This place is isnt very helpful its basically a place to send people who owe child support so the government knows where the are they make you go everyday and if you miss for any reason uh oh you better be almost because you will be reported to the debt Police aka child support this place and other places like this is just another way to help keep poor families apart and I say that from experience my sons father was going there when he lost his job child support harrased him for just being two or three months behind had to drop my case because while he is down there my daughter at six yrs old was walking home by herself its just a scam the whole child support game is a scam the only people making out is the court of common pleas of Allegheny county because if they dont get there money they will let you pay them with time in jail its just another way to keep poor families apart and darker skinned people in jail
