I was scheduled to have a quote done for my bathroom . I got as far as a phone conversation with them before I canceled my appointment. They seemed way too concerned if my boyfriend was going to be home, even though it’s my house. They asked if he lives me, which is a yes. When I said he will not be present for this quote or any of it due to his work schedule they tried to schedule a day that he would be. Which is all fine and great but after explaining to them that it’s my house and I’m paying for it it doesn’t matter if he will be here , it shouldn’t have been asked again. When they called to confirm my appointment they pressed the issue again. It’s 2021 guys we are not house wives in an apron waiting on our husbands permission. We are home owners, we are workers who deserve equal respect. I’d bet anything that if he was the one calling they wouldn’t ask him twice if I were to be present for the quote. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’ll remodel this whole house without even sending him a text. Don’t try me

Ralph and his team (Eric, Steve, Mike, Eddy & Brett) couldnt have been more professional and polite when they installed new windows in my house. We recently had a walk-in shower installed to replace our standard tub. Mike Debruyn and Erik S. were very courteous and skilled. They efficiently completed the work on time and it is beautiful. I was very pleased that the project was completed ahead of the schedule date and the quality of the workmanship was more than we even expected.

We had our tub/shower remodeled. Josh Q & Darian W showed up on time, was professional and informative. They let me take pictures during the remodel and educated me on things I asked about. We had a front door installed this summer. It was quick and easy to schedule a consultation and the door came in quicker than expected and it was of high quality. However, the reason for the one star is for the customer service during installation and after the job was completed. We requested to keep our storm door, but the installers took it anyways. We realized it right after they left our home and tried calling to have them return it, but we couldn’t get in touch with anyone until the following day only to find out it was already discarded. They offered nothing to help fix the issue and the individual who we spoke to was rather rude. Additionally, one of the trim pieces beside our door was installed even though it was split. They did ordered us a new one, but when they showed up to replace the piece it was the wrong color so it couldn’t be fixed. Aside from the initial consultation, it has been very difficult to get in touch with West Shore Homes. For the price we paid we expected excellent customer service and professionalism, but that has not been the case. We suggest finding someone else to complete your home updates.

I had all new windows installed one week ago. Ralph, Brett, Eric, Mark, Judah, and Luke were a professional and efficient team. They were truly a TEAM, and obviously liked their job and working together. West Shore price was very good and high quality! They were respectful of my messy house and even liked the dogs! My floors were cleaner than when they came, after they vacuumed and mopped! Ralph gave me operating instructions for every window (11), and all of my questions were answered. They arrived on time, and were in and out in one day as promised. I cannot recommend West Shore and the installation team high enough...great job!!!

We had a new walk in shower installed by West Shore Home on March 9, 2021. John H, Sean C and Jordan M did great work! They arrived on time. They put down floor covering on our floors from the front door all through our house to the bathroom. They completed the project in one day as advertised. The area was completely clean when they finished. They were very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. They answered all of our questions. The shower is beautiful. The only problem I have found is that when I am finished showering, I don’t want to get out. I highly recommend West Shore Home for any new shower installation.

We had an installation of complete tub and shower replacement from West Shore. Ryan was our sales associate and explained the procedure and installation went exactly as planned. The crew came into our home covering floors, wearing masks and friendly. They cleaned up their work zone completely when finished. They replaced everything down to the studs, including floor and ceiling. They communicated with us the entire project. They paid attention to detail with placement of shelves and grab bars. What a wonderful experience.I placed an order for new sliding patio doors, which were manufactured and ready for installation 3 weeks prior to the expected availability date. The installers, Michael H. and Freddie E. arrived on time, explained the entire process, and got under way before I finished my coffee. They completed the entire project within a couple hours and didn’t even slow down through a pop-up thunderstorm. I would highly recommend West Shore, 5 stars through the entire process.

We had them come out and give us a price for door replacement. No high pressured sales pitch, just place and simple - here are the features and here is the cost. The installation process was just as easy. Two techs showed up on time and went right to work. Installation was smooth and simple. Very happy with the door and would recommend these guys.

