They came off nice and got me into a job quick. But do too lack of communication and none of my issues being fixed i decided to leave my job as a temp. In doing so i got a call from a lady i didnt work with or met named michelle who decided to insult me over the phone instead of acting professional and say my problems were that of her 17 year old kid. She accused me of job hopping even though i only worked for that one job and have only had two other jobs my whole life.

I have had a great experience with Aerotek! My recruiter was great to work with and made my interests a priority. Phil Kemp was able to get me a job offer before I graduated college so I was able to immediately start using my degree. Phil also didnt just get me a temporary job that would be over in a handful of months, but he was able to find me a job that was and is still looking to bring me on for the long haul. I was an employee through them, and while I was employed my pay rate was great and the employees there were all courteous to me and were willing to help anyway that they could. The only downfall was that I was laid off from the employer that I was working with through aerotek, and that has been around 3-4 weeks now and they still have yet to offer me another position or have not even as much replied to me on any of the job postings that I have applied to through them in this time that I have been unemployed and I have applied to at least 6 positions that they have available on their website as we speak.

I went here and filled out an application for a job, they never called me back. I called 2 months later and they were supposed to return my call, that was 6 months ago. They havnt called me. This place is supposed to be a job placement program and I was pushed under the rug with an associates degree.
