This business was once owned buy a friend of mine Johnny weeks and is no longer owned by him. The new owner has not changed the name and is using this name as his own. I have never used the new owner but it seems pretty shady that he is using the same name as the man that started the company and was shot and killed this year. Be aware of who youre doing business with.

This is the second time our car was towed from our designated parking space. We had our parking permit on the dash visible to them. They still towed, first time we were told that if we can prove that we had a permit for the car we owed nothing.Today a new owner by the name of Dominic, wanted us to prove we had a permit. We walked his assistant over to the car the permit in the car but on the floor.. so now he goes to say it was not visible at the time and we still are being charged 210$.I asked why when we proved the car had a parking permit for the designated parking spot. And his response was I have employers and drivers that need to get paid. Well that sounds like a very personal problem. I then asked to see their updated policy of the permit not being visible. Even if we showed proof that they can still charge us. He slammed the window in my face. Lets pray this man uses that 210$ to get some dental work, he already seem to be living in his karma.

The previous owner John Weeks is very much missed. He did a very thorough on time great job nobody can ever replace this man and the great job he did❤️

My fiancé had her truck impounded for supposedly parking in a no over night parking space. Problem is after seeing the space myself on no sign does it say that or who towed it. Phoenix police had to say who towed it. Now being a former tow truck driver and having friends and family who tow I know what the laws and rules are. Signs need to be posted stating what a spot is for and what towing company patrols that area. Also in the state of Arizona it is illegal to hold a vehicle ransom except if impounded by law enforcement. This means they return the vehicle free of charge or face being arrested for grand theft auto its the same for repair shops. They also ransacked the inside of the truck witch is also a no, no. They can look for a gun but not dig for one. I hope they try taking me to court because with video proof and my background theyll be wasting money.

Using this service for general towing is perfect on time does the job with great quality of work reasonable prices

Needed my car towed to a Body Shop, arrangements made through Farmers insurance. This company has no concept of scheduling and timing. They were scheduled to arrive at 8:00 AM and according to the farmers website they arrived at 8:00 AM but still not here at 9:00 AM. When I called A&Z, the person that answered the phone (who was barely audible) said hed be here in another 45 minutes to an hour. I understand that sometimes things get delayed but communicating that should be a priority. Then at 9:30 A&Z towing cancelled, and Farmers had to reschedule a different towing company basically almost 3 hours beyond when my car was supposed to be towed. So NOT farmers issue. This company A&Z is risky at best based on the non-service.

A total SCAM! The staff were rude & so unprofessional. When I questioned them about my broken head light they told me to file a claim through my Insurance. To top it off they charged me a ridiculous amount for having my car towed for a couple of hours! When I asked to speak to the owner or someone in charge they claimed the owner was out of town. Beware with this towing company!!!

Terrible service and when I picked it up and got home I realized that I had money and other things missing. When asking about it i was given a rude inconsiderate response saying that how does she know it didnt happen before they towed my car. When I arrived I felt like I was entering a junk yard, I wouldnt be surprised if there are nails in my tires. There are signs of forced entry on the passenger side above the lock. I asked if they had cameras and they responded on the gates not the lot. This is ridiculous, they should not be allowed to be in business, thieves!

Please take the time to read this review, it will give you the insight needed if you are deciding whether or not to use AZ Towing and Impound LLC. Firstly, my background, I am a college student attending ASU and I am majoring in Aerospace Engineering. I was attending a late night lab session and had been parked in a parking garage which tows your vehicle after 0100a. I had lost track of time and had returned to the spot at which I parked my car, only to find it missing. I realized what I had done and was upset with myself for forgetting the rules of the parking structure. The next day I attended class and immediately after ubered to the tow yard where my car had been taken, Az Towing and Impound LLC. Upon arrival I spoke with Liz at the desk and she was very polite and even given me a discount because I was a college student. I was then taken back to my car by a young man, whos name I did not catch, but again a very pleasant young man. When we arrived at my vehicle, I immediately noticed my front bumper had been severely damaged and my rear bumper scratched. I pointed this out to the young man and he was very apologetic and escorted me back to the front desk to again speak with Liz. Liz was aware of the damage prior to me paying for the tow, but was also apologetic and accompanied me to my vehicle to inspect the damage. She assured me the company would take care of the repairs, and at no cost to me. I notified my insurance company of the damage and took it to a local shop to ensue repairs. Upon reaching out to AZ Towing and Impound for coverage of the repairs, I was transferred to the manager, John Weeks. John was absolutely rude and denied any responsibility for the damages. Before hanging up on me, he spoke to me as if I were a child and had no idea how things were handled in the real world, which he repeated multiple times in attempt to anger and belittle me. I must say speaking with him was very frustrating and no business should be ran the way he runs AZ Towing and Impound. I believe he has gotten away with many instances like this in the past and feels like he is above the law. I have since filed a police report and now intend to make John Weeks pay for what is rightfully owed to me; So, when the company has changed ownership and reads SCLAFANI Towing and Impound, LLC, I can assure you the business will be run the way a business should be run, legitimately. Very rude and unprofessional. I was still talking on the phone and because I couldnt get the address fast enough he hung up on me. It was less then a minute? They lost my business. Very rude.

They are theives. They drive around looking and placing stickers on random vehicles. They have come into my complex and placed stickers on residents cars stating car being stored. Hello, that is where we live! Were else are we to park?
