New Years Eve party, sold out, max occupancy is (guessing) 150.(?) You have two bartenders (who couldnt keep up) and two coat racks that were so overloaded people didnt have room to put their coats. Its winter you have to give more space for thicker coats. Dance floor was 20 by 20 tops, no real DJ booth (just a table). It was uncomfortable. My fiancee and I left before midnight. On NYE. That says something.

We only came to dance salsa. The drinks were okay, but had a decent selection. Food was decent in the Bar area. Not sure about the other food though. Smoke free environment (a plus). Stays open late for the downtown area. Music was good for dancing. Lots of dance partners available, as long as you are dressed and looking the part for dancing.

The venue is beautiful, I could definitely see myself hanging out there more often! It is a nice upscale lounge type venue! It is hard to notice on the street ( small signage, squeezed between two other businesses)& there are steps. Also, the staff seemed in an incredibly bad mood while we were there on a Wednesday night & were not giving me wine glasses for my wine...for some reason.. but maybe theyre more on it during the weekends?

This is an excellent place to host private and corporate events. Both the speakeasy and main room are aesthetically pleasing. This is owned by the world renowned Nola on the Square. So the food and spirits offered are able to please the highest standards and most down to earth customer.

Music was great and the only redeeming quality. Paid a 30$ cover and was served a 14$ drink in a dixie cup sized plastic cup that was only filled up halfway. Not going back anytime soon.

Just had my daughters wedding shower at Perle this past weekend. Kathy and the staff were phenomenal. Food absolutely delishes. I highly recommend Perle for a private event.

5 stars if they keep salsa night on Thursday! Great fun this evening.

Perle is a good place to host a party when dancing is part of your planning. It has a dance floor and bar, spacious restrooms and upscale table top serviceware. Two rooms are available for rent, both on the second floor and I did not see an elevator. The front room faces market square and has a lovely window view of the square. The second one in the back of the second level has its own entrance and is called The Speakeasy. The speakeasy is a more intimate space and might be appropriate for a party of about 40 or less. The rooms are attractive and the full kitchen is on the same level. There is a built- in dj booth that is next to the dance floor and attractive. The food was very good. This location in Market Square is a one to consider for a gathering.

The place is a good concept. Its managed very well and the bar staff is awesome. Tyler is especially great and funny. Stop in for a few if you have time!

The speakeasy in the back is wicked neat. Have to travel through a post modern disco to get there, but I guess Dante didnt have it much better

Was there for the first time for a Bachelorette party. It was fun. HUGE champagne selection as they are known as a champagne bar. We were there on a Saturday (which was apparently ladies night) and they were passing out free sangria to all the woman. There were a lot of Bachelorette parties there that night. They also offer a special for Bachelorette parties with 10+ people. I believe it was a free bottle of champagne. It is kind of pricey but worth it for a fun night out! My only complaint is that it took a good 20 minutes to get a drink at the bar and they werent all that crowded. Other than that, I loved it!

Great place to get your salsa, bachata, and merengue fix. Salsa is played 75% of the time with 20% left for bachata and 5% for merengue.Lessons before had are quite basic and not super helpful for beginners. Cover of $5 for the whole night. Water is $2. Good range of dance levels.

The women I seen hear unbelievably great looking,but latley the mangement has been not on point & guy mangeing it doesnt care about customer service...they use to have awesome cocktail menu but its limited now..still recommend checking the place out on thursday friday saturday night ...

Went last night. Not a huge crowd. Service was bad. Took 20 min for the bartender to come down to my end. Out of beer I wanted. Another 10 min to get round two.

I wish it would come up with a after party sometimes and be less next time
