Theres one of your big blue trucks on my street and the driver is having a full blown conversation with the customer WITHOUT A MASK.How are you claiming your working to protect the community.Sad

Everyone complains about service, but the reality is Republic has better service and pricing than the other vendors in my experience. Very happy to have moved over from another vendor. Im probably 15 years with Republic. We just renewed, moved to consolidated billing, and Johathan De La Rosa got everything handled with no pain and no problems on my end.We also use them for Roll Off Service, and similar feeling. Pricing is pretty solid, service is good, and excuses are few.The service isnt as good as at Mortons Steak House for dinner, but then again -- its priced fairly and trash service isnt ever as good on service no matter who you buy it from.

Our experience with this company has been very frustrating but they fixed the problem by picking up our waste.

Having the same issues. Order the trash bins on 04/26 and a rep mentioned that was delivered on 04/27. Until this day dont have the bins. The City of Phoenix is quick to collect the first month bill as trying to get billing is impossible.

Didnt pick up my trash for 3 weeks and no one, including operations supervisors could tell me why. Multiple people on my street have the same problem. Called several times and was promised me my trash and recycling would be picked up the next day, it was not. This is a typical large company, wants your money but doesnt care if they provide the service for it.

I have a business and they have missed our garbage pick up several times. Its ridiculously unprofessional of a company that deals with business to leave them in such distress. My trash can is overflowing and theres trash pilling up around it. They have the laziest workers that make excuses to not pick up the trash

This company NEVER answers the phone!!!! No matter what time you call...and half of the time the trucks DONT SHOW UP FOR PICK UP
