The worst towing company, they work with PD to give them impounded cars. Getting your car back after it’s been towed to their yards is a nightmare. Please use other towing companies as this one will frustrate your life without caring about all the trauma you’ve been through already.

My friend had his car stolen and towed by Police here. The car had hand controls and since my friend couldnt walk up there, the person in the office allowed us to drive to the car. But the spanish speaking person inside got very angry though. I tried to speak quitely and explain but as if he did not want to listen. He called the office and perhaps got the instructions. And when he saw the wheel chair, he behaved very well and was quite nice to us.The office is in an awkward position which is a small window on the right with security screen and all. An armed security guard at the front. May be I dont know about the towing business but this was a bit weird.

Trying to call is a job itself and dont call the corporate number as they are super rude and unhelpful I called today and the lady was so rude for no reason and then hangs up on me great customer service 👍 avoid if possible call nano.

WORST TOWING COMPANY!! I recently tried to get my fathers truck out of impound and every time I went in to try and get it out. they never let me. every time I came in they would make me do something completely different and say itll work next time I went there 5 different times in a matter of 2 1/2 weeks because of how difficult they were being. Their staff is horrible and does not help in any way. They make you figure out how youre supposed to get your vehicle out instead of actually helping you. all of them are scum and do not care about their customers. They dont even deserve a one star rating.

Accident on 10/01/20 brought us here to live through this experience. Today I decided to report these people because I had enough. All the $hit you have to go through if an accident wasnt enough...intentionally writing wrong address down after being told once on the phone before arrival and two times in person just to try to overcharge me on the drop off fee. It was supposed to be dropped off today (10/14/20 around 11am) but what a surprise that they overcharged me and put the wrong address down for drop off! I asked for it to be dropped off today and the lady on the phone was rude, refused to give me her name, and when I asked what time tomorrow will they drop it off she just said after 10 ...Not only did they lie and overcharge me, they delayed my drop off and showed me the rudest customer service ever. We had an illegal 30 day hold and the hearing cleared it up and thats when I noticed the customer service had gotten extremely worse. I read all their reviews, and Kevin seems to be the snake cop calling wink that works there. Ive never heard of a tow yard authorizing an employee to go in your vehicle and dig around for your title...or was that scheme done just to stall time for the cops to arrive and arrest my husband!?? And wheres my 2.5 ct tw diamond infinity tennis bracelet at?? It was in our car before you went digging in it! This place needs to get shut down! Im so angry I dont even know if my review makes sense but im taking this to court!

This place will lie about fees in order to get people to pay more.Is 0 star an option?

Worst towing company ever. I had just recently gotten my car towed from an invalid parking spot and the lady that I spoke to on the phone was harassing me, telling me I’m an idiot for having my car parked illegally. I have never felt so diminished by a business like this.
