Staff the day I was there was SUPER helpful.

Very well stocked store. One can get lost in it -- everything vehicle related that one can imagine. Very friendly staff. They offer free engine diagnostic services, and tell you what the codes mean. Very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

They immediately remedied the problem and made it happen being that the computer wasnt going to allow it because someone mixed it up with another one somehow and the dates were obviously wrong. For that reason alone I would rather go to autozone, over other parts stores, whod rather not help you if theyre life depended on it.

I needed my battery to be checked or charge because my car wont start. So I brought it to them to charge it. They didnt charge it but told me told me they did it and the battery is dead to replace it. So I buy a new one put it in the car same thing. Its the alternator. I wont buy it here. Should charge it or told me the battery is fine. Cant trust mechanics cant trust parts retailers I guess Im gonna learn how to fix car lol

Good store knowledgeable employees. I got my wipers and washer fluid and even bought the 2 for 7 rainex fluid. The reason Im not rating higher is when I went to use the restroom the hot water heater is broken no hot water at all so I couldnt wash my hands.

Im never let down by the staff here. They are always available and willing/able to help. VERY impressed by a national store being down to earth, making it feel like a small business. I will ALWAYS come back!

The worst experience I’ve ever dealt with. I could go on about the awful customer service from both the staff at the store and the actual regional office that I tried notifying but just the fact that I’m leaving this review speaks for itself - I’ve never left a bad review for any company before but felt the need to inform people to shop around especially when you’re looking for honest knowledgeable information- these clowns are bottom of the barrel. Thankfully advanced auto was near by and able to correct the mistake of those buffoons.

Incredibly helpful staff and great advice.So, I bought a taillight replacement light but was unable to get the screws out due to stripping. I stopped into this store. A manager named Charlie immediately appeared. I asked if I could buy a tool to remove the screws. Not only did he offer to come over to my Jeep to look at it, he offered me free use of the stores tools and made sure that the light was replaced properly before going back in. I offered him a cash tip and he simply stated, thats what we do, help people. How refreshing is that?This is where Ill go for my future car needs.

I am not a “car guy” at all and don’t know much about automotive work. When I do attempt to do anything to my cars, the employees here are always very helpful. If you need a part, I would recommend shopping here.

I was there tonight needed a battery for my wifes car. First I asked the lady that was waiting on me if she could check the battery for me just to make sure it was the battery, she was like yeah whatever we can do that. Well battery ended up being dead so I got a new one she handed me the battery said there you go. I have been there before and got a battery for my car and wipers and they were very friendly and put the battery in themselves and changed wipers etc. But this time never offered to help or anything. I left said screw it Ill change it at home well the car wouldnt start so I went back in asked for a jump the same lady was like here you want tools to change it yourself? I said sure just let me do it. Never offered to help or even come out to hold a flash light for me. Mind you the store was not busy either. I had no problem doing it myself Im fairly handy but its just the idea that no one offered any help. If that was my wife and no one offered I may be a little more upset

Completely blown away at the rude guy i just encountered. Went to have my check engine light read. Geeeze within 1minute of talking to this guy i wanted to walk away and end the conversation. I had researched the issue my Subaru was having so had a pretty good idea of the problem. Right off the bat, guy wants to argue with me about the lights and what they meant. I kept trying to avoid the argument, trying to be nice and just have him read the code. Nope, he wanted to argue about it and tell me hes worked on a lot of cars and he wasnt going to argue with me, but he actually did. Complete and total jerk, arrogant. When he finally told me what it meant, i said ok thanks and went down the road to advanced and gave them my money. I was never disrespectful to him or rude, in the slightest. Before he helped me, i witnessed him be snide and condescending to another customer before me and be a jerk to the UPS guy. At least he doesnt discriminate in his arrogance!! NEVER EVER will i go here, ever ever

Went for wiper blades. The application book was torn up, many pages missing. I feel it shouldnt be this difficult t I buy blades. Was leaving and the sales girl said I would have to come to the register, she would look up what I needed, then go pick them out...........too many steps!!!....Went up the street to their competitor, was in and out with new blades in 5 minutes. And they installed in 1 minute flat. N

So much for warranty 2nd time at this store have the receipt and the parts But was told they can sell me the parts someone claimed warranty already hey advance Napa and even o Reilly’s sell parts as well

One person worked the counter.while 3 others just stood in the back after she loudly asked for help as the line was forming two people came out. An older man and a woman. I just needed something quick and with 2 others not doing any thing they should have been out sooner. The older man looked unkempt and came out with his shirt untucked. This is no way to run a business with lack of care for customers or your fellow team members

I went into Auto zone today to buy a Block check kit. The clerk was very helpful he ordered me the kit so to see if I have a small combustion leak. I have a lot of miles and I need to confirm yes or noThats why my car runs so good I keep on top of things.

My car wouldnt start. I Went to advance across the street to get a new battery and. They tried to sell me a new starter,alternator, and battery. I knew I didnt need those things because I could hear my car crank but not turn over. Plus when I told them just to replace my battery they wouldnt even put it in for me. I explained the last time I had the battery or in for me. Thats when I remembered that the last time I went to AutoZone. I got to AutoZone and they treated me tested my car and told me that all I needed was a battery. They were even able to look up my car and see that in fact I did buy a battery from there and it was still under warranty. I got a NEW battery installed for FREE! They didnt try to lie to make a sale. So I will always remember to go to AUTOZONE not ADVANCE. ***Sidenote, always buy the extended warranty when you purchase a car battery****

Great store especially if you notice ur changing ur brakes a lot cuz once u buy ur first set of brakes you get every set after for free as long as u have ur vehicle!! Also, the staff is very knowledgeable!!!

This is the closest AutoZone location from my house. They have great customer service, and they offer all the tools that we need for our cars. We come to this location whenever we need tools for the car!

Auto Zone pricing is better than Advanced Auto and their inventory availability is better. The staff at most stores Ive been to is professional and helpful.

A little over 2 years ago my battery was out of power and needed to be changed out. I bought it at this Autozone and it worked fine for a while, however it ran out of charge after 1 year and 8 months, so I took it back to the store, they tested it and while the battery itself was still good, it needed to be recharged. They charged it and in the meantime, I needed to put a windshield wiper, that I bought a while ago. I tried to put it on but as it turns out, the store i bought it at originally gave me the wrong one. However one of the employees saw me struggling trying to put it on my car, and came out to assist me. While he did accidentally break it, they replaced it without a charge and installed it with no issues. The staff here are unbelievable, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly suggest coming here if you need anything auto related..
