I like the agency! Scheduling kind of sucks... it’s 2019 I think they need a new updated way to schedule than having to tell them your availablity.. THEN WAIT for the facilities approval etc etc... a scheduling method like INTELYCARE ( another agency ) I believe would be more convenient and affective! Also I get paid daily... BTW on weekends payroll is not open so when you do work Saturday and/or Sunday.. you have to wait until Monday or Tuesday for payroll to send over the money and STILL WAIT TO RECIEVE IT!! So if you work Saturday and / or Sunday EXPECT to paid for it on Wednesday! Also payroll BARELY answers the phone and when they do or if they do ... of course they have an attitude ( idk why) .. I would love to sit behind a desk all day lol
