Wedding Soup is so delicious! I even took home a quart of it. The bartender is so friendly and has such a down to earth personality. My sister got the chili, it was terrible! The other food was great 👍

Awesome experience. I came in at 9pm and they were closing. They still made us some food and were happy to do it. After a long trip, it was a nice way to end our day. Much appreciated.

Atmosphere is mediocre but the waitresses and bartenders were fantastic. Especially the blonde Tina. She was attentive and on point. A defiñate asset.

Nice happy hour very clean and allot of space for social distancing. Food is excellent they serve corporate workers in that location all the time and especially for lunch.

Drinks were pricey for the quality. It wasnt filthy dirty, but it wasnt clean either. Service was slow and the bartender was grumpy. Now, she may have had a bad night, but there was no reason to treat the rest of us poorly. I tipped her well and asked her to smile!

I’ve tried ordering food here on two different occasions. Both times I was unable to because they had already stopped serving food. Both attempts were made hours before the time listed online for them to stop serving food. I won’t try again.

Not sure how this review ended up associated with the Route 28 Bar & Grill --- its supposed to be for a Arbys in Salem, Virginia. I did stay at the hotel but I didnt not patronize the restaurant. Updating my star rating for the mix-up.** Original Review Post: Traveling, and stopped to get food and use the restroom. But the restaurants not open no restrooms available. Drive-thru only.

Fairly priced, portion sizes were pretty good but the food was super bland and lacked any kind of seasoning.

This is a small place inside the Comfort Inn hotel in RIDC park. Its considered an adult establishment as it is mostly a bar but it does have some booths. They also have a pool table. Bar staff is friendly and attentive. They also have free poker Sunday evenings.

This was a quite surprising place. Theres a ton of energy in the bar crowd and the staff was very friendly. This establishment exceeded expectations for a hotel bar, and was very accommodating, welcoming, and warm. The price range is very appropriate, and the DJ on staff for Friday night was an excellent host.

Drinks not very strong but pricey. Food pretty good. Service disappointing. Had to wait for bartender to finish her pretzels before she would come over so I could pay the bill. Upcharge for credit cards.

We stayed the weekend at Comfort Inn and the last night we ordered take out from Rt 28. Now I was kinda skeptical about bar food but wow!! Fantastic food!! We got the flarline burger which is huge and the best burger my hubby ever had. I had the Sesame pan seared Ahi tuna and is was as good as any high end restaurant I loved it. Well worth the cost you must try it.

The food is okay. They need to hire new bartenders. She’s horrible at bartender. Only good at being a flirt and trying to makeup for the horrible service she provides. This happened 2 weeks ago. This bar won’t be open much longer. It use to be great.

This bar is a disaster. The management has no idea what theyre doing. The good employees get treated horribly while their are other employees who literally steal right out from under them. Completely unorganized, food is ok at best and price is too steep for anything they offer. 7 bartenders and live entertainment on a Monday?! Then wonder why no one makes money and no one shows up. Highly doubt this place will be open by the time you even get there to try it out if you didnt believe me.
