment took away hrs of labor and did not give partial refund or anything brought smaller equipment that wasnt useable for the project. Poor customer serviceGO TO HOME DEPOT not the time to help the small business if they dont want to help their customers. Should be out of business

Worst experience. Rented a commercial latex paint sprayer. Yes, I could have gone to Home Depot for this but I was trying to support the little guy and throw a small local business some cash. The guy warned me before I took it that sometimes people have problems with it but he still have it to me. I was one of those people. I thinned out the paint as instructed (even though it made the paint application so watery it ran down the wall and didnt coat, leaving drips and a see through layer of paint). The sprayer only worked for 5 minutes at a time. You had to run hot water through it every 5 minutes and start over. Literally. We took it back hoping to exchange it for a sprayer that wasnt a cheap/broken version, but they refused. They cleaned it with hot water again, then gave it back. Would not give us our money back. We took it back to the job, same cycle all day. Spray for 5 minutes with watery paint, clean for 30 minutes. We actually would have continued just to get the horrible job done but the sprayer stopped cycling even water through. Over 6 hours, we got approximately 50 feet of painting done. The best part- when we returned the sprayer the next day, they not only refused to give us our money back but were going to charge us for not cleaning their broken, piece of crap sprayer. If we could have cleaned it, we would have still been painstakingly using it. NEVER RENT FROM THIS CLASSLESS COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RENTS BROKEN AND EZ-BAKE OVEN QUALITY TOOLS.

Sub par equipment, and terrible service! This is one place I will never step foot in again. Faulty, dangerous equipment, if you value your fingers, I would be extremely cautious of what you rent here.
