NOBODY NOBODY has bothered to return my calls in regards to this dumpster blocking part of our driveway. As you can see, the dumpster is never placed in the nook after the driver picks up the trash. This is OUR driveway and we are NOT Republic customers...yet we are burdened by this company who doesn’t give a rip despite numerous calls. Why doesn’t anyone rectify this matter?! Management has yet to return my calls.

Went to drop off delivery, only to have worker try getting in my vehicle. If wasnt working would of gone a different way. Guess they teach workers to steal. Wish could give 0 stars

2 developments since my first post, I was contacted and informed that since my contract had expired I had gone to month to month and that is why they charged more each month. They retro dated a contract for me and basically I had no payment for a few months. That was nice, but shortly after they got out of arears they informed me that they did not like driving down my street and canceled my contract.(Original review) Fortunately I did not give this company unfettered access to my financial accounts, they change their rate almost monthly adding various fees and increasing various charges without ever giving notice or explanation. Have had this service 3 years and my rate has doubled. Time for a new service.

Absolutely lousy service, two times Ive paid on-line before my due date and have had the cans removed from my property only to be charged $35.00 for them to replace them. After asking about the fact that I paid some three to four days before my bill was due on-line I was told it takes at least a week for their on-line payments to go through, thats not my problem its your web page and it should be immediately like all other on-line payment sites. Funny how it works out to their benefit, huh DO NOT USE THEM!!!

We use Republic Services in the business that I work for theyre very reliable and always on time I highly recommend Republic Services for your trash needs

Allied seems to complain more than other companies i have used over the years. I think the driver complains to headquarters. They have not serviced my container for various reasons,,,,Road too muddy, Bricks in the container. I never heard these complaints from other companies. I would avoid them.

Worst experience ever they never pick up trash on time keep charging agent never respond when you have problem they just get your contract and disappear after that .i have commercial account with them just few months and that is trouble and nightmare .they charge over never pay what contract said .i have complain from my tenants trash container is full because they dont pick up on the days they suppose to.
