I ordered the Mini, after seeing one of my neighbors use it, and I was NOT disappointed. They were EARLY to drop off, and made sure to have clear communication before/during drop off and pick up. The estimate was far better than all other competitors, and the process was straight forward. I would recommend Junk King (and will re-use them in the future!) to every person considering them. If you are sitting on the fence about ordering one, don’t worry, the bins are big enough to fit it all!

Fast, efficient and best no game pricing. The price they quote is the price you pay and if they go over time or trucks used your cost doesnt go up and they had best price quote anyways. They also sell what they can and it goes to charity. If i EVER need to have a house cleaned out to sell again, i will ONLY choose Junk King!!!

Andrew dropped off our dumpster for us, he was professional and courteous. We filled it ourselves and told him we wanted picked up and hauled away asap. We had it loaded up rather quickly and called Andrew to let him know we were done, he accommodated us by fitting us in between his other deliveries and was back to pick up the dumpster in no time. I searched online for various companies and came across Junk King. They said they would provide me a quote once on site and if I agreed to it then they could take things right away. I saved $20 by booking online and it was well worth the value as I was able to get rid of more than expected. They were fast and efficient and saved me from heavy lifting as well as trying to figure out where to dispose of large items after a remodel. Very pleased and would highly recommend!

Hot tub removal. These guys work hard and are excellent. Arrived on time. Courteous and professional, were done in less than 2 hours. I especially appreciated their consideration of my daughter’s birthday in scheduling, arrival, and clean up. They even took the bulk trash we had out as a courtesy. I was given a quote for a few bags of trash, a couch and a single-bed. Before they came out, my previous tenant had remove the trash bags unknown to me. I asked the crew to send me pictures before and after the trash removal. They only sent me a picture of the side-walk after the couch/bed were picked up. They never sent me a picture of the trash bags inside the side entry gate (before or after). I called them a couple of times but not helpful. I feel I was overcharged ($ 210 + $ 10 tip) for essentially a small bed and couch. Disappointed.

These guys were animals! Loaded concrete, asphalt and broken blocks in 3 hours that took two of us to pile up over days. It feels so nice not to look at the piles of concrete junk when I come home. Worth the money to have it gone!

I called this morning for a quote, expecting it would be at least a week before someone came out, but they had time today. Jacob and Raul were fantastic! They called when they were about 30 minutes away, gave me a fair quote, and very quickly cleared out my garage of all the clutter which had been stacking up for more than a year. In less than 30 minutes, my garage was cleared and they scanned my credit card. I also tipped them (don’t forget to tip these guys - they work hard) and they were on their way with my old mattresses, furniture, bags of clothes, empty shipping boxes, an old grill, old bed frames, etc... I hope to never accumulate so much in my garage again, but if I do, I’ll be calling Junk King. I highly recommend for swiftness and overall friendliness!

The guys were very friendly and helpful. I would rather have donated the furniture, but the chairs were not in great shape. I’m disabled, so I couldn’t remove them myself.