We had a brand new shower installed in less than a day. The work began at 8 AM and the installation and clean-up was completed by 3:30 PM that same day.Our installers Davon L. and Eric S. did a super job and answered all of our questions. Everything was spotless when they left.Our previous shower was in shambles and unusable due to searching for a leaky pipe in the walls. Our salesman was able to get our project completed in less than a month to help us out.We love our new shower!

I hope you all can bear with me, my story is pretty long, Ill do the ending first in case you dont want to spend or have time for the whole story. Josh Q. and George S. were outstanding. I give both of them five star reviews for the whole project(s). They were on time, efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and did a great job cleaning up. I had two bathrooms done at the same time, so West Shore sent two senior installers and one boss to help the other two out. Im not going to mention the bosses name because he was virtually no help. For most of the thirteen hours they were working at my house, he sat in his truck. I truly did not mind the guys being at my house from 8:00 am until almost 9:00 pm But if someone sends me to help someone, then I help them. If he had they would have probably been able to leave around 5:00 pm. That is just my opinion though. West Shore has been great to work with. From the salesman, AJ C. to the installers. I am very happy with the finished projects, two bathroom installs. One was a tub to shower conversion and the other was just a shower upgrade because the shower that was there was old and in bad shape, leaking, etc. Here are pictures.

The installers were great (Sean C., Mike C., and Dylan H.) and I feel a little guilty giving a poor review, but it is not because of them. If I see them on the street Ill buy them a pizza a some beer.The salesman told me the material was special, but I am suspicious about the value. Time will tell I guess. The price seems very high for what we got.The issue with the responsiveness is because of a minor change we wanted (to add a bar). We discussed this with the installers and they told me any change must go through the office. We contacted the office early (I guess by 9:30 am). We were told we would get a call back. We are still waiting 120 hours later.I would NOT recommend this company

They were very courteous, efficient and worked hard getting everything exactly the way we wanted it. They were quick and did the job exactly as they told us.My one problem with them is when we were talking to the salesman we told him we had been referred to them by a family member. We were told they would receive an Amazon gift card for $100.00.It has now been over 2 months and the gift card has never arrived. I have called the company numerous times only to be told they would take care of it immediately.I don’t like companies who make a promise but don’t keep it

Got a quote for our bathroom. It was insanely high compared to the others weve received. This was fine. We told the salesperson we were going a different direction and thanked him for his time.Since then I have been receiving multi calls a day from their sales department. Ive asked them to stop calling. They do not. Ive now had to add their number to my blocked list.Not worth it. Pushy sales tactics and they wont take no for an answer.

They are not cheap - but when you are putting value into your home, you get what you pay for. I found the price of my service to be very reasonable given the product quality and staff professionalism.

After more unsatisfactory experiences I’ve had with Lowe’s and Home Depot than I can count with home improvement projects, I decided to give West Shore Home a try in replacing my front storm and entry door. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the whole project from start to finish. Everyone has been extremely professional and courteous. The quality of the doors are exceptional compared to anything I’ve had in the past. The installers arrived on time and were meticulous with the install. They left my home spotless. I’ve never been more pleased with a home improvement project and will definitely use them for future projects. I highly recommend them.

Just had a great experience with West Shore Homes. Our installer, Jimmy S. worked fast and clean, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The shower is beautiful! Were already talking about plans to have them come back to do the other bathroom.

Do NOT invite these people into your home - you will have to hire the tiny lady from Poltergeist to get them out. I made a 6pm appointment for a quote to replace my 30 x 72 shower. The salesperson was still blathering on at 8pm when I had to kick him out. He did not like this and became quite rude when I told him I had some place to be. He was high pressure, demanding I select every possible option (color and accessories, etc.) before giving me a quote. And what a quote! - Over $16k for essentially a shower insert He then said if I committed that day, hed lower it to $13k. Thats some dodgy math. Scammy and unprofessional. I should bill them for my time.

