TLDR: I had been looking for a job for months, when I got a call on a Thursday evening from Branden Foti from Synergy Staffing about a job opening he had. He got me an interview the next day, and I was offered that job in less than 24 hours from Brandens initial call to me.I would be the first person to be skeptical about recruiters, and even the seemingly disingenuous, overly positive reviews that people leave them online. But I cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am in my dealings with Synergy Staffing. Here are a few positive things I experienced with Branden and Synergy Staffing: 1) Branden came to meet with me on a weekend (On his own time) just to get my documentation signed because I needed to start that following Monday. 2) He not only found me a job and got me hired in under 24 hours, he found a better job than I could find from searching for hours and hours a day for several months 3) A few weeks into my new job through synergy, I got another job offer from a different company. And I am not embellishing AT ALL when I say, when asking Branden about it, I expected the old run-around or business talk from him, but instead it was just like I asked one of my good friends for their advice on what I should do based on what is most beneficial to me. He was sincere, friendly and I could tell he genuinely cared for my wellbeing, and not just some corporate agenda that you get from other staffing agencies. Also, On top of that... This conversation all took place on a Friday night well after work hours. He gave me a call from his personal cell phone and talked with me for over 45 mins when I told him I needed help figuring out what I should do regarding my potential new position.I have dealt with several staffing agencies so far in my career but my experience with Synergy Staffing has put all of those to shame. I’ve worked with a lot of recruiters and most of them are honestly more trouble than they’re worth, but Synergy Staffing is a great company that I highly recommend. I worked with Michael Feinberg, and he was excellent. I received a voicemail from Jack from Synergy Staffing several weeks ago. He left a voicemail saying he found my resume on Monster and he had a position that would be a good fit. I called him back only to find out the position had no relation to my degree or skill set. Im a copy writer/content creator and he had called me about a web development position.After some confusion as to why he contacted me, he said he had called me because I had HTML listed under one of my positions (which was very basic coding and only 1/10th of what I did at my previous COPYWRITING position). After a very awkward phone call he said he would forward the job position to me so I could read through it.Needless to say, I never heard back, never received an email regarding the position description, and overall, completely wasted my time returning Jacks phone call. Im really tired of receiving phone calls from staffing agencies about positions that have zero relation to my degree, all so these employees can receive commission. It doesnt matter whether the position is a good fit for YOU, its all about THEM. Overall, zero out of five stars. Dont waste your time time if receive a phone call from Synergy Staffing.

I have tried getting many jobs from other recruiters for a vast amount of different IT jobs, but didnt have success the way I did with Synergy Staffing. My recruiter especially didnt quit on me like how other Recuriging companies and recruiters have. So I got an email about a job, they reached out to me . I called and the agent said based on my resume I would be hired and to start the following Monday. I received an email from him to bring to forms of ID to the office. When I arrived I was informed that there were 2 positions available, previously I was told 5 . So basically I was told it was onboarding when it really just was an interview. Even when I was there I was encouraged to start that Monday. When I got home I got the call saying the positions were filled . I do not want to work with any company that gives false misrepresentations like this one did to me . All they did was waste my time.

Synergy is one of the least shady staffing agencies that I’ve come across. I got in contact with them via LinkedIn when Mike Feinberg reached out to me about some possible job opportunities near me. I was actively searching so this was a welcome call. Within two weeks I had not only a phone interview but an on-site interview and more. Mike was and still is very open and clear with his communication about what’s going on which isn’t always the case when it comes to staffing agencies. I would recommend to anyone a tad hesitant to go with a staffing agency for employment to use Synergy.
