Eliza M was extremely helpful in every step of the process and was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had about the position throughout my 6 month contract. I now work for the company that Eliza had matched me up with full time and couldnt be happier!

I highly recommend the Insight Global Team for finding a job. Erica was beyond helpful. I have worked with recruiters in the past who would never contact me or lose touch very quickly. I just moved to the area and was expecting to be job searching for months. However, Erica responded very quickly and found me a position in my field right away. Give them a call if you need help.

I have been working with Cameron and she is amazing. I have been looking for work for nearly a month and in two weeks from first contact, I had a job. I love the job. Cam and her boss, Mike, are amazing. They reply to emails or phone calls within hours. They dont get upset and they are very caring. I am planning to suggest this company to all my friends and family.I live in Columbus, Ohio and they found me a job that is only 20 minutes from my home. I would advise anyone that gets a phone call from Insight Global, CALL THEM BACK. It is worth your time.

Insight Global will get you in contact with some of the larger firms in the area. Just realize, you will be vastly underpaid. In my case, I was paid about 20% less than any other contractor in the office. They never return emails promptly, meaning within 24 hours. If you have an issue, just accept you are on your own. They dont care.Perhaps I just got a poor recruiter or an inexperienced one. But if you hope to find a contracted position while searching for full time work, just apply to McDonalds. The pay is comparable. Or better yet, accept a position with virtually any recruiter in the area.It appears quite a few of these reviews are bots. The language is similar and the experiences are same. Fellow job hunters, buyer beware.

It was pretty good experience and Lindsay and Kendra and Eliza, all are super helpful throughout the process and after as well.

In the few short calls I have had with the team I am working with (Kayla and and her manager John), they both definitely seem to be a cut above the rest compared to other consulting firms I have communicated with. I compliment them both on their skills and great follow-up, which have really provided someone like me a sense of being in very good hands. There was a lot of care and purpose in trying to prepare me for the interview as well as the excellent follow-up after the interview. Really top notch all the way. I would be delighted to work with Insight Global in the future based on this teams professionalism.

As of this review, it has been a month since I had an email or phone call returned. Things started off great, above average communication for a recruiter, then she said her supervisor was going to call me for more information. That is where all communications stopped. I have sent emails, but no replies. I have called and was quickly told my recruiter was not available and they would give her the message that I called, but no return call either.

Nice agency, with good solid leads to help you land that dream job! I would highly recommend this firm for your job placement needs!!!

I worked with Kayla and Luke- 10/10 would work with them again.While other staffing agencies will try to shove you into the first spot they need to fill and ignore you after that, they actually got a feel for what fits best for you and listened to what you were looking for.Other agencies left me with a feel of set it and forget it, but IG followed up with me and regardless of outcome and what was available, seemed to care about what I thought and felt, very awesome. You feel like an individual rather than just a bar-coded agent at their disposal.They will provide you with all the details of an interview they can get a hold of and set you up as best as possible, coaching you through it and even going with you in person to set up the interview rather than just sending you a message of an expected time and date with nothing else to go with.

I really wish I had ran across InSightGlobal much sooner. The assignments have been as fun and fulfilling as work gets and the support is 1st rate. Indeed, my recruiter/representative has hustled to get me assignments, give me full briefings, and make sure I know what’s going on. You don’t walk into assignments blind. Just as importantly, the feedback & follow up is quick and honest. I’m not sure if the bad reviews are due to a dud recruiter or manager. Kyle Stricker, whose permission I got to use his name, has been outstanding.
