Excellent customer service from the moment they answered the phone and until they picked up the dumpster. Friendly, polite, helpful, and extremely prompt service. Called Saturday morning around 8:30am and had a dumpster in place by 2:30pm. They were helpful in guiding us through the correct size bin to order, and pricing was excellent. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat.

First and last time I use this company. When I orderedThe bin I requested for it to be picked up the following Monday which the agreed too, but never did it say there for a week before I called. The service I received definitely did not match their prices. Only called them because they were the closest to me. Never making that mistake again.

This company was so great to work with! We did a huge clean out on our entire home... needless to say we filled it a lot quicker than we anticipated! Ive used Bin There Dumped That for the past seven years. I first used them on a remodel job in Peoria Arizona where we were limited on space. Their small and maneuverable dumpsters were perfect for my situation. Ive since used them on new construction sites as well as remodels where space was an issue. They work perfect for hillside sites where a forty yard conventional dumpster couldnt get up the hills let alone turn around. Very professional!! I was little worried on putting the dumpster on my Driveway because the weight may cause damage, but when they delivered it they put wood under the dumpster to prevent the concrete from damaging, I thought that was very nice on their side. I saw other neighbors in my neighborhood with different companies and they just dropped the dumpster on the driveway and you can see marks on it already, so thank you so very much for well done job!! We rented a 20-yard dumpster for our needs. Les and Blake were so helpful as this was my first time renting a dumpster. They answered all my questions and their response was quickly answered. Will definitely use them again.

My wife and I took on a major home remodel project that ended up being more than we expected. We needed a dumpster at the last minute and Les truly came through for us. I had contacted 4 other dumpster companies and he was the only one who responded. Not only that, he got the dumpster I needed within only a couple days notice. When the project continued to go down an unexpected path, he was greatly understanding of our situation and was very flexible in accommodating another last minute request to extend the rental. I called and arranged to rent a small dumpster, and it was carefully delivered the following morning, nice and clean inside. Im moving house in a few weeks so getting rid of lots of stuff. I needed a pretty good sized dumpster and didnt know who to use so I called a contractor friend and he gave me this company phone number. I called about 3:00 p.m. and Les said they would deliver the next morning. 6:00 a.m. got a call and the driver was outside the window. Actually kept for a little over the 7 days (got a reminder voice mail if I needed picked up) and wasnt hastled for extra money for extra day. Called around 5:30 p.m. and told Les it was ready to pick up and he said they would pick up the next day, when I went outside the next morning at about 8:30 they had picked up and it was gone. What a hassle free transaction. In todays day and age you usually have to make several calls and people try to nickel and dime you, what a pleasure!

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I order a dumpster a week in advanced the 14 yard and the day it was suppose to get delivered it wasn’t there. I had to call and they said they didn’t have any in the size I ordered. They did NOT call me to let me know or offer me a different size. They just weren’t going to deliver anything at all or let me know. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT! I finally got a 10 yard and a 4 yard delivered and 2 weeks later after they picked up the full dumpsters they leave me a voicemail saying I owe an additional $222 for the weight. When I clearly told them what I’d be putting in the dumpster and they said I would be fine on the weight limit. This company is not well organized and the owner Les was very rude on the phone. Do not give your hard earned money to this crappy company that scams you!
