Had a small collision with a raccoon and needed a new bumper. the team was very considerate and kind helping me out through the whole process. they blew my expectations out of the water when it came to the repair. my paint was matched perfectly and they even vacuumed and cleaned out my car after the job was done. (honestly left it 10x better then when i dropped it off 😂). hopefully i wont have to see these guys again soon, but if anything happens i know where im going

I was DEVASTATED when my son wrecked my wifes 2017 Sedona. I didnt know if I even wanted to keep the car anymore. We were told to bring it to Elite based on positive reviews and reputation.I was NOT disappointed. My car looks good as new, feels great and was done in a timely manner.So pleased with the results!!(Hoping I NEVER have to deal with this again, but...) if I ever need a repair again, I will definitely bring my vehicle back here!

They did wonderful work on my car. My front bumper was pretty nasty and Mike hes one of the text down here does not play when it comes to making things right and making it look nice. Dave the owner and Lisa shes in the office will always make sure that you are happy with the service you received. They have a rental car location on site also there detail shop is really good. Just recently had them do tint on my windows and I kid you not the tent on my 1 car looks like its factory. Would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone for towing body repair even just regular car maintenance at their Leetsdale location.

When I got into my accident, I wasnt entirely sure where to go or what was going to happen. I called Elite and Keith helped me from start to finish. He was very professional and understanding and walked me through every step of the process. He kept me informed every step of the way, and was very, very patient and kind. Their work is top tier. We had minor damage on the drivers side door of our Jaguar and a minor scratch on the front bumper. Wanted to get a quick estimate and have the repairs done. Went to City Collision, and was told the next available date to get an estimate would be a week or longer. Since it was a minor repair I thought that was a little crazy. On my way home, I decided to see if there were any other options. I saw Elite Collision. The shop had a professional presents and well organized. I stopped in and Keith immediately offered assistance. He was very professional and friendly. I had my estimate and was on my way in less than 5 minutes. I went back to have the car repaired. The cost for repairs were very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the work. The work was done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Elite Collision to anyone looking for quality, professional and reasonable auto repair work.

Absolutely beautiful work. Wonder to work with. Make no mistakes about it getting in an accident is a terrible day but these guys gave me light in a dark tunnel. Cant thank them enough. As a business owner myself I was really pleased with how they treated me. While driving on Route 65 to a tire shop to get my leaking tire fixed, my tire ended up completely flattening and I couldnt make it to the tire shop. The first place I could pull over to was Elite. Two techs came out and immediately helped me. They replaced my tires and some other damage under my front bumper. All on a moments notice! They were attentive, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Elite earned a new customer.

Absolutely one of the best companies I have ever had to deal with. On August 15, 2017, I was in a car accident and had to have my car towed and fixed. The police suggested Elite and I am so happy they did. Elite came to pick up my car (they were on scene in 11 minutes). They gave me a ride to pick up a rental car. The truck was so clean and the driver was so nice. They helped answer so many questions for me. Then they suggested their collision shop to fix my car. I at first said no because I was going to take the care to my dealership but my dealership even suggested Elite Collision – so I checked it out. The collision shop matched my towing experience. The staff was so nice and friendly (very patient) and the place so very clean. I have recommended them to everyone. Writing this review is not enough in my opinion.

I had to get my windshield replaced on my car after experiencing a crack directly in the visible drivers area that would cause it to fail inspection in the near future.Elite was able to get me in quickly, provide an estimate that beat the pants off commercial competition, and was able to compete the work same day. This was by far my best car repair experience. The paint job was impeccable. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my truck. I felt like I was getting a new vehicle again. The customer service was impressive and respectable. If you want A+ service and AAA+ work done, Elite Collision should be your first and last option.

I ordered a prepainted spoiler online, and the color wasnt even close to matching my car. Elite Collision was able to repaint the spoiler so it matched perfectly, and install it for less than I was quoted at other auto body shops. I will absolutely keep them in mind for any other work that my car will need to have done. Great customer service and fast service, too!

These guys really go above and beyond. Had my car ceramic coated. It needed a few touch ups and they were super accommodating and really did an amazing job. If your thinking about getting ceramic on your car, these are your guys.

Elite made the process as painless as possible. My car was repaired on time and to an exacting standard (all OEM parts). You cant tell it was involved in an accident. They also made sure to detail it which was much appreciated. They take pride in their work.

I live in the city and have on street parking. I was parked by a building that was undergoing renovation. A roofing company was applying a commercial spray foam to the roof. That foam was incidentally sprayed on my entire car. It had baked on my vehicle for about 2-3 days. When I contacted Elite down on Ohio River Blvd, they got my vehicle in the next day because if the foam stayed on any longer it would require more than the anticipated labor.Keith and his bad-ass auto professionals did a 3 day detail on my vehicle in one day! They had my car looking like I drove it off the dealership lot! Inside and out my car was dealership clean!And to top it off, not even 2 days after I get it back I spill half my coffee on the driver side seat! Yeah, I was pissed. I went back to ask the guys the best way for me to clean it out of my seat. They took it back into the lab and 10minutes later, it was new car smell again.Thank you guys for recognizing the urgency in treating my vehicle sooner rather than later. It could have ended up needing a new paint job. Keith and the guys did a fantastic job on fixing three seperate areas of my truck that have gotten some abuse lately. They fixed scratches, gouges,dents,paint scuffs, deep scratches,and the whole gamut of 3 seperate incidents that weve recently had with my truck. They can and will fix any type of body work damage that you bring to them.On top of all that, they completely detailed my whole truck. It looks brand new again! They were completely professional and very courteous the whole time. I highly recommend them for any of your body work needs. They also have towing services,and a complete mechanical division to address any other type of work that you may need too. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else now.
