This company tricked my managers into longer term agreements with their unethical antics. I would negotiate the terms then they would send over a different contract and slip in another 5 year contract. After doing business for almost 10 years I have literally been counting down the days for my contract to run out. My rep was rude, I tried to work out a deal for months. Enough is enough, finally I just agreed to pay the early termination fee and went with a different supplier. Advowaste is local hazardous waste company who cares about customer service. My other offices have used them for years, no long term contract, simply good service! Sear clear of Stericycle. They are ruthless.
