I came to Pancoast looking for work. They responded to me fairly quickly in the beginning, but after I completed and sent them the full application they requested I complete. I ceased receiving any notifications from the company, complete radio silence.I do not recommend this staffing firm to any individual looking for work. Do not waste your time filling out a detailed application just have this “agency” ghost you after.

Great company to work for. I prefer temporary jobs and I have had many great positions thru Pancoast over the years. The staff is especially sensitive to the needs of the employee at every step of the process whether it is a temp position or an interview for a permanent position. They are not bothersome nor pushy. I usually just call to show availability and the staff starts calling rather quickly with work. I have and will continue to recommend Pancoast Staffing to everyone seriously looking for work.

I didnt find a job through Pancoast Staffing but Scott was dedicated to reaching out to me and connecting me with employers. His response was always timely and approach was very respectful. I definitely recommend working with them!

They stopped calling me with anything after 2 months. After that I had to call them and they still never tried to get me any work