My fiance insists well use them again for another door. For the most part. it was a fine experience with no bumps or hiccups...however Im definitely hesitant on the next install. Im curious how much I have to spend to get a decent cut..apparently $9000+ isnt enough. The quality and professionalism were there..just not the craftsmanship to justify $9000+

We had our walk-in shower remodeled by West Shore Home. We saw on TV the West Shore commercial that they offered a 18 month no finance or interest charges on completed work. When the Salesman made the presentation, we reiterated that we did not want to finance the job with a Finance Company. Upon completion of the job, within an hour and a half after the installation, I received a text from GreenSky Finance congregating me on the purchase amount being charged on my Loan!!!! Not happy with the bait and switch!! I called the Salesman and told him to have them bill me directly and I would pay the installation price immediately!! GreenSky would charge me 24.99% interest!!

We had a walk in shower installed. The 3 gentleman were very professional and knowledgeable. They didnt think something looked as well as it could and offered a suggestion, the suggestion was great. Definitely would recommend. Evan S., Jordan M. and Cody J. These guys know their stuff.

Had a remodel of Shower install. A great job done by Jeremy and Torin. These two guys we’re personable, professional and had extreme attention to detail. They were on time, very polite, respectful of our home. They went beyond and above to make sure everything was clean and in good order before leaving. I can’t say enough about the teamwork and great attitude these two had. Thank you-the shower looks great!

West Shore installers Craig D., Ralph T., Tony N., & Rob T. were very professional and they installed 3 exterior doors with storm doors on our house in a very timely manner. I had a shower and tub replaced. Each one was done in 1 day. The results are beautiful. And the workmen cleaned up very well. Very satisfied!

He answered my questions before i even got to ask them and every answer sold us on using West Shore Home. Jimmy and Cody our installers did an amazing job taking an old bathtub area and transforming it into a beautiful shower/tub combo. Fred P and Isaac B were wonderful! They were professional, very polite, and efficient. I live in a mobile home and the shutoff valve for the water is down inside a pit in the ground. It was very corroded and could not be turned off. The guys did not give up! They put a shut off valve behind the shower for me. They cleaned everything up after they were done. The new shower is everything we were hoping for and we are extremely pleased!

We cannot be more pleased with the installation of the most beautiful doors ever! From the first call to handing us the keys, the West Shore Home personnel were caring experts and professionals. We never felt pressured during our sales call, and the installation team had our two exterior doors and storm doors installed in a day. Im really pleased that West shore has these guys on staff to do an excellent install with a high quality product. They made a big effort to make sure they were doing the job to our expectations . Their work is top notch. The windows are beautiful The sealing is great , no more drafts. Getting a tight fit was a bit of a project. the use are by no means standard windows. The original windows were built in as the Lindall Cedar home was constructed in 1976. In addition to the great functionality, the trim work is excellent making a beautiful window installation as well. The team spent a full day just capping the gaps on the exterior between the Cedar and the window frame. Jeff Showers who did the initial Sales and measurement has also been quite responsive and followed up on the job. I highly recommend West Shore Homes for any window and door work on your home. Quality products backed by quality installation. To maintain our comfort during the insatal, heave polyethylene film was taped over the entrances between the Cedar home and the 1999 addition (great room) where we stayed. The Cedar home has a window wall 15 feet wide. at one point all 3 of the 5 wide 6 high windows were removed and the temperature in our den was about the same as outside a chilly 30 degrees F. But in our sealed off great room it was a comfortable 68F. This was a complicated install involving 16 large and odd shaped windows. The total project took 3 days. The crew did a thorough cleanup. vacuuming and mopping our new luxury vinyl floor and thoroughly vacuuming carpets. The photo below shows 6 of the new windows in the window wall. It was rather bright outside so I fooled the exposure to show the gorgeous Melrose cherry Frames.

West Shore Homes and Jason Quick did a bath tub shower install. This replaced our shower only in our primary bathroom. This was done in one day. Josh was very professional. Did all cutting outside. This was a very smooth process from the initial meeting to the install.
