Terrible lawn mower repair service!!! We were in home depot and asked while we were there if they would be able to repair our push mower...they asked what was wrong etc. They said they could do it but may just have to send it out. We just tried taking it there today april 11. Took it out of the car brought it in suddenly they wont do it!They dont take a craftsman when they did days before. Just seems to be abunch of lazy men in a room not wanting to do actual work just rent out things. Dont waste your time w these guys. Totally useless.

My experience with the tool rental department was the straw that broke the camels back. 2 weeks in a row I had unbelievably terrible service. Extremely unknowledgeable employees and management. I would and will happily go elsewhere and pay more for the same products.

Employees there are very helpful. Great customer service. Didnt like the fact that I had to pay rental for a free machine ahead of time ($250 + $89) but what can you do when other people try to rip them off.
