After my mother had passed on, I had to remove her belonging from her rental.I contacted Scott for a quote on a 20 yard roll off. He was very professional and competitively priced, so I set up a delivery date. Delivery was prompt and right on time.The roll-off was clean and the gate worked without any issues.After a long weekend of cleaning, Scott arranged a pick up within 2-days, well he actually picked u the roll-off the very next day...saving me any hassles from pickers.Overall this was a very professional experience...I highly recommend Scotts Waste Systems for any waste hauling needs!

I have used Scotts Waste Systems (SWS) 3 times insofar for a full home renovation project I am doing. Every time, he has been helpful, informative, accommodating, very friendly and willing to work with my schedule and needs. I appreciate Scotts attention to detail and emphasis on quality customer service. I will be needing many more roll-offs in the near future pertaining to my project, and SWS will be who I contact every time.

Glad I gave Scott my business. Setting up dumpster drop off and pick up was no hassle. Had dumpster dropped off within 24 hours and picked up the following day. Of course that can vary based on demand but timing was good for me. He is very knowledgeable about city codes, sizes and procedures. Compared to a competitor I got a larger dumpster for $75 less. Major Kudos !

Scott was the only guy I found willing to carefully drive up some switchbacks to a job on top of a mountain we were doing. He was super nice and timely and it was so pleasant dealing with him rather than most companies where you’re just a number. I would definitely recommend.

Awesome company to rent from. Needed a large roll for our business complex in north Scottsdale and called around on a late Friday afternoon. Scott was able a truck there ASAP. They charge a fair price, have clean dumpsters and clear terms and conditions. Wow what service!

WORST PLACE EVER! Called to get a dumpster and after terrible customer service by Scott and telling me he couldnt get me on the schedule for 3 weeks - which I was fine with- I continued to keep in contact until this week when I asked for what day specifically and he responded only with Tuesday. Never once got my name or address or anything- I then asked what time- he then said maybe I should take my business elsewhere. AFTER waiting 3 weeks and a promised price and quote he said nothing except I should go somewhere else. I was LIVID ! He is the worst place to go to and honestly I think it was a scam as his price of $275 for 30 yards and 3 tons was so low - which is why I was waiting. Never go here !!

I’m not sure why there aren’t any reviews. The people up the street rented from Scott the same week so his services are being used. I’ll try to make this in depth for anybody comparing companies.I did a DIY floor removal of 1600 sq ft of flooring and realized too late that it would require a dumpster. Poor planning on my part. I gave Scott a call later Saturday (around 6 PM) not expecting anything back until Monday. Well he got back to me Sunday and was able to set up a delivery Monday morning. It was reassuring to just have it planned out so quickly. I had ample time to get by job done, and he was very professional. I’m prior military and he spoke in a familiar manner so I’m not sure if he is military or not but just polite and straight forward. Dropped off and picked up without any necessity on my part to be there. Costs were clear and fair. Documentation was presented after dump drop off to show tiered and total weight. Digital receipts were created and prompt as well. I don’t have any experience with dumpster rental and I’m a frugal guy but his price just seemed fair to me as soon as he stated it. I would recommend Scott to anyone doing a project. He can customize something to fit your needs.Also, the receptacle was clean and professional looking which is important when it is in a neighborhood with HOA. It had easy access to walk in, I just built a ramp with 2x4 stacked support and a plywood sheet to roll large containers and a wheel barrow.I didn’t ask if Scott already has ramps that he offers, so you may be able to obtain one that way. If not, then Scott I highly recommend something to make ease of roll on/roll off and advertising it. Also, it may be wise to offer a 5% off coupon (make it for just rental cost, not weight of waste disposal) for future rentals if people leave reviews. It may motivate them to give you the praise that you deserve.In addition, he was very communicative during the process. A text or phone call was responded to quickly.Thanks again for the great service, Scott. I look forward to your assistance in my future projects.
